Chapter 254: Nemesis Part VI

“Master, what are you doing?!” The one who got kissed was blushing hard.

“You just saved me again, Jinnie. And didn’t I tell you that I would kiss you after you had a body?!”

“Come on, Master.”

Eventually, the AI could not say anything more in response, leaving Wisana smiling happily. Then he glanced over his shoulder and approximately counted the Nova fireballs to be at least 40 of them. Seeing that, he did not hesitate and demanded the Darkness to start activating right away!

After Wisana’s voice, 20 illusions of himself spread out instantly. He only shared one HP with each one of them because what he intended to do was not to make them attack the enemies, he just wanted them to fly at those flying time bombs and trigger them to go off. That was all.

And it went according to plan, that large group of Novas was all destroyed by the illusions that Wisana had created. Even though there was another group of them coming right up, he was not bothered. He used his usual buzzing flying technique and the illusions to destroy all these Novas cleverly!!

But it seemed like the one who was having a hard time here was the heavy tank like Shin. He was more familiar with fighting at close range. His speed was not that fast either. So, right now, he had to slash one Nova at a time, even though he got hurt when they blasted themselves up after they got killed.

“TCH! These things are so damn annoying!”

Shin shouted while he was running from the fire of a Nova that he just cut in half. Those lavender-purple eyes looked around and saw that many enemies were flying in to surround him as if they knew that he was the most disadvantaged of the three.

“Damn it!”

Shin yelled loudly because he was surrounded from every direction. If these things blasted themselves up, the damage from 80 Novas would be enough to break through his armor, even though he was a crusader with the most HP.

“Don’t give up now!”

Suddenly, there was a sweet voice of a joyful girl ringing up, followed by 18 little familiar assault units flying past Shin’s head fast. After that, a slim figure of someone leaped in to stand beside him.

“Maysa?”

“Sorry that I’m not that gorgeous Nam.”

Maysa spread her lips into a pretty smile at him before her special assault units took off to attack the Novas instantly. Just one attack was enough to destroy those firebombs completely, while the fire from the explosion caught on the other one nearby as well!

In the blink of an eye, Maysa’s instant attacks had wiped out the Nova army that was surrounding Shin. She turned to wink at the Zero-Celsius prince, before tilting her head up at the sky and shouting for Wisana.

“Wisana, hurry up and come pick GM Anne up, then do as the plan she’s about to tell you!”

“The plan?”

Shin spoke up confusedly, meanwhile, Wisana shouted “Roger!” in the distance without any question in his mind, like he trusted Maysa’s plan with all his heart.

“Don’t worry, Shin. You guys keep senselessly fighting like this. We girls will handle the rest of this. It’s what a nice lady is supposed to do, right?”

She said and winked at Shin. After that, Shin glanced in another direction and saw that apart from Rattana who was waiting for Wisana to shake those Novas off and come pick her up, Waree was also running to join Thada in another corner as well...

“Split attack again?”

He asked Maysa, the gorgeous girl smiled brightly.

“You understand my plan within the blink of an eye. That’s our Shin. Yeah, I divided us into three attack groups. You with me, Nam with Thada guy, and Wisana with Miss Anne.”

“What are you doing exactly?” Shin asked, not quite understanding.

“Don’t worry. My plan never goes wrong. You guys shouldn’t keep all the fun to yourselves, you know? Share with us girls as well.”

“Seemingly, there’s no introduction scene for us now, Viola.”

The joking words were said as the speaker cupped his hands around his eyes, while he was watching the battle of those teenagers fighting against the king of fire monster. And it seemed like they had got the situation under control beautifully.

The slim woman was now dressed in a light grey hood that covered almost every part of her body again. She did not say anything, while her amber eyes behind the half-faced white mask were staring at the only boy who could fly in the sky, and he was also of her own lineage.

“I still don’t trust them. Since it’s their plan, there could be more of something shady behind this...”

Viola spoke in a quiet voice, before staring at Lord Inferno.

“Alice, can you scan the virus’s ability for me?”

“Of course, Ma’am. Please wait a moment.”

Then there was a sweet voice that was expected to belong to Alice replying to her. Sander tilted his head down to look at his friend, before letting out a soft sigh.

“You’re thinking of joining the fight? Your son might see you if you do that right now. Please don’t think that he wouldn’t recognize you in these undercover clothes.”

“I’m just getting ready, just in case. That’s all.” The one who got warned turned to snap at him. “I know that now is not the time for him to know the whole truth, but I’d be a terrible mother if I just stood and watched my son getting killed before my eyes.”

Hearing that, Sander smiled slightly, but he was still shaking his head wearily anyway.

“Alright, okay, do as you please then. ...Aw, didn’t know you could really act like a mother nowadays. If someone from before said that the Goddess of War Viola had changed this much, no one would believe it.”

“You’re talking too much, Ran!”

“Ouch!”

“Damn, what’s with this upgrade? 50 million HP? ...That’s even more than yours, Viola.”

The middle-aged man who had a playful face laughed out loud right away.

“That’s not funny, jerk.”

“I didn’t say it was.”

“Then why the heck are you laughing?!”

The frustrated one snapped loudly, before concentratedly looking below again. Right now, she focused on Thada, who was standing against the enemy with a slim girl beside him.

The girl had caramel-colored hair and a cute, gentle-looking face that was very familiar to Viola’s eyes. Those emerald, green eyes looked a bit unusual for an Asian girl. But after considering how she had French mixed in her, that seemed to make more sense.

“That girl.” She spoke up softly, making Sander follow her eyes as well.

“Why? What’s the matter with Nam?”

“Nam?” Viola turned to him. “Her name’s Nam, right?”

“Yeah.”

“Holy crap. Alice, cut the communication signal between you and me off right now.”

Viola spoke up in a panic. And that made Sander, who was standing beside her, tie his eyebrows as well.

“Are you crazy? Cutting off the signal at a time like this will get us in trouble.”

“That’s not the point, Ran. But that kid, the kid named Nam...”

“Why?” Sander raised his eyebrows now.

“She’s Nittaya’s daughter, dummy. You’ve seen her before and didn’t notice this at all?”

“For real?! Hey, Alice, shut yourself down now. Her brain waves have probably got messed up right now!”

Even Sander shouted aloud, while Viola was letting out a sigh wearily. ...After a while, the voice of Alice softly replied,

“I understand now, knights of the emperor. Please continue to serve our institution. May luck be with you.”

After that voice, Viola and Sander looked at each other, before letting a long sigh out.
