The Only Aura User In Magic World

Chapter 1115: Luring Monsters to the City

Chapter 1115: Luring Monsters to the City

There’s no more enemies suddenly teleported in front of me. But it doesn’t mean that I have killed the space mage here.

Still, for them to not have any mages beyond master level, I guess this place is a something like a city for them to nurture mages and to make them have easier lives since they are considered as criminals on Earth. Though it’s weird that after a few hours of fighting here, there’s no one that strong.

But it’s still annoying with how many of them are coming at me at the same time. Even if they are master level mages and not at the stage beyond master level, it doesn’t mean that I’m not risking my life.

I guess I should be glad that I won’t risk my life even more with even stronger enemies. But I’m sad that it means the Big Boss, the Evil God of the cult, is not here.

Though this might be the biggest base the cult has. With over a million people living here, they can easily destroy Earth. But why didn’t they do it?

What is it that they are preparing for so long to the point that they only picked the weaker ones to destroy the world?

Had I known that the enemy is this many in my past life I doubt I would even think of getting my revenge. Even if I have a second chance, I would give up without doing anything. Probably just trying to find a place for me alone to survive.

But I have put too much effort now to do that. So now even if I’m facing a million mages on my own, I won’t give up.

So many people have their fates changed after I returned back to the past. But I don’t want the fate that we will all be destroyed to repeat.

’Roy, my clone is ready. I’m away from it now. You can open a portal whenever you want,’ Victoria said.

’Good. It will help if someone with great firepower shoots magic into the portal from over there. I won’t open it for long. But I will do it repeatedly. Tell the others to not worry about the portal in that place,’ I said.

’Oh, and Shirley already realized that you’re not in the battlefield. The enemies didn’t increase their number as much as before, so Shirley had some free time and was looking for you. Now she knows that you’re over there fighting all alone and stopping the enemy from coming here. I’m sure Albert will be informed right away. So prepare for being scolded,’ Victoria said.

As soon as she said that, the phone in my pocket started vibrating. And it doesn’t stop at all.

It was stopped for a few seconds before someone calling me again and my phone started vibrating again. Just stop worrying about me!

Well, they are worried about themselves it seems. They are worried what would happen if the strongest one in the alliance died or something bad happened to him.

I don’t know. I’ll just do this plan and fight until I return. One week. No, just three days should be enough to tell if the Blobbies I placed is safe or not.

I run to the top of another tall building. And with my hand reaching the sky, I opened a portal above. Then everyone here stopped momentarily when they felt the mana coming from the portal.

They know that feeling since they opened a portal near the island a few times. But it must be surprising to them that I’m the one opening a portal this time.

"He’s trying to escape! Kill him before he enters the portal!"

And once someone returns back to his sense, he shouted to kill me. That’s obviously what they’re thinking when I opened a portal.

But that’s not going to be the case. I’m opening the portal so that monsters near this place will attack. I need reinforcements even from wild monsters.

After opening the portal, I no longer stand in front of it. But I’m protecting it from the side to make sure that no one is entering it.

Everyone was confused by my action. But they shouted something along the line of killing as many of them and retreat whenever I want to.

Well, that is not wrong though.

And as I kill more of them, I could see someone on the other side of portal. That’s Candy. And she uses her lightning magic into the portal and strikes it through the portal. It has chain effect. So after hitting one target, it hits another. And it’s strong as well that once it hits, even if they are master level lightning mages, they still died after getting struck by her lightning.

No one here is at the same level as our mages.

After a few minutes, I close the portal and move to another place. This time, they are confused because I didn’t run away at all. Not knowing that I’m luring monsters here.

I’ve done that three more times. On two times, there’s no one attacking through the portal like Candy. And in the third time, it was Wendy shooting fire magic through the portal.

So many people died. But the fight goes on. And I can finally see it with my Divine Vision. Monsters. Monsters from afar are coming closer now.

They won’t help much. And in fact, it might help the tamers here to tame them. But it doesn’t matter. They are more of distractions rather than reinforcements.

Only when some people attacked by the monsters from behind do they realized what happened. Monsters entered the city and attacking them.

"Why are they attacking us? We should be safe within a hundred kilometers radius!"

"Why do you think we’re safe? When we opened portals before to bring people over to the other side, we had some people protecting the city. Now everyone is only paying attention to the Aura user! There’s no one protecting the city from monsters that got lured here by the mana coming from the portal!"

Oh, someone smart. But it seems like they have someone protecting the city from monsters before. So next time I do this, I have to make sure that everyone’s attention is at me again. But that’s for later.

Now that they have to focus on other things as well, I’ll have to use this chance to kill even more. And after half an hour of killing, three people wearing Etherstone armor suddenly appeared in front of me.

There is still at least one space mage here. And because I’m using my Divine Vision all the time in short-radius until I need it to see far stuffs, I can tell that the space mage is nearby.

I have to be careful when I’m going after him. Because if he noticed my goal is to kill him, he can teleport himself away.

Since it seems like only those who trained to fight with Etherstone are the only ones who are used to be teleported, I must not kill them first. Or the space mage will escape first to get more fighters.

So I entered a building and fought the warriors inside. But I’m prepared with my Blobbygun in my pocket. While fighting the three warriors, when I find the chance, I grabbed the Blobbygun and aim it at the space mage. With Blobbybullet already filled with my Aura. Able to kill master level mage even though my air element is just at expert level.

The bullet pierced through the stone wall of the building and continues forward and hit the forehead of the space mage. At the same time, three Etherstone swords are swung at me.

With my other hand, I blocked all three swords with my sword. Even though I can’t use Aura on my sword, I can still use Aura on my body since I’m not touching the Etherstone myself.

Then swiftly, I aimed Blobbygun at the opening on their armors. The Blobbybullets were not infused with Aura. But the power from the air pressure is enough to pierce the armor.

When they’re in pain, I stabbed the opening of a warrior’s armor and pulled my sword back quickly before stabbing the other warriors.

And as soon as I killed all the three warriors, I escaped from the building. Because from the ground, there’s a huge hand coming up to reach me. It’s from a golem created by earth mages. Not just one. But several who are already master level mages.

The walls from the building also joined the hand and it became bigger. So I escape before the hand could reach me.

I leaped to the side of the huge hand and with my sword I cut the hand around the wrist area. Making a huge hand fall from above and actually killed some mages.

And that’s good enough confirmation that next time they use the same magic, I don’t have to avoid it. I can cut it with my sword and Aura.

I still can’t find a good place to place Blobbies. Everywhere I go is destroyed. I need to find a place that won’t get destroyed.

Once I place a Blobby in a safe place, I’m thinking of leaving the city. Then I will camp outside and create troubles inside the city once in a while. That would be nice.
