Chapter 607: Wanwan, say you miss me.
Chapter 607: Wanwan, say you miss me.
Su Wanxin’s body stiffened as she sat in the car. Seeing this scene, Su Yao couldn’t help but roll her eyes.
What a jerk, starting with this crap as soon as he shows up! But how on earth did he know they were here?
Fu Shihan hugged her for a moment, then turned and stuffed her into his car. Su Yaoyi exclaimed "What the hell?", hesitating, unsure whether to follow or what to do.
If she let Fu Shihan take her away, there was a 99.99% chance Wanwan wouldn’t come home tonight.
And according to Su Yao’s statistics, once a man and a woman stayed at a hotel, there was a 99.99% chance that something was going to happen.
So she thought it over, took a deep breath, and gave Su Wanxin a call.
The call connected quickly, and Su Yao whispered a reminder: "Remember to have him take you home later, don’t go to a hotel with him!"
Surprised, Su Wanxin nodded and agreed, and Su Yao, reassured, said: "Then I’ll head back first, you chat with him."
Su Yao drove off, and Su Wanxin turned to look at Fu Shihan, unable to stop herself from asking, "Why are you here?"
"To find you," he replied succinctly, his gaze mocking as he looked back at her. "If I don’t, I fear I’ll lose you again."
Su Wanxin: "..."
"What did Su Yao just say to you?"
"Nothing much."
"She told you not to go back to the hotel with me?"
Su Wanxin was startled. How could he guess that?
Hearing her astonished silence, Fu Shihan let out a snort of laughter and started the car, slowly driving out of the parking lot.
After driving for a while, the car was silent, no one spoke again. Su Wanxin looked out the window with mixed emotions until she saw Su Yao’s car ahead, prompting her to ask, "Where are we going?"
"Taking you home."
"How do you know where I live?"
"I put a tracker on you, believe it?"
Of course, Su Wanxin didn’t believe that, but she couldn’t figure out how he had found her.
Fu Shihan was restless, seeing her looking thinner than before her return, he still couldn’t settle his mind.
The car got onto the elevated highway, and suddenly traffic began to jam. The car’s speed gradually slowed until it came to a complete standstill.
Fu Shihan’s gaze turned dark, and he glanced at Su Wanxin, asking, "Did you miss me?"
Su Wanxin pursed her lips tightly, refusing to answer. Seeing this, he said, "If you didn’t miss me, then you’re not going home tonight. You’ll keep me company."
"You’ve driven all the way here and still want to turn back?" Su Wanxin laughed.
"We’ll get off the elevated highway and turn back. You know, I don’t really want to take you home," he said frankly.
Having not seen his girlfriend for ten days or half a month, he knew exactly what he wanted now.
Threatened this way, Su Wanxin immediately fell silent, knowing he was capable of doing just that.
The car window lowered slightly, and Su Wanxin breathed in the fresh air, her head resting on the seat, silently enduring. Fu Shihan glanced at her several times, then stretched his arm and took her hand.
His fingertips were slightly cool, his voice deep and hoarse. "Wanwan, say you missed me."
Su Wanxin bit her lip and pulled her hand away. "I didn’t miss you."
"Look into my eyes and say it."
"..."
She dared not, for fear of giving herself away in a glance.
Fu Shihan, seeing her reaction, already knew her true feelings. He sighed leisurely and asked, "What am I to do with you?"
He was truly at his wits’ end with her.
"I left my work and came to find you with such determination. Even though you gave me a return ticket, just seeing you makes it feel worthwhile."
He felt as though he must be going insane.
