Chapter 253: Nemesis Part V

“Hey! That scared me!”

Wisana yelled as he was losing balance in the sky. And that was because there was a huge thunderbolt striking just a few inches away from him. Moreover, the thunderbolt hit the blizzard tower icicle accurately.

“Oh, sorry, Mister Vincent. I’ve never teamed up with a player who can fly before. Anyway, please mind my lighting magic a bit.”

Thada shouted with a joyful face, making the listener snort.

“This guy totally did that on purpose.”

Just a second later, a loud sound was heard again. This time, it came from Shin attacking right on Lord Inferno’s head, knocking it over on the ground. Wisana whistled at what he saw.

“You guys still have time to talk?”

The Zero-Celsius prince scolded through the signal softly, making Wisana raise his eyebrows and Thada started laughing instantly.

“If all you can do is fly around, then go away, Vincent. You’re in my way right now.”

“Huh?” The one who got blamed for being in the way drawled.

“I really want to say this, but if you’re just going to fly around, it’s really hampering. And I hope flying is not your only strong suit, right, Vincent?”

Thada was the one who added on, making the one who was underestimated start to get provoked. So, right now, his blue wings started to glow brightly again.

“Don’t say anything anymore, jerks. We’ll see who’s actually in the way here.”

Wisana shouted aloud as he flew up higher to another level. Then, he spread his hands like he was spreading his wings. One moment later, the magic dust that was spreading in the form of Butterfly Effect wings started to expand wider. Moreover, the range of the magic dust seemed to be spreading 20 meters all over the area.

“Jinnie, let’s spread the particles of the magic field to the max.”

“Copy that, Master.”

After Jinnie’s voice, the slim figure of the blonde-haired girl appeared beside her master. She held her slender hand up and placed it on Wisana’s back. After that, his magic wings started getting stronger and making the magic dust spread all over the area.

“This light?”

Shin spoke, holding his hand to touch the magic dust and felt that it was cool.

“Ice flakes?” Thada asked confusedly, before bringing up his information window to scan it. “No, it’s just some strong magic particle.”

“Water element magic particles?” Shin asked back, not understanding.

“What are you waiting for, boys?!”

It did not take long before Wisana started moving again. Right now, his wings were glowing brightly, showing that the Butterfly Effect was functioning at the fullest. After he finished speaking, the tall man launched at Lord Inferno before it could get up again in full force.

The damage was even stronger, compared with the first attack which was already shocking. Wisana could still do something that was even more shocking by changing one of his wings’ colors into light green instantly.

“Jinnie, spread magic field particles again!”

“Copy that.”

Then the green magic dust was spreading as well, making the area covered in green and blue dust everywhere all over the area. Wisana did not wait for longer, he flew up higher, and then, summoned lightning magic on his palm.

“Can you help me a bit, Jinnie?”

“Let me handle that.”

After that, she grabbed Wisana’s arm gently, and the lightning magic the size of a bean had grown bigger to the size of a football!

Magic Dimension!

The tall man flew down instantly after his energy was boosted. The speed was increased to the point that almost made him invisible like he was in another dimension. The particles that were spreading out a while ago had now been pulled back by the lightning magic to gather in one spot, before shooting right at Lord Inferno in one attack!

Lord Inferno got attacked with the group beneath its feet cracking in a large area. It could not even scream out in pain, because the attack that struck down was so strong that even Shin and Thada had to retreat away, barely in time!

“Spreading water element magic particles, before attacking to make it stronger,” Shin said with an amazed face.

“After that he attacked it again while the ice was stuck in the enemy, using it as a magic medium. Then he changed one of his wing’s elements into lightning, so there were some lightning particles blending in the area as well, and that caused an electric charge in the air, before attacking it with lightning magic to trigger the particles to activate...” Thada completed him with a smile, even though he was having a big drop of sweat on his face.

“That’s very creative of you, Vincent,” Shin said, sounding a bit sarcastic.

“Your new wings are brilliant as well. Now, you’re a monster that can fly.” Thada dropped beads of sweat.

“Well, this is good though...” Shin said.

“Now, it looks more fun!!”

Both Shin and Thada yelled out in unison, before approaching the enemy even before it could get up on its feet again. Then they started attacking it, not giving it a chance to get ready at all.

Shin slashed it with full strength, making it growl out loudly, while Thada refused to be left behind. He cast an ice magic spell on it again. And with the magic dust left from when Wisana spread it out, Thada’s attack seemed to be a lot stronger which caused Lord Inferno a scream of pain!

The attacks from every direction were pressing Lord Inferno down and reducing its HP startlingly fast. Seemingly, it would not have a chance against these three little savage monsters like this at all.

If it did not do anything about this...!

GROOOOWL!!!!!

Then it screamed out resoundingly, shaking through the whole ground. And the boys knew right away that the enemy was up to something tricky. So, they decided to retreat from the battle zone out of the fighting instinct that they all had.

“What the hell is it going to do now?” Wisana cursed.

“What is it thinking? Not like it’s about to blow us to death with the fire beam, right?” Shin spoke up.

“Oh, it can’t be...” Thada tied his eyebrows together.

But their questions were answered when Lord Inferno breathed a fireball out of its massive mouth aimlessly, only making the boys hold up their hands to cover their faces from the heat wave.

“Everyone be careful. It’s summoned the minions out now. Try not to get hit.”

“What?!”

Both Shin and Wisana shouted after Thada’s warning. ...Within a blink, about a hundred smaller fire monsters were launching themselves out of the fireball that Lord Inferno had spit out!

“We’re so screwed!”

The one in the sky shouted aloud, while Shin was clenching his teeth as he lifted his spear up in ready, before starting to run backward with steps!

Meanwhile, Thada started casting a defensive spell fast!

The mage seemed to survive because of the thick magic wall. Those annoying Novas could not get to Thada, because they crashed and blasted themselves all up.

“Crap, crap, crap...”

The still target in the sky like Wisana seemed to be having a struggling time right now, because many Novas were flying after him, approximating by eyes, there should be around 40 of them.

“Calm down, Master. You might want to use the Darkness’s illusion as a decoy to lure them away.”

Jinnie, the AI that was tagging along with him, suggested calmly. However, Wisana who was flying shook his head harshly.

“I would have done that if I could. But the Darkness’s been in a cool-down since I released the over limit when I fought with those item hunters!”

After hearing that, Jinnie held her hand up to her mouth.

“Oh gosh, I am so sorry about that. I’m going to fix the Darkness’s cool-down period right now.”

“Huh? You can do that, too?” Wisana asked in a high-pitched voice.

“Of course, but this skill can be used one time in a fight because it had a three-hour cool-down.”

Jinnie replied with a smile, before cupping Wisana’s face gently. She started moving her pink lips to mutter, before leaning in to kiss his neck, or to be more accurate, to kiss on the Darkness.

Angle Kiss *A special ability of the holy mages to heal and repair the wearing equipment to be completely available again. And this skill had a three-hour cool-down after use.

In the blink of an eye, the Darkness was back in use again, exactly like Jinnie said. Wisana curled up a smile right away before he cupped his hands around her face as well and smooched her on the cheek.
