Chapter 294: Rhythm of the Moon Part III
Chapter 294: Rhythm of the Moon Part III
“The tube is in the inventory. Hurry up and take it out.”
“Okay.”
She agreed diligently and got the tube under the mantis-dragon’s eyes quickly, waiting for the tear to drop in it. And just a moment later, the one that was struggling with the damage of figure four leg lock shed a manly tear out grudgingly!
PING!
Right after the liquid filled the tube, there was a beautiful sound coming up softly. So, Wisana let go of the mantis monster’s legs and walked to Jinnie, who was floating as she was showing the tube for her master to see. The tube sealed tightly with a cork was filled with a small amount of liquid, but the liquid was clear like a diamond that had been cut and polished already.
“Player Wisana had got 1 bottle of Tears of Dragon.”
The announcement was heard by the two. It was not from Jinnie, but an unknown woman. So, it meant that the item in his hand had been approved by the dragon master class office that it was definitely real.
“Finally, we’ve got the Tears of Dragon.” He turned to smile at his AI.
“Congratulations, Master. So, there’re only two more things to collect.”
“Yeah.” He grinned widely. “This item is easier to find than I thought.”
“Anyway, what should we do with this dragon killer, Master?” Jinnie asked because her eyes just caught with the poor condition of that unfortunate monster.
“Just let it go. We don’t have to waste our time killing that kind of low-ranked monster.” Wisana replied.
“But...”
Jinnie did not finish her sentence when the mantis had gone crazy. It got picked on by that leg lock wrestling move, got insulted, and looked down upon. So, the monster lost it and jumped at Wisana who just turned his back on it carelessly right away!
SMACK!!
Expectedly, it could not do anything much. The man did not even waste time looking back at it at all. He just held his hand up, and the Dragon Killer crashed into the back of the hand. And that knocked its consciousness out in the middle of the air at once before it slowly fell to the ground.
“Just take a nap there.”
Wisana said and walked away. How he was extremely unbothered made Jinnie give him a forced smile, before she looked at the monster that had its legs get broken by the wrestling move, and now got blacked out by the back of the hand, too.
She was not sure if she should call that pitiful or pathetic.
At least it was the one that asked for this by the way, ...mostly.
“Anyway, using this figure four move after a while could totally get my back ache.”
The tall one spoke, while he was stretching his muscles. After that, he put the Tears of Dragon in his inventory, before walking up to join Angela, who had fled to the back with those pixie dragons clinging to her back. Looking as scared as the girl.
“All done, Angie. I’ve taken care of that mantis already, and I’ve even got the Tears of Dragon. So, let’s go get the moon water at the top of the mountain now, shall we?”
“Yeah.”
The younger one seemed to be many times more obedient when she was whimpering. The trace of tears was still visible on her youthful face. She hurriedly held her hand for Wisana to grab it right away, making the one who bickered with her most of the time raise his eyebrows.
But he had been good with kids, Wisana knew intently that Angie was in shock right now, and that she wanted someone to comfort her (even though it was someone like him). So, he took her hand easily and did not say anything more.
After that, they moved on quietly.
Their next destination was the top of the mountain where the pond under the maple of songs was.
But they did not realize that, as they walked away, there was a revengeful look in the eyes of the Dragon Killer gazing after them persistently. Its jaws were clenched together with rage. But it could not get up, no matter how hard it tried, because its legs were all numb and hurt!
GEEE!!!
The hoarse scream could be implied as, “Remember this. We’re not done here!!!”
But well, it could be revengeful all it wanted, because...
The Tears of Dragon had been taken!!

At the same time, far away from the plentiful Drago Hild Valley, back to the camp of Nemesis guild with the sunset had arrived in the sky. The soft orange sunlight painted on the horizon, making it look beautiful like a painting by some world-famous artist.
The chattering sound came along with giggling and a song called “Our King, Vincent,” that took turns playing with another song called “Chapter One of Pride Legend.” The songs were played by some homemade instruments. Of course, those instruments had to be something that could be found easily like chopsticks hitting on bottles of soda, or spoons hitting on the rim of glasses. And there was also the sound of hands knocking on some wooden tables or something like that.
It might sound silly that these guys started drinking so early in the evening, but it made more sense with the fact that the chiefs of the guild had confirmed that, "Our guild will definitely be joining the crystal war," and that was why the rest of the members had been throwing the party since the sun did not even go down like this. A person who was watching them from afar only smiled along amusedly, waving the glass of cocktail that she only drank occasionally at them.
Her slim figure was sitting on the window frame of the main office. Her gorgeous face was painted with a pretty smile. Her fair skin was bathed in the sunset light, making her look two times livelier.
“Looks like they’re having fun.”
Another voice rang as the owner of it peeked her head out of the window. She placed her arms on the wooden frame. And when her eyes caught those who were so deeply into the party, she let out a chuckle right away.
“Good that.” The one who was sitting replied smilingly. “We’re going to war in a few days, so we will be able to throw a party again after we win the war. So, just let them have fun for now.”
“You’re really kind behind their backs, Miss.” The newcomer girl teased, poking a finger on the cheek of those grey eyes’ owner wearily.
“You finished all your work, Nam?”
“I did for a while. There’s nothing I have to do for now, I think. What about you?”
“Just a couple more things left.” She said, before taking another sip of her cocktail. “Chief of staff’s work just keeps increasing. Working in the strategy unit isn’t so simple you know. ...Oh, this fruit cocktail tastes really good. Smith’s skill is not bad at all.”
Waree laughed at the other’s words. Smith was the NPC bartender in the bar of their guild, and he was also the NPC that she rarely used his service, but today, it seemed like the chief of staff felt a glow of happiness and wanted to order a drink from Smith just once.
“By the way, since you’re not that busy now, shouldn’t you go to Drago Hild and check on Na a bit?”
