Chapter 1093: Shelia’s Ground Technique

All Shelia’s attacks are being deflected easily by the Small Knight. And now, the Small Knight no longer bothers to use his sword. He’s just using his shield. And his sword is always ready to stab Shelia when she gets close.

Shelia is aware of that. That’s why she would keep her distance after her attack. And she will only attack the Small Knight’s right side because it is hard for the Small Knight to attack her with his left hand holding the sword.

’Roy, is the fight over? I’m done with taking off the armor from the corpses. It seems like they’re not effective on my clones. So there’s no effect. It’s best if you have someone appraise it later,’ Victoria said via telepathy.

’Not yet. Shelia is still fighting the Small Knight. He’s above her in everything. Seems like Shelia might be losing,’ I said.

’I don’t think so. Is she in her werewolf form?’ Victoria asked.

’Yes she is. That’s her strongest form. But the Small Knight is still faster, stronger, and more skillful than her,’ I said.

’That won’t be the case for long. Now I’m interested in watching it. Summon me right away, Roy!’

She then demanded me that she wants to watch the match. That’s fine.

If Victoria said that, then it means that Shelia still has something she hasn’t used yet. Something good enough that Victoria said that Shelia might still win.

I can’t have Shelia live in humiliation. And I really wish that she will win. I hope whatever Victoria is confident about will make Shelia wins this match.

But Shelia looks calm as it happened. She just transformed into her human self. Not the human with wolf ears and tail. Just human. Should be her weakest form.

But as she turns smaller, the Small Knight’s attack was dodged. It’s a miss because Shelia changes her size.

"Even in her human form, Shelia’s regeneration ability is still there. I think she picked that size because her opponent is small as well. I have to say that it’s a good choice," Victoria said.

"She’s also calmer now. Did you teach her something?" I asked.

"Of course I did. Just watch."

Now the two are almost similar in size. Well, Shelia is still a head taller. But it’s closer than before.

"You think you can win just by making yourself smaller?" the Small Knight asked.

"I’ll win. And you’ll die."

Without rushing this time, Shelia walked forward to the Small Knight as the Small Knight prepares to fight back. But there’s no punch or kick thrown.

Shelia casually reaches her right hand toward the Small Knight. And seeing that as a chance, the Small Knight swung his sword.

The sword hits Shelia’s hand. But Shelia, ignoring the pain, uses her left hand to grip the Small Knight’s left wrist. She then twists his wrist and made him drop his sword. Grabbing the sword quickly, she threw it behind her.

She then gained some distance again while blocking the Small Knight to get his sword back. She’s waiting for her wound to heal.

Is this Shelia when she’s calm? She’s actually a bit frightening. And seems like she can make some good plan instead of her usual self where she would just strikes as many attacks as possible.

"You want an unarmed combat? Sure, I’ll play along."

The Small Knight then generously dropped his shield. Now both sides are unarmed. The Small Knight no longer has his sword and shield. And Shelia’s human form doesn’t have long nails for her to attack with. Just empty fists for both of them.

"I don’t need you to throw it away on your own. I can do that for you," Shelia said.

"Let’s say that this is my pride as well. If you’re unarmed and have no claws, then I will also be unarmed. I can’t even blame myself if I die because of it. This is my choice," the Small Knight said.

"If that’s what you have decided, then it’s fine. But I have to tell you that I’m a better fighter in a one-on-one unarmed combat," Shelia said confidently.

And I see that they both have different stances. And it’s obvious from their hands.

The Small Knight has his hands clenched into fists. But Shelia has her hand open.

I’ve seen that a few times before. She rarely uses it. That’s the thing that Victoria taught her. Grappling and some other throwing technique when facing a single opponent.

The Small Knight threw a straight punch. And Shelia already has her hand in front of his fist to stop it.

As soon as his fist touches her hand, Shelia quickly moved. She turns around and grabbed the knight’s arm with both her hands as she swept her leg on the knight. Then she threw him over her shoulder to the ground.

"Punching and kicking is good. But grappling needs technique. I have never trained in wrestling or judo. But I watched quite a lot of MMA matches videos. I’m just copying their moves. And seems like Shelia is actually really talented in grappling. Even when her opponent is faster, she could slam him down on the ground really hard," Victoria said.

I don’t really get what Victoria was saying. But I think that wrestling and judo must be something like martial arts technique from her world focused on a one-on-one battle.

It’s good that she taught Shelia about it. I think this suits her more than her usual way of fighting. It’s just that it’s only efficient against a single opponent who is around her size. That’s why she’s in her smallest form.

And on the ground, she quickly grabbed the Small Knight’s shoulder and upper arm. Then she dislocates his shoulder with a simple move. Even though the knight is wearing armor, she didn’t need to put too much force as long as she has the technique.
