Chapter 112-Suddenly

Suddenly Jake leaped off the bed, crossing over Lea as he did. He went for the cupboards, yanking them open, rummaging through the drawer as he did. Lea raised herself up on one elbow, watching him closely. " Jake, what's going on? " She asked with one brow raised.

" I swear it has to be somewhere in here. I left it just as it was. " Jake kept searching not looking back at her. Lea signed as she got up from the bed, still very naked and walked right over.

" If you tell me what you are looking for, maybe I can help. Is it your wallet? " Jake yanked another section of the cupboard open and Lea stopped at the sight of all the neatly arranged laundry. It was her side of the cupboard. Absolutely mess-free and tidy, just like she had left it years ago. She left Jake as he went through the night stand , touching the fabrics and checking if they were still in the same sequence like she left them.

" They are untouched. Why didn't you move them? " Lea's voice was barely above a whisper. Jake looked back at her, confused. " Where would I move them and why? "

" You could have moved them after I left... ” Lea knew she was pulling out pain from places where they didn't even exist. But there was some sadistic joy in that pain.

Jake stopped searching, whatever he was looking for. He walked over to Lea and pulled her into a kiss. As he kissed her with his eyes closed, their naked fronts pressed onto each other, his hand pulling back her messy hair, Jake mumbled against her lips. " You never left my heart, Lea. You live in my blood. ” Lea smiled in tears, pulling him back in her arms, tiptoeing to reach his height, leaning completely onto him and biting and chewing on his lips.

" Ouch! Lea, you are wild! " Jake smirked as he broke away licking away the drop of blood. " Sorry, I think I got carried away. Did it hurt? " Jake had a dangerous glint in his eyes. He grabbed her hair and turned her around, bending her over, pulling her onto his erection. Lea gasped. She could feel her body turn into jelly with the sheer excitement of what he was doing with her.

He pulled a chair and sat down on it, making Lea sit and grind herself on him, making him go harder. She slowly turned around as he slapped her butt cheeks. "What to go for a ride, baby girl? " Lea blushed as she felt herself dripping at the way he talked with her.

They danced over each other, pushing each other at the edge of ecstasy over and over again until they screamed their names, calling each other names, begging each other to go on and on, till the sun turned around the earth and nothing else mattered.

Suddenly, Jake broke off from the embrace and ran towards the part where Lea's clothes peeked out from her drawers. " I remembered. I kept it on your side. Here it is. " He pulled out a tiny velvety bag. Lea was still getting down from her high, heaving and panting. "Seriously, Jake? In the middle of...? ” She looked absolutely disappointed. " What is it? Show me? Why did you put it in my drawer without my permission? "

He smiled as bright as he could. Not because he found what he was looking for but because loved how Lea was back to being her previous self. He loved her that way. " Come on, show me what it is? " Lea tried to grab it from his hands but Jake ducked from her assaults and went down on his knees.

It took Lea a few moments to understand what was happening. Jake pulled out a tiny box with a tiny silver ring inside, with a purple heart engraved on it. Lea's hand flew over her mouth, eyes shot up. " Jake... this is..." She clearly remembered what that ring meant. It was their first time in the city and they had gone window shopping. Lea had never seen such a pretty little ring before that. She had stood in front of the display window of the big shop. She knew they didn't have the money, she didn't want it. She just stood there for a while, admiring it.

It seemed like Jake's eyes hadn't missed her longing. He had actually looked for it and bought it for her, later on." I wanted to give it to you when you were in the hospital but when I went to the hospital with it, you were gone. I kept it safe for the next time. I knew I would find you, somehow or the other. We could never be apart. ” Lea held her hand out hoping he would slip in on but Jake shook his head. " No! Not like this. This took a lot of hard work. I need something in exchange. " He looked too cute to resist when he made a pout.

" What is it my Jakey? I will give you the world. I can give you my life. Just say it and I am willing to pay the price. " She laughed aloud but Jake didn't seem amused. " None of that, Lea. I want you to marry me. I want you to promise me that you will never leave my sight. I want you to stick with me 24/7. I don't care about anything else. ” Lea froze. That came out of nowhere. But Jake looked damned serious and there was no budging.

Lea stepped forward,holding his shoulder and lifting him up. " But I thought we were already a married couple. " She joked as she poked him in the heart. " We have a child waiting for us, mister. Did you forget? "

Jake broke away from her embrace. He looked like a child who was denied his lollipop. " No, Lea! I want the real deal. I want to see you in that white dress. I want you to walk down the aisle and I want to hear you say, 'I do'. Is it too much? " Lea rubbed herself against him. "Alright!Alright, Mr.Grumpy.Lets get ourselves a wedding and say our ' I do's .”
