The boys nodded at each other and decided to dodge in a different direction. Lucius’s magic missed them. Even so, the ground was parted as if it was slashed by a giant sword!

“Huh, you’re fast.”

Lucius smiled and dashed at Wisana!

The speed of the red-haired man got Wisana to open his eyes widely. The moment Lucius approached him, he punched Wisana in the face. The boy raised his hand and brushed the fist off at the last second.

Then, Wisana countered by leaning back and roundhouse-kicked at Lucius’s neck. Lucius defended himself with his arm. His arm was trembling so much by the force.

“You’re even stronger than before. It seems like your level is more than when you were fighting the gods now, Vincent.” He scoffed. “I see, the Syncro. It seems like you’ve made a contract with the black dragon Sarquros. This is going to be fun.”

“And what about it, you prick!?”

Wisana yelled at him and spun himself the other way to give him another kick. Lucius decided to step back this time.

“Not bad. Your close-range combat is at a high level.” Lucius said.

The more nonchalant Lucius was, the angrier Wisana was. His flaming eyes narrowed as his hand glowed.

“Smile all you want. I’ll make you stop!”

Then, he shot the destructive beam at Lucius. The red-haired beast decided to dodge again, leaving some space between them.

When one did that, it was only normal for the other to dash closer!

He turned around so fast and saw that Shindanai the Crusader was dashing at him with incredible speed. The Longinus looked terrifying.

“What a teamwork.”

Lucius said nonchalantly before forming magic swords in his hands.

“But that can’t do anything to me, kid.”

“Lucius!!”

Shin shouted at the top of his lungs and dashed at the enemy in mid-air. His body was so light he was flying. It was apparent that he was capable of using the ‘Blood of Crusader’ skill again.

The moment the Longinus was darting at Lucius, hoping to pierce him in the torso, Lucius used the magic sword that was smaller than the spear to brush it off so easily before he started to attack with his double swords.

Shin did not do that well when he had to change to being a defensive side. It was more like he did not expect the other to switch roles this swiftly. The magic swords got his right shoulder and torso so harshly that even a tough one like him crouched!

Shin gritted his teeth and was forced to step back.

The amethyst eyes narrowed.

This man had changed so much compared to when they fought earlier!!

“Are you stepping back already?” Lucius smiled. “Where’s your confidence now, kid?”

Then, a gunshot sounded. Lucius could barely dodge it. He looked below and saw that Valentine was aiming at him!

“Tsk! So annoying.” Lucius muttered.

At the moment when Lucius was distracted, Shin quickly rushed at him. He forgot all about the pain in his shoulder and stabbed the Longinus at the enemy with all his might.

“...You, too, kid!”

Lucius yelled at him and leaned back a little to dodge Shin’s attack.

However, Shin knew what to do when he missed. He threw himself away from Lucius. The red-haired man clicked his tongue with irritation.

“You nibble like a fish. So annoying!”

Then, he dashed at Shin. However, his senses yanked him back. Wisana was there above him.

His feet were coming for him, and he could not evade them anymore!

The massive damage popped up as Lucius was dropping and hitting the ground so hard the whole city trembled.

Wisana did not hesitate to raise his hand up and gather the energy power on his palm. Then, he shot the Dragon Ray down. The white beam dashed towards Lucius, who was still trying to regain his footing. He could only raise his arms up, hoping to defend himself!

There was no need to guess if Wisana’s attack completed its job.

“This one is for when you hit me from behind.” He raised his hand up again. “And this, is for what you’ve done to my friends!!”

Wisana shot the beam at the ground. The explosion continued to intensify until even Shin and Valentine, who were standing further away, had to cover their faces. Wisana could barely make out a word.

Shin was flying below him, so he could only look up at Wisana in awe because he did not expect this man to have this much power.

“What the hell? This is even stronger than when he was fighting the gods, isn’t it..?”

As for Valentine, she could only stare at him. She was the closest to the scene and in front of her now was a huge hole with smoke.

Everything seemed quiet...

Nobody moved. Not even Lucius who was shot countless times.

“Don’t be so careless. That can’t do anything to him!!”

It was Viola who shouted loudly.

Even though she was forced to lie down on the ground by the banned spell, her senses still worked to their full potential. And of course, she felt that... Lucius was still alive, and he was about to make a move!

Then, Lucius grabbed the spear that was about to reach him in a split second. Shin halted and opened his eyes widely in awe. Lucius did not hesitate to swing the Longinus at the ground. The crusader crashed against the ground so hard. Lucius pointed at him and was about to shoot the beam!

“Shin!” Wisana shouted.
