Chapter 606: Why is Fu Shihan Here?!

Fu Shihan clenched his fists upon hearing that, stood up, and went out to call Lu Ci. After confirming Lu Ci was still in Empire, he told him about the situation and asked him to stop the people who were sent over.

Lu Ci could tell from the phone call that Fu Shihan was furious and didn’t ask much.

After hanging up the phone, Fu Shihan turned to look at the person in the study, his anger barely contained.

He absolutely could not let the Su Family see the person who was sent to pick up the child, otherwise, Su Wanxin would surely sever all ties with him.

The commotion that the two were making in the study was so loud that Li Mo could hear it downstairs.

"We’ll see," Fu Shihan walked towards the bedroom. "Whether she is willing to come back to the country is still an unknown."

He returned to his room and lay down on the bed to calm his emotions. After a while, he booked a flight ticket for that evening and then got up to pack a few clothes and went back to the office.

Outside the office, the secretary at the desk panicked as she watched him return with his carry-on luggage.

Did she miss a scheduled business trip for today?

Fu Shihan walked past briskly and coldly said, "Cancel all travel plans for the next week."

After handling some matters in his office, he went to the airport when it was almost time and boarded the plane bound for Empire.

The flight lasted for over ten hours, long and tedious.

Upon arrival, the driver picked him up and took him to the hotel. After Fu Shihan took a shower and changed his clothes, he opened his laptop to check the tracking system and confirmed Su Wanxin’s location.

It was already dark, but Su Wanxin was not at home at this time; the system showed she was in a shopping district, seemingly out shopping.

Su Wanxin was dragged out by Su Yao for a shopping spree and had been strolling for hours until her legs were weak. The young miss still seemed unsatisfied, but she reluctantly agreed to come again another time.

The two of them carried their spoils and walked out. Reaching the parking lot, as they drove out, another car blocked their way.

Su Yao, displeased, honked the horn, but the other party did not respond. The two women exchanged glances, honked again, and then directly prompted the person inside the other car to come out.

It was a very familiar face, so familiar that both of them were stunned for a moment, neither of them expecting him to appear here.

Fu Shihan got out of the car and walked over to Su Wanxin’s side, tapping on her window.

Su Wanxin was somewhat dumbstruck, since even if he did come to Empire, he shouldn’t have been able to find this place so accurately. Only her family knew she was out shopping with Su Yao.
