Chapter 665: Coaxing Him

Wanxin felt bewildered upon hearing this.

Wasn’t she the one who was angry? How did it become her job to appease him?

He was becoming more and more unreasonable and shameless.

Shihan looked very serious, and even though his words seemed frivolous, they did not hinder him from precisely expressing his emotions and demands.

Wanxin took a moment to process the strange feelings his words evoked, but reluctantly, she shook her head.

"Yaoyao might be back any moment, what can you do to me?"

What could he do to her?

Hearing this, Shihan laughed.

"Do you know who Su Yao is with right now?" he asked her softly, then answered, "Lu Ci."

"And do you know what would happen if I call Lu Ci now, asking him to keep Su Yao occupied tonight so they don’t spoil my plans?"

Shihan asked her again and then continued with his response.

"The consequence would be you crying tonight, and something might happen on Su Yao’s end; I’m not sure, it depends on whether Lu Ci acts decently or not."

So, considering all these factors, Shihan felt he completely had the upper hand.

After hearing his analysis, Wanxin was a bit anxious and somewhat furiously embarrassed. She raised her voice and said, "You dare?!"

"Of course, I dare," Shihan gently caressed her lip with his thumb, "Sweetheart, this is a hotel. Did I ever tell you that Shi Yi didn’t book a separate room for me? I have your room card."

A lone man and woman in a hotel room - what couldn’t happen?

Shihan didn’t know about others, but he had no limits.

But her, with her thin face, still unconsciously flirting with him, made Shihan involuntarily think about the video he recorded earlier, the item he was holding.

For someone like her, who blushes and gets shy easily, would she really give him that kind of gift?

Was she drunk on fake alcohol or did she do something to wrong him that she had to please him this much?

Shihan thought neither possibility was likely; the greater likelihood was that he had taken it.

He wouldn’t stoop to stealing, and more importantly, it wouldn’t satisfy him, so he must have taken it from her. Perhaps... even taken it off her.

With her gentle nature, even if she disagreed, she couldn’t do much to him.

Either crying and begging him, or enduring without tears and giving him what he wanted, Shihan thought for a moment and realized that with her, he could never get bored.

His gaze was intense as he looked at her, not saying anything more. Just that look alone was enough to frighten Wanxin.

Appease him, coax him.

These two words circulated in her mind, and finally, before Shihan urged her again, she made a move.

It was a very sudden action, so abrupt that even the contemplative Shihan didn’t react immediately and was already pushed aside as their positions switched.

Nervous, she leaned against his chest and asked in a very soft voice, "If I coax you, can we move past this?"

"Um." Shihan responded softly, looking closely at her eyes, his gaze deep.

Actions like these were rare for Wanxin and were very stiff.

Her responses were clumsy, but the clumsier she was, the more Shihan felt like he was going to explode.
