The Only Aura User In Magic World

Chapter 1005: They’re Too Weak

Chapter 1005: They’re Too Weak

In the underground prison. I brought along with me the new agents who will replace the previous dying agents. Just to make sure that the Sus-teacher won’t be suspicious if there are no people other than me here.

The previous agents who were here were brought to the hospital after meal yesterday. Even if they can eat well, they have been malnourished for years. So it’s best if they got treatment in the hospital. Though I think they will be fine.

Albert has contacted the friends and families of those agents. They were shocked to hear that the person whom they thought to be dead to still be alive.

Of course several of them lashed out at Albert for not sending rescue team right. But I heard that it ended well after that.

Then to make sure that there’s no more agents of us who have been captured but we never heard of again, Albert and other kings as well send people to search for those missing agents and rescue them. We have to do it quick or in case those agents surrender, they might relay important secret to the cult.

It’s something that must be done. Because the reason I know that they’re agents was because one of the captured agents recognize me. I don’t know whether he knew that I’m the Aura user or not. But if someone who was captured knew that I’m an Aura user, things will get even more dangerous.

But there’s nothing I can do right now other than pretending to be a prisoner. The good news is that I brought a deck of playing cards with me. So I can spend the time playing with the new agents I brought here. One of them is a light element mage, so we can play here with him illuminating this dark place.

"Sir Roy, please don’t cheat and use your eye to peek at my cards," one of the playful agents said.

"I won’t. Though I’m using my Divine Vision to check the surrounding and see if that guy will come here or not. Just don’t make me turn my head at you," I said.

"No wonder you didn’t fold. This is my victory. Full house!" the agent said as he showed his cards.

"Damn! You sure you’re not the one who cheated?"

We’re actually having fun in this prison. Even the smell of their former comrades didn’t bother them. Well, it’s because I used air magic so they can breathe. And I made sure that they won’t smell the corpse.

"Sir Roy, can we just burry them right now? Even if I don’t know them well, they’re still our allies. I don’t want to see them like this," one of the agents said.

"Not right now. Only after we take care of that teacher and probably some other mages from the cult he will bring with him. After that, you can give them a proper burial when we return. Let’s use them to help us for one last time," I said.

If the skeletons or rotting bodies were missing, then the Sus-teacher will be suspicious. But if it’s just one, like the skeleton of the Principal’s son, then it should be fine. We can just say that I got involved in a fight with the previous prisoners because I have some snacks with me. And we ended up destroying the skeleton.

School should be starting soon. And I got a message from Wendy saying that the Sus-teacher didn’t come to school.

"Oh, he didn’t go to school as expected. He must be watching Sara and Kayla who are looking for me. It should still be another hour until they can reach us. Until then, let’s relax," I said.

So I played a few more rounds with the agents before we stop and prepare to fight. Just them and not me.

Because I’m still an air mage and a weak summoner. That’s what the cult needs to know for now. I will let the other fight them.

Sara and Kayla will fight. As long as the enemy doesn’t outnumber us too much, we can still win.

What I need to do right now is simple. To make a ladder using Victoria and climb until the ceiling of the underground prison.

This prison was made and covered with metal from the inside. This makes it hard for anyone with lower level than master level mage to get out even if they have earth element.

That’s why I made Victoladder and wait near the ceiling. Waiting for one of the girls to open a small opening for me to get out. Then I will help by shooting at the enemy using Victorifle.

And finally, I can see Sara and Kayla approaching us. And I’m sure they knew it that they were being followed from distance by several master level mages.

"Roy! Where are you!?" Kayla shouted my name.

She’s good. Shouting my name like that makes it seems more convincing that I’m weak.

"Kayla! I’m here!"

I shouted through a small hole I created. Even if it’s metal, it’s not like we can’t do anything about it. And a small hole won’t be suspicious.

The two girls run toward my location. And before they Sara could help me out of here, they were blocked by several mages from above who landed on the ground. Right above me. Including the Sus-teacher.

"Welcome, Ms. Kayla and Ms. Sara. I didn’t see Ms. Angela, but that’s fine," the Sus-teacher said.

"What do you want?" Kayla asked.

"Too many times that you have destroyed our plans. So we wanted to kill you obviously. Our main target is the Aura user and Ms. Angela. I don’t think we could defeat the Aura user, so we wanted to kill Ms. Angela. She didn’t come, but defeating you two should be good enough to weaken your force. And so—"

Before he could finish his sentence, Sara already cast powerful earth magic that kills all of the mages there except for the Sus-teacher.

...Aren’t they too weak? Or is it Sara who has become too strong?

I know that they’re stronger than average master level mages, but this is way too strong, isn’t it? And it’s Sara’s earth magic. She’s more specialized in air magic so her earth magic is weaker than even Kayla’s.

"...You monster," the Sus-teacher said.

"Says the guy who stole someone’s identity," Kayla said as she calmly walked toward the Sus-teacher and wrapped a collar around his neck.

That’s it? It’s over already? Well, I guess we overdid it with the plan. They’re just way too weak.

Since there’s no one else alive from the enemy’s side, there’s no need to hide anymore. So I just punched through the hole and came out of it.

"I’m the main target? Should I feel honored?" I asked the Sus-teacher.

He was shocked to see how I get out of the prison. But then he realized that I was the Aura user the cult was looking for.

And soon after, the other imprisoned agents came out of the prison. And they looked around to see that everything is over.

As usual, it was very anticlimactic. I thought that there will be some amazing battle, but I was wrong.

Not only the enemies were weaker than expected, they also didn’t expect that we would expect them to ambush us so we have prepared to kill them as soon as they approached us.

"You planned this?!" he asked.

"We actually planned more. But you’re way weaker than expected. We’re done far sooner than we expected, so we have to wait here a bit longer," I said.

Then after waiting for a while with him continuously cursing at us, the Principal finally came.

"You killed my son! And you dare to pretend to be my son? I won’t give you an easy death!" the Principal said.

"Do you think that you’re the only one who was waiting for someone? These people are not the only ones I brought here," the Sus-teacher said.

And as he said that, I can see several more people coming to this location. Ten of them. And they seem to be stronger than the previous group he brought here.

"Ten people coming here. Capture them alive since we might be able to get something from interrogating them," I ordered.

Kayla, Sara, and the agents then departed and prepared to face the ten incoming mages. Leaving the three of us here. Me, the Sus-teacher, and the Principal.

"Principal, we told you that you shouldn’t kill this guy for pretending to be your son. At least not yet. But that doesn’t mean that he should be left unharmed. As long as he’s alive, you’re free to do anything. My girlfriend over there, Kayla, is a master level healer. She will heal any injury you cause to this guy," I said.

Giving him the permission, the Principal jumped at the Sus-teacher and pummeled him to the ground with his fists. He didn’t use magic.

And the whole time he threw a punch, he also shouted curses to the guy who impersonated his son.

...What a weak punches.

I know that the other party is also a master level mage. But the Principal’s punches can only bruise him.

I thought that he would be in a near death situation when the other finished their battles. But seems like that’s not the case as the Principal is too weak. Or maybe he couldn’t muster his strength because he’s emotionally unstable right now.

I should tell Albert about what happened here. I haven’t heard about the reports that the maids delivered yet. Have the cult sent someone to get those reports?
