Chapter 451: A Calling from Dirt Part II

Chapter 451: A Calling from Dirt Part II

“Isn’t that a bit too long for a legendary weapon maker like Snow Queen?”

Shin asked in a surprised tone. Normally, this woman would not spend that long in front of the stove making weapons. The maximum time she spent making a good weapon was only about 35 hours.

“Don’t get it wrong.” She smiled. “One day for repairment, and another two for upgrading. Since you came to see me here, it’ll be insulting to let you leave without some gift, right?”

Her words made the man in woman’s form curl the corner of his lips up. Then he nodded thankfully.

“Tim should be back from finding the materials by tomorrow. And in the meantime, I’ll use what I have in my inventory to fix the item. Then I’ll see how far your weapon can be improved after I get the materials that I assigned the kid to bring back.”

“Tim?” Shin raised his eyebrows slightly. “Your AI, right?”

“Yeah, the kid’s good enough to go find items alone now. And if he’s back with a whole lot of what I asked him to find, you can expect to meet the new Four Seasons right away.”

After speaking, Snow snapped her fingers, instantly lighting up the lights in the room. A moderate-sized house then appeared clearer to everyone’s eyes. So, they could see that apart from the messy living room, the other parts of the house were just as much like a disaster.

Moreover, some spots had pieces of glass bottles that looked like they got smacked on the walls, too.

“You did that?” Shin asked, pointing at the pieces of glass by the wall.

“Uh ...well, I didn’t make it to one million at the casino, so I was a little bit pissed.”

Hearing Snow’s answer, everyone shook their heads wearily, except for Shin, who just snorted from his throat. At the same time, Snow walked back inside the living room again for everyone to see her face clearly.

“Make yourself at home. TV’s over there, refrigerator’s over here. I think there’s some non-alcoholic drink in it, too. Oh, feel free to use my bathroom. Don’t worry, that’s the only place I will not let it get dirty.”

“Can we use the bedroom?”

Shin asked right away because he thought it would not be appropriate if they all shared the same bedroom since they were of different genders.

“...Uh, yes, you can actually, but are you sure you want to go in there?”

Hearing that, Shin closed his eyes exhaustedly.

“I get it. We’ll just clean up the living room and spend the night here then.”

“That’s what I thought,” Snow replied smilingly.

After that, the slim woman stomped her feet away in another direction, to the staircase to the second floor. But if someone took a closer look, there was a staircase to the basement as well.

“Try not to disturb me when I’m working. That’d be very nice of you.” Snow said.

“Got it.”

The woman smiled after she heard that, before looking at everyone’s faces again.

“Well, suit yourselves then. Think of it like your home.”

And then she took the Four Seasons’ rings and left to the basement. As she walked down the stairs, Shin noticed she was muttering something to herself like she was trying to think. And he cracked into a laugh when he saw that.

“That’s very Snow.”

He said with a smile, before turning his eyes to his friends who looked like they were too afraid to walk in this mess. Especially Waree, she was trying to find a spot where she could sit on the sofa, but it seemed like there was not a clean spot for that at all.

“Does Miss Snow always shift to a different person when she works?”

Manoch asked while he was skipping over something sticky inside the room.

“Yeah.”

“We can really trust her?”

Waree was the one speaking up as well. Her words and tone did not match her appearance right now at all, but no one cared about that.

“I trust her.” Shin replied briefly, making Waree pause, “Snow might look unreliable, messy, and probably says something that offends someone, but she’s a good and trustworthy person.”

“If she’s like what you said, then good. Because I’m dying to get back at Alexander now.”

Waree said in a blunt voice, making the others look at each other like they started sensing some weird aura around her. And for this reason, Manoch let out a dry laugh.

“Yeah, the atmosphere isn’t awkward at all.” He said then looked at Aerin. “I think we should start cleaning up this room since we’ll have to stay here for a while. We better make it lively, right?”

----------------

“HAAA! Taking a bath feels really good.”

The delighted voice came with a slim body that was now in a pink Yukata. Wisana was sitting in his room at Vanilia Hotel carefreely, and it seemed like he was more relaxed than usual.

“Would you like me to do your hair, Mo? Or do you just want it let down?”

Wisana asked the girl who was sitting on his lap.

“Yeah, I’d like you to do my hair.” Mona Lisa said smilingly.

“I’ll braid it then; do you like that?”

“Yes.”

Wisana smiled amusedly after getting the answer. It could be surprising why he was skilled at braiding his daughter’s hair like this. The answer was that he was the one who braided Naat, his sister, ever since she was a child!

“What about your hair, Master? Would you like it tied?”

Jinnie asked as the AI floated behind Wisana’s back, while she was combing and drying her master’s hair.

“It’s okay, Jinnie. It’s nighttime now, so just drying it up and letting it down is better.”

“Okay.”

Jinnie replied in a delighted voice. If anyone came to see the scene here, they would have been reminded of the same thing which was an image of three monkeys picking fleas out of each other. And Wisana never thought that he got to do something cute and girly like this before, and he thought this was kind of amusing.

“Anyway, the hot spring here is awesome, right, Jinnie?” Wisana started a chitchat.

“Yes, Master. It smells so nice, and its properties are very great.”

“It’s even better than the one at the dragon warrior office.”

Wisana giggled after speaking. His slender hands started braiding his daughter’s hair skillfully. At the same time, he looked at his fair arms and chest as he thought.

“Well, looks like it can heal scars from curses, too,” Wisana said. “Earlier, there were scars from Sven guy’s curse on my arms and chest, but they’re all gone now after I bathed in the hot spring.”

“That’s right, Master,” Jinnie said, combing her master’s hair smilingly. “The natural hot spring here has minerals from ‘Vanilia’ crystal in it. This crystal is exceedingly rare and can be found only in a few places. It has a smell like vanilla and the property to heal any type of cursed wounds and scars. It can be called the well-known rare item of this town.”

“Oh, I see.”

Wisana replied smilingly as he was familiar that it was even written on the sign at the entrance saying, ‘Vanilia, the town of healing.’ That was actually what the town was known for.
