The magic circle was as bright as Wisana’s angry red eyes. It was as if time had stopped. When Lucius was trying to flip around, Wisana burst out all of his power.

The first attack hit the target and the impact blew Lucius off into the sky. Wisana did not hesitate to take the chance when the enemy was still regaining his footing to follow the man up. His speed was so much that normal people could not keep up. They could only see him as a colored beam!

The beam multiplied and hit Lucius and the damage continued to be dealt. In the end, the beams gathered back again and formed back to the dragon warrior who stared at his enemy as if it was his delicious prey!

In the blink of an eye, he split into four shadows. They surrounded Lucius and pointed at him. Four white dragon beams hit Lucius!

A huge beam about six meters in diameter created a ruckus among the people around the area, especially Maysa and Waree. They had not seen Wisana with this much power before!

At the moment Wisana threw the energy ball into the sky where Lucius was, he was certain that this would end the fight for good. The Emperor Field was still active, Lucius had not regained his footing, and that energy ball was all he had.

At that moment, the magic circle surrounded the red-haired man. The time flowed even slower. Something was happening to Wisana’s energy ball that was about to hit the target!!

Wisana was shocked because Lucius was behind him without him even knowing. The overlapping time space was slowly returning back and starting to become Lucius’s which slowed everything now. Wisana could only stand still.

“I want to praise you for being able to use this move, but...” He grinned. “Didn’t Sander tell you that I invented it? A replica will never outrun the original, kid.”

The time had finally come to a stop!

In the blink of an eye, Lucius grabbed Wisana’s shirt collar and punched him with all his might. Wisana was thrown off. Even so, Lucius was fast enough to follow him and kick him up higher!

The red beam multiplied. Every single one of them dashed at Wisana.

Lucius approached Wisana again. He hit Wisana continuously like how Wisana did to him before. Lucius was also so fast that he became a beam.

Lucius flipped and kicked Wisana down. The boy fell to the ground fast.

“It’s over, kid.”

Finally, Lucius pointed at Wisana who was about to hit the ground. The red beam was on his palm. With full speed, Lucius shot it out, hoping to kill the boy instantly!

Time was up.

The stopped time slowly came back to normal. The amber eyes almost popped out of their sockets. Not only the immense pain but also the gigantic energy ball that was so close to him right now!

“Damn it! Move, my body, MOVE!!!”

He could only scream. His body did not listen to him anymore.

He was closer to the ground now. If he was hit by the red beam again, he would be doomed this time.

At that split second, a small figure appeared at Wisana’s side. Then, Wisana was shoved away and they parted. Lucius’s beam missed the target at the very last second!!

Both of them dropped and rolled on the ground!

Due to the Syncro, Sarquros was injured at the same place. She looked at Wisana with a worried face, even though she could only push herself up a little.

They both tried to push themselves up and the big hole in front of them got them spooked. Even though it was only a small beam, it was compressed with energy!

“W... What the hell is this power?” Wisana murmured with a serious face.

“If we get hit by it...” Sarquros swallowed her saliva.

They did not have that much time to be amazed when the beast started to talk again. They halted.

“You can still do that even in the very last second. Impressive.” Lucius applauded. “But is it okay, though? It takes some time to go back into the Syncro again, doesn’t it? Doesn’t it mean you’ve already lost?”

Lucius smiled. He was flying above the disastrous hole.

“..This is bad...”

Viola muttered. It was clear in her face how alarmed she was.

“Too bad, Viola,” Scarlet said. “It seems like the result’s here. Chicks can only be chicks, you know?”

Even though she could not move, she let out a loud laugh. Viola gritted her teeth, feeling so disappointed that her age got in her way!!

“It’s over now, kid.”

Lucius said. He cracked his neck several times to get rid of the stiffness. He did not smile anymore. His ruby-red eyes glowed brightly.

“This is the end of the warm-up. I’ll go all out this time.”

“What did you say...?” Wisana narrowed his eyes.

Did he mean it had not been his all just yet until now?!

Sarquros shouted. Lucius disappeared from there. Before Wisana realized it, Lucius was behind him and was about to shoot the destructive beam at his chest!

The beam parted the ground and exploded. Wisana touched his side that was scraped by the beam.

“I won’t let you do that!”

Sarquros shouted.

The dragon girl called her black scythe up and dashed at Lucius immediately. Lucius did not flinch. He only looked at Sarquros wearily.

“A dragon fights in a human form? Ridiculous.”

The black scythe broke apart just because the red-haired beast flicked his hand. The dragon girl opened her mouth widely in awe. Lucius moved again before her brain could process.

He grabbed the girl’s head and pushed it down against the ground!!

That was not enough. Once Sarquros ceased, he called another energy ball up into his hand and threw it at the girl. The ball took the girl up and terrifyingly exploded in mid-air.

He shouted furiously and dashed out with his full speed.

No matter how fast he was, Lucius’s incredible senses were stimulated and told him all about it even before Wisana decided to rush at him. The second Wisana raised his fist and was about to throw a punch, Lucius changed his magic into a sword. He spun around to dodge the punch and pierced it at Wisana’s torso so accurately that the boy dropped and rolled on the ground!
