The Only Aura User In Magic World

Chapter 921: Angela’s Instinct

Chapter 921: Angela’s Instinct

Then, I keep on moving around while Sunglasses won’t move as he received several information at once. He already has several subordinates that can be trusted helping him to relay messages.

As for me, I just tirelessly moving around and kill more and more people. And soon enough, all the known locations of the attacks have been taken care of.

"That’s all the known location of the attacks. Maybe there are others but we didn’t receive any reports. If they have killed all the enemies, tell them to get some rest to prepare to move just in case," Sunglasses said.

"As expected of you. You have became a great general it seems. So, is there anything we need to be wary of?" Fabio asked.

"For now, let’s focus on the surrounding area of any big cities like the capitals city of each kingdom. If we can be sure that there won’t be any attack there, then we can have everyone back," Sunglasses said.

How do we sure that there won’t be any attack? By waiting for days or weeks. Or maybe months.

Though we can’t wait that long so we decided to just wait for a few hours until then.

Still, for them to attack multiple locations at the same time, despite the differences of time zone, it means that they know for sure about the time differences in those locations.

Even I who returned back to the past only know about time differences after Victoria told me. Back when I traveled to Consenza, Varadis, and Arturo the first time.

It was only after that, using my portals to help, we know for sure the time differences in each location. But for the cult to know about it, and used it to attack right now, they must be planning for something.

"Hmm... since they know about time differences when none of us spread the news about that knowledge, it means that they have done their researches a lot. Maybe they were researching about it during this time when they were not making any move. That’s why they only made their move now," old man Henry said.

Yeah, that could be true.

But since they have summoners and taught them to use portals, at least some of them, it’s obvious that they can learn about time differences from them. They just need to have their familiar move far away and open a portal there.

Even if they don’t know how to use portal, if someone is lucky enough or strong enough to make a contract with a smart monster that they can communicate with, then they will learn about it.

Like, for example, I’m a monster. I’m traveling to Consenza, but my master is in Arturo. And he used summoning magic to summon me all of a sudden. So I would be confused seeing that it’s dark when it’s supposed to be bright, or vice versa.

Let’s say that I’m sunbathing when suddenly I got summoned. So while being surrounded by enemies, I would be wearing a swimsuit. That will look ridiculous.

That’s just example though. But I think that’s what Victoria and my other familiars were thinking when I summoned them all of a sudden instead of using portals.

"Anyway, it’s not that surprising since summoners from the past already can open portals. It’s just that we lost that knowledge so we forgot about it. And if the cult leader, the Evil God, is really someone from the past, then they must have known about time differences since a long time ago. Let’s just focus on what’s next. See if we can find any way to get the location of where the Evil God is hiding," Sunglasses said.

"Right. According to Roy’s past life, during this time, there were not any move made by the cult. it was only after he started traveling before he stayed in a village that they started to move a lot. And according to Roy’s past, it should be around ten years before then. Our guess is that the Evil God is unable to do anything until then. That’s why the cult only make big moves at that time. So it’s either we have to wait until then, or keep looking and destroy their plan as soon as possible," Fabio said.

"We have been looking for the Evil God since the first time we learned the truth about the cult. And we have no intention in stopping the search. But we still have no idea of where the Evil God is. And we can’t just wait for years until then. So we can only keep looking for any clue of the Evil God’s whereabouts," Albert said.

Ten years. That’s a long time. I think by that time, I would have gone crazy if I can’t find the Evil God at all.

Then, I heard my phone rang. It’s from Angela.

Even though I’m with kings of various nations, I just picked the call without a care. I’m the boss here after all.

"What is it, Angela?" I asked.

"I don’t know. I feel like something is going to happen somewhere. Something dangerous," she said.

She’s in the capital of Tatrama. Protecting the city.

It’s just her guts telling her that something is going to happen. But this is Angela we’re talking about.

When all the information we can get is not enough, then we need to move by instinct. And who else other than Angela who has better instinct?

"Alright. Where do you think it will be?" I asked.

"I think it’s all the way to the west. So maybe in Consenza? Can you bring me there first?" Angela asked.

"I’ll do that once we find someone to replace you there," I said before hanging up the phone.

Then I told everyone about our conversation on the phone. And Mustache will replace Angela according to Albert’s order.

Since everyone here can be trusted, there’s no need for him to be here to protect Albert.

"Are you sure about this? It’s just her gut feeling telling her that something is going to happen. Can we trust her instinct?" someone asked.

"Yes. If there’s nothing we can do with all the information we have, the we can only move with our gut feelings. And Angela has better instinct than most of us here. For now, I will accompany her to where she felt then needs to go," I said.

Though that instinct of her failed once when we’re at Rygis. When she was training with Patricia’s granddaughter.

She said that she felt that she’s in danger. But because she thought that with her and Patricia’s granddaughter there, there’s nothing to worry about.

But it’s just her instinct about the situation. She’s still failed to doubt Patricia’s granddaughter. So she fell to a trap.

Since then, during battle, she would always trusts her instinct more. Even if she’s surrounded by allies, if her instinct told her that something is wrong, she learned to do something about it.

Though it’s good that nothing ever happened. But this time, it is happening.

So, I will trust her instinct and see if we can find anything. It’s west of here. So I’ll bring her here first.

I opened a portal and get Mustache and Angela swap location.

"If you need anything, just contact me. Angela, let’s go."

Riding Ray, we left to where her gut feeling told her.

"Hmm... keep moving west. It’s quite far so let’s go as fast as possible," she said.

"How do you know that it’s west of Consenza?" I asked.

"I don’t know. I just felt something over there. And over there is west. And when I think about the west, I think about Consenza. And when I think about the capital of Consenza, I felt that it’s still to the west," Angela said as she pointed her finger forward. To where we’re going.

I... still don’t get it. Just how come her instinct can tell her that much?

For me, my instinct will mostly be working during a fight. To where I need to move to dodge an attack.

But for Angela, she can even tell that something is going to happen?

Whether she’s right or not, I hope we can find something over there.

Maybe this is why even though the group of hunters were working under Angela in my past life, she always move on her own.

I guess Tatrama managed to survive that long not only because of Albert. But also because of Angela’s instinct.

I hope that’s the case. For now, let’s trust her.

"Hmm... I think it’s around there," Angela said as she pointed to a valley ahead.

Is it under the valley? I tried using my Divine Vision, but I noticed that I can’t see anything.

I guess she’s right. We found something here. Though we still can’t tell what it is. But it’s there. Because my Divine Vision can’t reach there.

I need to get closer to see. But if it’s something important for the cult, then it must be well-protected. And several master level mages must be there.

"Let’s get down there and move on foot. Pretend that we’re just hunters traveling for fun," I said to Angela before we landed on the ground.

It’s quite far from the valley, so if there’s a master level earth mage, that mage won’t be able to sense us all the way over here.

Before we go any further, We need to tell the others about this.
