Chapter 412: Wings That Fly to the New Legend Part VI

Chapter 412: Wings That Fly to the New Legend Part VI

“First of all. To the red pirates’ army, due to many disagreements we’ve been having, I’d like to cut off our alliance and become an individual who doesn’t belong to either of the armies. We will not take anyone’s orders, and we will fight this war on our own beliefs. So, if anyone gets in our way, we will resist with all we have.”

“...Na.”

A voice rang up softly as a bright smile came across Nuchjaree’s face. Her rust-colored eyes were watching the live on the screen in front of her with focus. Unlike Sven, his ruby-red eyes seemed to be surprised.

"A warship?"

Hearing that man like that, Nuchjaree turned to smile sweetly at the annoying man who was standing beside her.

“It seems like your calculation was missed, Sven. I think I forgot to tell you that no matter which formula you use, you’ll never find a fixed result if there’s the Nemesis in the question.”

Sven was still for a moment. He blinked a couple of times, before curling up a soft smile finally. Those ruby eyes had a spark appearing in them, the spark of an uncovered blissfulness.

This was the second time that Vincent had wronged his calculations like this...

“This will be fun.”

After those words, Sven opened his communication window up instantly, making Nuchjaree who was watching him pause a little.

“What are you going to do?” She asked.

“Just a little test.”

----------------

“Second of all, to the blue warriors, don’t worry. Even though I’ve separated from the red pirates, I don’t have any plan to join or cooperate with your army ever. Besides, we still have a long list of debts, waiting to get back at you all. So, please be relieved, we’re pretty much enemies as before.”

“HAHAHAHA. That’s right, Vincent!!”

The satisfied laugh burst out loudly inside a limousine driven on the road somewhere. Marcus was sitting in the back seat of the car alone, looking carefree as he watched the live on his screen.

“A warship, huh? You’re sure full of surprises. Great! Now, it is fun!”

“Boss, are we really not going back to Tristan?”

Suddenly, a soft voice of Wittaya rang up, making Marcus flick his fingers on the forehead of this wimpy adviser with a loud smacking noise.

“ARGH!! My skull, it’s broken into pieces now!”

“Why would we get back there? Vincent stated clearly that his guild would become individual, didn’t he? So, there’s no reason for us to fight in the capital anymore. Wit, call our guild back to Ziggard now.”

“Eh, Ziggard? But our base is in Dores, isn’t it?”

“Dores?” Marcus yelled in a high-pitched voice. “Are you joking, Wit? I just told you that we don’t have anything to do with those idiots anymore. My target is Vincent only. No one can tell me what to do. And if anyone gets in my way, I’ll kill them all!”

----------------

“For these reasons, we’re here to announce our next goal. Victory is what we want, and we will do anything to get it. The victory that we won’t share with anyone else, the victory that will be ours only. About the war agreements, please keep those somewhere else. This is Pride, and we, the Nemesis, will be the new legend. We’re not going to let anyone hold us down with some nonsense made by some cowards ever. We’re going to take you down one by one until there’s only us left. If who dares get in the way, we’ll wipe them out clean, and I am going to be Pride’s number one...”

There was silence for one moment on the battlefield. Everyone was dumbfounded by what was happening so quickly. They did not even have time to get ready or restrain their minds. They were barely able to comprehend all of this.

But the only thing they all understood for sure was that...

The Nemesis was creating a rebellion!!

“Who will let you do that so easily, huh?!!”

Right after that, there was a shout coming from, of course, William, the purple-haired man who had climbed to the top of a building with a red face and a brunch of mages and range players.

“Vincent, today is the day I take you down. Fire!!”

He commanded before a large amount of magic flew up in the sky, including bullets, arrows, and cannon bullets that William brought up as well.

Of course, the target was the Alexander that was still floating up there.

“Captain, heat detected from the back of the ship with 58 incoming units!”

Warunya said loudly and calmly. Hearing that, Maysa took a deep breath.

“We really can’t avoid countering, huh?” She let out a soft sigh.

“It can’t be helped. It’s William.” Wisana said amusedly, before placing his hand on his girlfriend’s shoulder. She then shook her head wearily, before turning to Waree.

“Take care of that, Nam.”

“Roger, Captain.”

Waree replied in a delighted voice. A second later, something popped up from her control panel, looking like control sticks with sockets that she had to put her hands in, deep to her elbows. Inside each stick, there was a bright, blue crystal as a handle. Without hesitation, Waree put her hands in and grabbed the handles quickly before the screen in front of her control panel started glowing.

“MDS has been fully activated.”

The ship’s AI spoke up, and Waree curled up a big grin.

“Well, let’s start with this one.”

Reflex Shield!

In the blink of an eye, a magic wall appeared at the back of the ship where it was targeted by those attacks right away. The magic white wall was spreading out in particles all over the area. And right when the attacks from William hit the wall, everything was reflected down certainly!!

“Shit!!”

William shouted aloud, while the others in his force did not even have the time to yell because they were blown away in different directions by their own skills.

“They can reflect attacks? That’s crazy.”

William spoke in a shaking voice, while he was lying face down on the ground out of shock, never expecting that the attacks would all be reflected like that.

“What’s up, Mister freaking William.”

He had not got a chance to stand up again yet when he got direct contact through their secret channel. Hearing the notification, he hurriedly opened the window up, and what he saw was Wisana standing next to Maysa who was sitting on a chair. Moreover, these two were smiling mockingly at him right now!

“You, Vincent, what the hell have you done?! A ...a ...a ...and what’s that damn warship?”

He asked while he was pointing everywhere panickily.

Seeing that, both Wisana and Maysa started curling up from laughing too hard.

“Don’t act so surprised, William,” Wisana said smilingly, then winked. “You heard me, I’m going to separate and play as a solo guild now. I’m afraid I would slow you down if I stayed with you any longer. Oh, one more thing, thank you for the items you harvested for me to share with my guild’s new members. Right! They’re those who you didn’t want and kicked them out to the south. Thanks to you, my free army has gained a lot of members.”

“Y ...y ...y ...y ...y ...y ...you think this will end well after what you’ve done?!!”

William brawled out loudly with anger. But hearing that, Wisana chuckled, shaking his head like he was fed up with him. After that, those sharp amber eyes gazed at William. The look in his eyes could give the other one a goosebump even through the screen.

“And you think that it will end well after what you’ve done?”
