Chapter 74: Nemesis (1) Part III

“I forget to tell you, Miss Anne,” he said. “Tell Thada I’d never let Vincent fight with him as he’s expected because I will defeat that guy myself. Then I’ll clear the debt up with him later, just wait.” He finished, then he waved the award in his hand again, before he left the room.

Her fair face got reddened with anger. The GM pressed her lips tight together as she gazed at his back, not blinking.

He just made it clear that he wanted to crush Vincent down to the ground. Marcus had always targeted Thada, but the other never cared about this crazy muscle just a tiny bit. So, no wonder why he obviously disliked Vincent so much.

Because Marcus always thought of Thada as a rival. But now his biggest rival was paying more attention to Vincent, so he got pissed.

“He really wants to take down Thada, huh?” The cold voice said, grabbing the bouquet in her hand tightly. Then, in the blink of an eye, the red roses were frozen into the ice completely.

“You need to pass me first, Marcus. Keep this in your thick skull!” Then she smashed the frozen bouquet on the floor, making it scattered by her feet.

“I really don’t get it. Why do we have to attend this nonsense ceremony like this again?” The grumbling complaint came from almost the top floor of the grandstand. The speaker was a good-looking man who was leaning back in his seat almost as if he were lying. The rusty color eyes were looking straight, as he was yawning.

“Can you not complain too much, jerk? You’re being annoying!” A shout joined in annoyingly.

“I’m bored!” The bored one shouted back, making two girls next to him make a despondent face. They already knew Tunwa had a small patient, but who would have thought it was as small as the amount of oxygen in outer space like this!

“Just don’t mind this jerk, Orn. It’s seldom for you to ask us for anything, so this is fine.” The speaker was a cute girl. She was talking to her close friend but stressing some words to mess with the other one next to her.

“Well... if you guys are bored, it’s okay to leave. I can be here by myself.”

“Really? Then I’ll go... ouch!” Tunwa’s exclamation of joy stopped mid-way when he got pinched on his ear by Nuchjaree harshly, making him cry like that. The pair of bright-colored big round eyes glanced at her beloved friend before she smiled at her.

“It’s okay, Orn. We’re staying with you. Also, I’m dying to see your Vincent, too.” After her words, Warunya’s face turned red.

“He’s not mine, Nuch.”

“Aw, you’re embarrassed. I guessed my question just hit right to the point, didn’t it?” The playful one teased with a giggle. Unlike the only one guy in the group who looked at them with annoyance, caressing his hurting ear.

Apart from being bored of being at this pointless award ceremony, he started getting anxious for his friend now.

This was getting worse, Na! Warunya seemed to like that Vincent guy more and more now. He even called to warn him about this, but he just did not believe it! But here they were now. Even though it was an event that they had nothing to do with, Warunya just insisted on attending. Damn, he was so curious about what the man named Vincent looked like now. Was he really that god-carved handsome?!!

“Alright. Now it’s the time for the upcoming program,” Thada’s voice came for another time, making Tunwa crease his face with boredom.

Yeah, he should have made it to the point quicker, man. Why did he waste too much time babbling about the new patch for ages? Yeah, this GM Thada was annoying, too. Tunwa was very curious, would the audience still listen to him, if he was not pretty like this?!

Tunwa started bullying everyone in his mind like a moody person he was. Then he adjusted his position on his seat, getting ready to take a nap.

“But first, I’d like to invite a special host to assist me on the stage.” Then Thada pointed to an aisle with his palm open. “Let’s welcome my co-host, June!”

Then, there was loud applause, waking up Tunwa’s sleepy consciousness again.

“There has to be a co-host to get to the point? Man, I have somewhere else to be.” Afet the host’s words, Tunwa let out a complaint, as usual, making the two girls squint at him. And of course, he did not care about them, and would even return to a nap position if his eyes had not accidentally caught the new host first.

The dark-colored eyes widened, mouth gasping unexpectedly.

Because his seat was by the aisle where that girl was skittering to the stage. Only her adorable face was attractive enough, but the thing that got every man’s attention was her boobs. They were so huge that he felt like having a heart attack. Also, she was in a tight miniskirt and had candy pink hair.

“Oh god, so big!” Tunwa’s mind was absent when he shouted. And of course, he was not the only one whose mind went missing.

“Whoa, the girl is so thick.”

“She’s so cute! Who is she? I’m having a huge crush on her!”

“Thada’s cheating, getting to be around a cute girl like that.”

The loud bawl from thousands of men was echoing through the dome. And when the girl got to the stage, she hugged Thada as a greeting, making the crowd go even wilder.

“That’s not fair!!”

“Give me a hug, too!”

After that, the pink-haired girl put on a broad smile. Then, she bowed cutely to the audience, getting a loud cheer with endearment from everyone (The guys).

“Hello, everyone,” she greeted. “My name is June, a GM trainee, nice to meet you. From now on, I’ll take care of public relations about the news of the game for you. But I’ve been working on my probation currently.”

She said with a sad look in her eyes.

“I’ll pass the test to become a full-time GM or not, depending on the players’ score you’ll give me. So, please kindly score me on my evaluation survey. Thank you in advance!” After she finished, the girl looked up and did a cute pose, getting a loud cheer from the male audience again.

“100 scores for just that pose, June!”

“I’ll give you a million scores!”

“You’re crazy? She deserves one hundred million for her cuteness!!”

And there was so much more of the cheering, making the trainee glance at Thada with a sweet smile that got him shaking his head amusedly. The GM team staff was very smart for using the award event as the debut of the newest cute GM, whose style was different from Anne’s, to help the game get more ratings. But needless to say, the things she got from her parents already got rated enough.

“Alright, I’m going to do my best in order to appreciate your support and pass my first test today,” June said as she was raising her hand, while Thada took a few steps back for the new GM to promote herself.

“To not waste your time anymore, shall we start the special event now, Thada?”
