Chapter 411: Wings That Fly to the New Legend Part V

“Crap!!”

619,985!!

Many damage points popped up. Yeah, the damage was deadly, but it was not enough to kill this kid. Vis even gasped out of shock, and the kid was just knocked out of balance and fell.

“C ...crazy. Within a second, that kid can still...”

Vis exclaimed in surprise.

In a split second, Akkee incredibly avoided the period of life and death by holding both his arms up to guard himself against the bullet, reducing its damage by not letting it hit the feral point directly. Even though that could not reduce every damage point, it was still enough to make him survive!

“Freaking Hurts!!”

The brat screamed out, waving his hands around.

Meanwhile, Vis could only gasp. He had never seen anyone with such sharp instinct before. Maybe, this was even better than Vincent’s.

“Ugh! You’re unbelievable, Mister Vis. That was cheating!”

Akkee shouted as he hurriedly got up and blew his hands. After that, this smug kid glanced at Vis who was standing on the other building quickly. Vis looked like he was still surprised by the kid’s reflexes. So, instead of escaping and hiding to prepare for another attack, he was just standing still, and that brought him a total disaster.

“I’m not going to fall for that again this time!”

“...!!”

What happened earlier was surprising, but what was happening now was surprising even more. Suddenly, the kid disappeared from his spot and showed up again behind Vis at a speed as fast as blinking.

The Jumper!!

Vis’ eye widened as Akkee’s fist started to have a bright aura sparkling out. This kid was going to finish him off in a punch. He would definitely die if this attack hit.

The left eye, should he break the seal now?

He would die here if he did not break the seal. And dying meant losing, Valentine was going to lose?

No! He would never make her lose!!

A second after the thoughts, Vis held his hand up to his eye pad. If he was about to get killed by this brat, he would rather burn this whole city down instead!

BOOM!

The sound of an explosion was heard resoundingly. Vis and Akkee were stunned right away. The two had not yet thrown their next attack at each other when another explosion was heard continuously. That was followed by a large catching fire, cannons’ bullets, and a massive number of missiles falling like rain from the sky!

The two men turned to look at each other confusedly right away. They had stopped their battle and just looked in the city’s center direction where those unidentified weapons were attacking.

“Are those your army?” Vis asked.

“Nah, my army doesn’t have that many weapons. I thought they were yours?” Akkee replied.

After both sides denied it, there was a hint of golden aura spreading out in the sky full of fire smoke, and this was the thing that made the two gasp their mouths instantly.

Floating in the air, it looked like a gigantic fortress. Its two pairs of wings were spreading out grandly with the goddess of revenge icon appearing clearly in the center of it.

----------------

“What is that?”

Valentine was the one who spoke up confusedly. What she saw was that someone showed up to mess with the battle. Moreover, they were attacking without caring what side they hit. Everyone was under the attack of a massive amount of cannon bullets and missiles, and all got injured now.

“B ...boss, what is happening? W ...what side does it belong to?”

One of Valentine’s guild members asked with a panicked face.

But Lavi was the one who answered that. He stood up again with a delighted smile as he said,

“Sorry, but my army can’t build something like that.”

Hearing that, Valentine and Lavi caught eyes like they were implying something.

“No one can hold that guy down for long, Valentine.”

“That guy?”

Valentine repeated confusedly. However, it did not take long before she curled up a soft smile as well. She closed her eyes right away, then she started to sense something in her mind.

That was not wrong, that heat like this.

“People with the Signetic can sense the others, so you should be able to feel who’s up there, right?”

The two smiled at each other finally. The sky was glossed with the golden aura from the white and red warship with the symbol of the goddess of revenge ‘Nemesis.’

“You kept me waiting for so long, Vincent.”

“What does he think he’s doing? Why showed up now? Also, where does that ship come from anyway?” Valentine let out a weary sigh, but she kept an amused smile on her face.

----------------

“The first attack wave was all hit. Every player on the battlefield has now stopped fighting.”

The report was from agent Aerin. Meanwhile, the captain with those light gray eyes curled up a satisfied smile.

“Great. Now, get Nightingale gunner number three and four ready. Shift the missile launcher to “R” mode. Nam, take care of the defense, please.”

“Copy that.”

Every player from the Nemesis guild replied diligently. They were doing their assigned position brilliantly even Tunwa who had to temporarily handle the gunner position.

At the same time, Wisana who was standing by the captain’s seat looked at the screens floating around the gorgeous captain concentratedly. The first wave of attack was to make that chaotic battle stop and calm down, and it worked very well.

“What now, boss?”

Maysa asked in a delighted voice. Hearing that, Wisana nodded at her in reply right away.

“Warunya, could you put me on the voice channel please?”

“Certainly.”

Another beautiful communicative agent replied in a splendid voice. She proceeded to open a communication window up in front of Wisana quickly, before nodding at him to speak.

“Attention to both armies, this is the special warship, the Alexander, and I’m Vincent from the Nemesis. I apologize for coming to interrupt everyone here, but there’s an urgent issue that I need to announce to you all.”

“Vincent? What is he doing here? And what the hell is that warship?!!”

The bawling could not be from anyone else but William, who was leading his force into the city to backbite the enemies after his allies had been wearing themselves out in the battle for too long now.

“L ...leader William, there’s a report from our base.”

Suddenly, one of his players rushed to William, panting.

“What is it?!”

“I ...I think we’ve been attacked. The players we assigned to watch over the Nemesis moving items to the south were all beaten.”

William was so shocked that his eyes widened. His rough hand took his sunglasses off instantly.

“The hell is that supposed to mean?!!” He said, shaking that player harshly. “I told them to control the Nemesis, didn’t I? Then how did they get beat? And where does the damn warship come from?!!”

“C ...calm down, boss. I don’t know much of the details either, but it seems like most of the players that we assigned to go south with the guild resisted us as well. Besides, they stole the items they were supposed to move, too!”

“Huh?!!!”

William could only gasp his mouth wide. He let go of his hand on that player, before looking up at the warship in the sky with an extremely dumbfounded expression.

“A...anyway, can anyone explain to me about this warship?”

----------------

“First of all. To the red pirates’ army, due to many disagreements we’ve been having, I’d like to cut off our alliance and become an individual who doesn’t belong to either of the armies. We will not take anyone’s orders, and we will fight this war on our own beliefs. So, if anyone gets in our way, we will resist with all we have.”
