Chapter 601 - 5 Hell Stages Part V
Chapter 601 - 5 Hell Stages Part V
BOOM!!!
The explosion was triggered again with more blazing flames. The trees on this floor started to die down. The man behind it seemed to be very happy at the sight.
“HAHAHAHA.” He laughed out loud. “This is so good. If you have what it takes, then show me!”
He called more magic fireballs out again. One of the fire eaters saw that and rushed towards him. Wisana smiled and threw the fireballs to the side.
“Go that way, stupid dog!”
BOOM!!
Wisana just burned more trees and let the fire start again. The fire eater turned and rushed towards the fire as if it were a dog chasing a frisbee!
“You should at least save some for the game, Vincent.”
Shin, who had been watching him for a while, said. He did not expect that someone would be reckless enough to burn the game’s property like this!
Okay, it worked. But it was too much!!
“Woah, I’m sorry. But if I can go to the fiftieth floor with this, I’m doing it!”
He threw more fireballs in another direction. It was almost deforestation now. The fire eaters seemed to be very pleased with the offer. Even though he felt so uncomfortable with the guy’s plan, Shin could not help but grin at his recklessness.
“I don’t think you can get rid of this in you any time, Vincent.”

“And what about the next stage, Ms. Baron?”
Stella asked again. The more she listened to Baron, the more worried she was. It seemed to her that only superhumans could pass all the tests!
“The forty-seventh floor?” The masked woman asked while opening another bag of snacks. “It’s designed especially for the senses.”
“Especially?”
The nurse raised her eyebrow and looked at the ‘Len’ yellow potato chips bag.
“It’s full of traps.”
“Traps?” Stella raised her voice higher.
“Yes, traps. There’s not a single enemy there, only traps. And they’re all deadly.”

The annoying boy stepped on something on the ground that sank down and made a clicking noise. No one heard the working mechanism, but Wisana suddenly felt something in his brain and quickly turned to Shin.
And before the quiet man even realized it, a rough hand yanked his shirt collar backwards, almost making him almost fall on his back.
Whoosh~!
In the blink of an eye, big sharp thorns stuck out from both walls in this narrow path. They were only an inch away from Shin. He was about to yell at Wisana for doing whatever he did, but now he could only eye him with amazement.
How could his sense be so fast?
“Be careful, do you want to be full of holes like a honeycomb?” He looked at the thorns that slowly went back into the walls. “Be careful where you walk. So many traps here.”
Hearing that, the quiet man narrowed his eyes.
“How did you know?”
“I just know.”
He shook his head and looked around before pushing Shin’s back as a sign to continue forward. It was already 11 pm. They should not waste any more time.
Shin stepped forward and his foot accidentally landed on a plate that sank down and made a sound...

“I told you to be careful, moron!”
Wisana scolded him. The trapped man did not even realize it yet what he had just done.
Then, the ground shook fiercely before a round giant rock rolled towards them from behind. It was so fast that it could kill anything in sight!
“Hey, run! You want to wait here and be crushed to death?!”
Wisana shouted and ran off like his life depended on it.
“Follow my footsteps or you’ll fall into traps again!”
Shin decided to do so. It was just like a proverb that told the kids to follow the adults’ footsteps. Actually, this man was older than him, even though it did not look like it, judging from the cover.
“Faster, Vincent. It almost catches up!” Shin shouted.
“I know. I’m trying!” His amber eyes, then, opened widely at the sight. “Damn it, Shin, there’re four intersections. Where should we go? If we go straight, we’re surely dead meat. You want left or right? No time to rock, paper, scissors!”
“F*cking decide it yourself for once!”
It was the first swear word from the quiet man that surprised Wisana. He looked in front of him and licked his lips.
“Then... Left. My lucky left!”
Shin glanced at the left path and nodded. Then, he felt something. Even though it was during a life-or-death situation, his calm let him sense the wind. And it was from the right path...
If there was wind, that meant...
The exit!
“Vincent, right! Go right!”
“Huh? Eh ..Okay!”
In the blink of an eye, Wisana dashed to the right just in time, followed by Shin. The giant rock rolled past them only an inch away.
The boys lay down on the floor as if they had just run a marathon. They looked at each other and laughed. Once they got back up, Wisana looked at the path that he previously decided to go. The sight was so scary that he laughed awkwardly.
“We’d have died if we’d gone there.”
He wiped the sweat off his face.
Maybe it was because what was in front of them was a large abyss. If they were to run that way, it was obvious that they would fall into it and die.
“How did you know that the right was the exit?”
Wisana asked since he just saw that behind him was the entrance to the next floor. The quiet man smirked and said,
“I just know.”

“And the forty-eighth floor, it was all about mental strength. If you’re not strong enough to endure it, you won’t make it.”
Back to Baron again. This time, she was tearing her fifth ‘KitDoc’ wrap and putting the chocolate in her mouth.
“What do you mean, Ms. Baron?” Stella asked.
“On that floor...” She stopped and covered her mouth because she was having a hard time dealing with the sticky caramel in her mouth. “Again, there’s no monster on that floor. You have to roam past all the flames and waters just to reach the exit. If you don’t have the heart for it, you won’t be able to make it.”
She smiled cheerfully before throwing the trash away and grabbing another KitDoc.
“Stella, are you not hungry?”
“....” The girl halted and smiled. “I don’t like eating snacks.”
----------------
“What the hell? Is this the Nasen dungeon or the national extreme sports competition? We’ve been climbing the mountains so much my hands hurt!”
The yelling sounded while the owner of the voice was still doing his best to pull himself up by holding on to the small gap between the rocks. He glanced down and saw that Shindanai did not seem to be used to climbing. Wisana was clearly more flexible and durable. Being able to catch up to him like this, Shin was already considered a superhuman.
“Are you okay?” Wisana asked.
“Just climb. I’ll be right there.”
