Chapter 1097: Multiple Evil Gods?

The next day, we buried the knights and their king together. It’s someplace far from the village. And their armors and weapon have been removed. Some angels will have them. Except for the Giant Knight’s weapon which will be fight over by the Crab People. Though not Crabbe. He will still fight with his hands and claws.

After that, I gathered everyone in Varadis. Sharing information about what we learned.

"So, it seems like far in the past, there used to be a kingdom created by monsters so they can live together with humans. And they’re not tamed monsters or familiars. They are free monsters who decided to build a kingdom. And at that time, someone called himself the Evil God decided to destroy that kingdom. If that event happened before the Evil God hunted down Aura users, then it’s highly likely that the Evil God was from this area that is known as Varadis today. But if that event happened after he killed all Aura users including Sonia and Victoria, then it means that kingdom was much stronger than any Aura users since the Evil God needed other people help to destroy it. What do you think, Roy?" old man Henry asked me.

"When I fought him, he’s not as strong as Timmy. Maybe around the same strength as Aura Master. Though for the Small Knight, I think he’s as strong as Aura users of the past. He could give trouble to Shelia who I recognized to be stronger than most Aura users if I compare her to the Aura user ghosts that we defeated in the underground before. Though it’s best to ask Victoria and Sonia about that," I said.

"I think Roy is right. Shelia is already much stronger than me in my past life. I think she’s much stronger than most Aura users already now. So the Small Knight should be much stronger. And it’s not wrong to assume that the Evil God destroyed that kingdom after he killed me. But let’s think of another possibility. "Then go with Sara, Wendy, and Candy at least. You can bring more with you. Those three are the agents closest to you after all," Albert said.

"And if you need any reinforcement, my soldiers are already prepared to go. Once there’s a portal, they will enter without question. You already know where to open the portal," old man Henry said.

"Okay. I’ll get one of the agents from Varadis who found that place to go with me. Then we will check that place. Once we’re sure that it’s the base of the cult, I will get reinforcement," I said.

I will also bring Georgia with me. Maybe her memory will return once we’re there. Even if the memory is not a good one.

"As long as you found someone who has reached master level, then it’s possible that they are from the cult. Try to get as many documents and papers as you can there," old man Henry added.

"Not like we can do much during a war. But I’ll try," I said.

Since Sara, Wendy, and Candy will be there, then it will be the job of the four of us to enter the facility and grab important documents.

I opened a portal to where the reinforcement are waiting. Then I told them to be quiet.

They can’t hide their strength. So they will get found as soon as they enter the portal.

That’s why I move away from the facility a bit and let those people enter the portal. I told them that they will wait there until we start fighting.

And so, I put my armor on and get ready to infiltrate the enemy base.
