The Only Aura User In Magic World

Chapter 891: Using Aura for the First Time

Chapter 891: Using Aura for the First Time

Roy had three patients in his clinic. They were members of the cult. But Roy didn’t know about that.

And from those who were watching his past playing, only Shirley noticed it before she told it to Victoria and the Spirit King who was listening their conversation.

Roy helped the hunters until their wounds were healed. Since there were no healer in the village, they could only rely on Roy who was a doctor.

Those three hunters didn’t just stay in his clinic all the time. They also walked around the village as Roy suggested to them to do it because they could feel better staying outside.

"If it’s in my world, many people would prefer to stay inside the hospital room instead. There are too many introverts there," Victoria said.

"I can understand that thanks to the phone that you helped Marie created. And you said that in your world, there are many more functions that can be performed, right? If everything can be done with a touch of a finger, then there’s no need for anyone to leave the house. Sometimes, I feel like your world is much more magical than this world," Shirley said.

The illusion was connected to Roy’s mind. So anything those who are watching do, won’t affect the illusion. So sometimes, Victoria would do weird things to the people in the illusion.

Even now, she was stabbing the heart of the three patients in Roy’s clinic. But none of them got stabbed for real. Because they are illusion.

"So what will happen next? These three tried to rob the clinic and Roy somehow learned Aura while fighting them?" Shirley guessed what will happen next.

"If that’s the case, then I think that Roy will die. Those three were weak. But Roy at that time was much weaker. I think some kind of event will happen after this," Victoria guessed.

Then, in the illusion, the three people were talking with Roy who was covered in sweat after practicing swinging his sword.

They were curious about what he did when he’s not at the clinic. And Roy didn’t tell them that he was training with a sword. He just told them that he felt that he grew weaker as he grew older so he needed to move to get healthier.

Then the three asked Roy about various topics. From his past and how he ended up in that village.

The three people also talked a bit about their past. Though only those three knew whether what they were talking about were the truth or not. And it looks just like four people talking as friends from the outside.

"Shirley, what do you think they were doing?" Victoria asked.

" I think that they are most likely trying to probe his past and see if they can bring him to the cult. Though they didn’t try it in one go. They tried to influence him by saying how terrible the kingdom was with Albert focusing more on the war than other important stuffs," Shirley said.

As she said, the three hunters were talking how terrible it was to live under the rule of Albert who only thought of fighting the cult. But for Roy, it didn’t affect him at all.

In fact, he thought that it was much better for the kingdom to fight the cult. And the longer the fight goes, the higher the chance of him to join the war.

Staying in a small village and listening to the news of the kingdom, he got tired of it. Though he was still treating as many patients as he could.

But for him, the man whose house were destroyed because of the stampede related to the cult, he just hated the cult. So if the kingdom is fighting against the cult, then he will support it no matter what.

"What’s with him? He really wanted to fight in the war?" Shirley asked.

"Probably because he had been nothing all his life. So he wanted to do something good for other people. Well, knowing him, I don’t think that’s the case. Maybe he had already forgotten about it. Well, it doesn’t matter as long as he wants the cult to be destroyed. Even in this life, after fighting so much, he lost his motivation many times. Even in the middle of a war. So as long as his harem keep supporting him, then he will continue fighting. At least that part is true," Victoria said.

She was right. Roy had nothing to fight for now.

He used to want to protect the world from the cult because of his trauma. But now, that’s just an excuse.

In present life, he learned that the cult were doing many bad things and even destroyed the world in the future. And for Roy, what’s most important is not to cure his trauma. But the peaceful life he can only get with his harem after the cult is gone.

He kept making excuse on how it was all because of his past trauma. Even if that was right at the start of his second chance, it’s not the completely right answer.

Whether the person himself realize it or not, it doesn’t matter. Roy wanted to fight for whatever reason, so let him fight. That’s what Victoria thought.

"What about you though? You were killed by the Evil God, right?" Shirley asked Victoria.

"Well, I totally forgot about that. At least my hatred toward the cult is because of what I learned about them in present life instead of that," Victoria said.

The three hunters in the illusion, seeing that Roy didn’t care at all about the situation in the kingdom, decided to not bring him into the cult. So they just talked about other things.

A few days later, there was a sudden inspection. An army from Tatrama entered the village and asked everyone there if they see anyone suspicious. Including visiting Roy’s clinic.

"Oh, is that Sara? And there are some people I have never seen before. Let’s copy their heads," Shirley said.

"This time, it’s an older version of Sara. Let’s make a statue of her as well," Victoria said.

The illusion continued with Roy telling the army how he had three hunters as his patients in the clinic. And the army investigated them.

The hunters were hiding after seeing that there’s an army looking for them. They knew that the army came for them.

Sara at that time was an advanced level earth mage, while her air element didn’t have any improvement at all. But Sara could still detect people using her earth magic. Because that’s what she was focused on in her magic in the past life instead of defensive magic or offensive magic.

Sara noticed the three people’s location, and they started fighting. And Roy regretted how he treated members of the cult that he hated.

The village that had just repaired after the wolf attack got destroyed again. Because at that time, those three hunters were advanced level mages. And for the army, other than Sara and three more people, the rest were intermediate level mages. And since Sara focused on detection than offensive magic, the three hunters managed to fight the army equally.

"I guess this was how the war continued for so long. We had weaker army. I’m glad that we’re stronger now. But this is not a good thing to watch," Shirley said as more and more mages from the army fell from the hunters’ magic.

"So weak. Even though by this time, everyone should have learned magic control," Victoria said.

A few years before this event, Roy learned that there’s this thing called magic control that could be helpful to improve someone’s magic. And of course Roy didn’t really care since he couldn’t use magic.

But the knowledge should have been spread all over the kingdom that he even heard it in a small village. Still, the army didn’t learn enough of magic control at that time.

Though in the end, the three hunters were injured. But one of them managed to escape by sacrificing the other two.

The army tried to arrest the two, but they didn’t just let themselves be arrested. So they fought back even while cursing at the one who sacrificed them.

And while the army were stopped by the two hunters, Roy saw everything. So in anger, he chased after the one who was running away.

To think that he healed members of the cult was unforgivable. And he was so angry when he thought that the conversation they had was just about them trying to rope him into the cult.

The hunter ran into the forest. But for Roy who run almost every day in there, it was nothing. And he already summoned Blobby and turned it into a sword.

"So this is when he first learned Aura. His anger turned into a trigger that made him able to use Aura," Victoria said.

The hunter, an ice mage, noticed that someone is chasing after him. He saw that the one chasing him was the doctor who healed him. Glaring at him with anger.

The hunter tried to stop Roy with an Ice Wall. But Roy who was angry and finally able to use Aura, sliced the wall in two right away.

When the hunter was shocked, Roy increased his speed thanks to his Aura and stabbed the hunter in the heart. The hunter died watching Roy’s angry face.

As for Roy, after he killed the hunter, he stared at the Blobbysword in his hand in shock. That was different than when he was practicing. That slash and that stab were different.

"With this, I can fight," Roy said.

"No, you can’t. You’ll die soon after," Victoria replied. Though the Roy in the illusion couldn’t hear her.

"Well, we watched his past. He’s stupid. So it’s normal to see his reaction after gaining new power," Shirley said.

The illusion is still far from over. Because it was only the start of Roy’s journey as an Aura user.
