Chapter 666: How Many Rivals Have You Prepared For Me

Fu Shihan managed to resist pushing her away and let her kiss him for a while before hearing her ask, "Is this okay?"

No.

Fu Shihan affirmed in his heart.

Everything has to go through a gradual process; he knew that she definitely couldn’t do something more intense all of a sudden. So, he decided to stop while things were going well.

"That’s about right." Fu Shihan embraced her, letting her lean on him for a while before asking, "Did you have fun at the set today?"

Su Wanxin’s body stiffened slightly. Fu Shihan noticed and with a flicker in his eyes, he pressed, "What happened there?"

Since it was Fu Shiyi who took them to the set, if something significant had happened, he definitely would have gotten a call.

Fu Shiyi wasn’t sure, and Su Wanxin’s reaction was a bit off, which could only mean that it was either a trivial matter, or something significant did happen, but not in public.

Fu Shihan stroked her hair, guessing, "Did you meet someone you didn’t want to see?"

Su Wanxin looked up at him, "How did you know?"

Fu Shihan raised an eyebrow and added, "Was that person, by any chance, called Mu Xinghan?"

"!!!"

Su Wanxin’s eyes widened instantly; she sat up in disbelief.

How did he know? How could he possibly know?

"Indeed, you did meet him." Fu Shihan sighed leisurely, positioning one hand behind his head, and said, "The thing I wanted to talk to you about earlier was also about him."

"You know him?"

"I know him. But to be exact, I knew him before." Fu Shihan answered indifferently, "I met him again a few days ago. Lin Yifan mentioned that Mu Xinghan is now his bodyguard, so I thought, since you met Lin Yifan today, you might have met him too."

Su Wanxin pursed her lips, thought for a moment, then asked, "Do you know what our relationship was in the past?"

"If we’re going to talk about that, you might need to coax me again," Fu Shihan said earnestly. "I heard that people at your company used to think he was your boyfriend."

So what exactly had they done to give others such a misconception?

Upon hearing this, a tidal wave of guilt engulfed Su Wanxin. Her heart hung in mid-air, her jaws clenched, unsure how to respond.

"Last time I met him, he looked at me with quite an unfriendly gaze. Think hard, besides him, how many other rivals have you prepared for me? It would be good for me to be mentally prepared."

"I can’t remember!" Su Wanxin resignedly retorted. "What does his liking me have to do with me?"

There are many who like her, and many who don’t!

"Don’t you think that the misunderstanding about him being my boyfriend rather than misunderstanding you suggests the issue could be on your end?" President Fu.

Su Wanxin quickly retorted, causing Fu Shihan to pause, then laugh, "Alright, I’ll reflect on that."

Hearing him say that, Su Wanxin breathed a sigh of relief, then asked, "What were you going to tell me earlier? About him?"

"I wanted to remind you to keep your distance from him."

So far, both of them had only met Mu Xinghan once. However, Fu Shihan hadn’t forgotten the hostility in that man’s eyes, nor had he forgotten the strong displeasure he felt upon seeing him.

"Let’s let bygones be bygones for now, as we both don’t remember them. But if he still bothers you, I don’t plan on letting him off. I heard he’s a relative of your friend, so I wanted to give you a heads-up."
