Chapter 556: A Heaven Slashing Fist Part II

Chapter 556: A Heaven Slashing Fist Part II

“If you think this can leave a scratch on me, you’re dead wrong. That half-hearted magic of yours can’t do shit. If you’re the real magic warrior, come fight me at close range or leave. It’s a waste of time.”

The boy swallowed his saliva.

He knew that his attack would not be able to do anything. If he wanted the man’s HP to go lower than a hundred thousand, he would have to use the armor piercer attack of the magic warrior. However, they were all close-range ones. It seemed like he had no choice.

“Understood.”

Kongkiat said. He looked so worried before he stood up straight.

“I don’t want to use it because I haven’t mastered it yet, but I won’t be able to win if I don’t.”

Then, the boy gathered all of his power and called colorful magic balls out around him.

“Why magic? Don’t tell me you’re going to hit me with all that?” Marcus scoffed.

But he was wrong. It was true that Kongkiat gathered his magic in his hands, but he took a deep breath and punched those magic balls at his chest with all his might!

The harsh wind blew out of him. The rain splashed from the explosion. He opened his eyes, and they turned flaming red.

“Magic Charge.” He muttered.

----------------

“That’s Magic Charge!”

Wisana shouted so loud that everyone turned to look at him.

“What was that? Why did he hit himself?” Tunwa asked.

“He didn’t,” Wisana shook his head. “That’s how you gather every magic power and put it in your body. People use this to enhance their body strength. It’s pretty dangerous because you have to balance all five elements, but you’ll be stronger, faster, and your attack will be harsher.”

“This is great!”

Warunya shouted happily. Angie still looked at Kongkiat with a worried face.

“It’s win some or lose some. It’s true that it enhances our ability during the fight. But if you can’t balance the power, your body will be confused and explode. You won’t lose your HP, but your body will take a toll.” He gritted his teeth tightly. “Why would master teach him this risky move?”

----------------

“A Magic Charge, huh?”

Marcus seemed surprised. He smiled wickedly.

“Can’t believe people still use this risky technique. It seems you’re pretty... good...”

Swoosh~

In the blink of an eye like a blowing wind, the boy rushed to him so fast that Marcus could not follow. Before he realized it, a fist had already hit him in the face!!

1,250

The first punch was a normal one. It did not cost much, but it was enough to surprise him.

This boy was fast!

Swoosh~

Marcus threw out his left fist. It was only the air that he punched. His eyes widened. The boy was gone!

“You’re kidding me...”

2,500

It was still Marcus who lost his health. This time it was the hit from behind. The older man almost lost his footing. Marcus gritted his teeth and decided to swing his elbow to the back, aiming for the boy. Again, it was the air that he hit.

The small figure was back in front of him again. He jumped up high.

Blazing Kick!

8,361!

In another blink of an eye, Kongkiat did a roundhouse kick at Marcus’s neck. He gathered fire magic at his foot, too. Marcus’s eyes were rolled up from the hit.

Before he realized it, the younger man was far from his attack range.

Marcus glanced back at him and snapped his neck. Blood was seeping out of his mouth from the very first punch that he got.

“Not bad, little chick.” Marcus smiled wickedly. “You’re the first in a year that made me lose over ten thousand HP.”

“....”

Kongkiat did not say anything. His face was still calm, and his eyes were still blazing.

“But it hasn’t dropped below a hundred thousand yet. That was your last chance, little chick.”

“Are you sure?” Kongkiat asked back.

“What do you mean?” Marcus raised his eyebrows.

“Look at your feet.”

Marcus looked at his feet as he was told. Then, his eyes widened with surprise. He was now standing outside of the circle that he had drawn earlier without him knowing. His lips parted in awe.

“You... When is this?” Marcus muttered.

“If you’re not careful, don’t blame me. Little chicks bite, too, you know?”

The veins on the man’s temples popped up. His monstrous smile was shown on his face.

“Looks like I have something good to play with before fighting Vincent.”

----------------

“Did you see? That was incredible!” Tunwa seemed excited.

“Yes. The movement just now was flawless. Even Marcus was surprised.” Warunya agreed.

“Kong...” Angie started to smile a little.

Everyone smiled at each other. They started to see a small light at the end of the tunnel. There were only two people in the room who still wore their serious facial expressions. The two men at the end of the room, Shin and Wisana, looked at the fight with their worried faces.

“Be careful, Kong. It’ll be the real fight this time.” Wisana muttered to himself.

----------------

“Looks like you’re full of potential, little chick,” Marcus shouted and hit his fists together. “I understand now why Sander accepted you and why Vincent’s keeping you here.”

It was a compliment that the boy did not thank for.

“I admit that you’re good. Your flexibility is also good. But you still lack one thing.” He smiled maliciously. “And that’s important for you to be able to fight in a life-or-death battle. It’s called thirst, or a wild animal instinct!”

As soon as he finished, Marcus soared at the boy for the first time. It was equal to or even faster than Shindanai’s speed. However, the energy on his left arm was big!

In the blink of an eye, Marcus reached Kongkiat and raised his fist up, thinking about hitting the boy with it. It was going to be a wide-range punch, so stooping down would be the best option!

The boy analyzed the situation by himself and quickly did just that.

“Weak!” Marcus shouted.

He switched the direction of the fist in a flash, from the side to an uppercut. Kongkiat was now a fixed target for the enemy!

‘Damn it. It’ll definitely hit.’

‘I have to dodge. No, it’s better to guard!’

BOOM!!

13,855!

If he had not guarded the punch with both arms, his head would have been cut off. The small figure floated in the air with his arms still guarding.

Shit, I swear that was a person’s punch. That was no different from a collision with a big truck!

“Good reflex. But not good enough, little chick.” Marcus said.

He did not hesitate to grab the boy’s arm and cast him over his head to the other side. The boy was slammed onto the ground so mercilessly. The area around him cracked open.

23,877!

“Agh~~!”

The boy gushed out blood. He laid still.

Before he knew it, Marcus, who was standing above him, raised his fist up again and was about to hit him with that for a finishing blow.

“Damn it!”
