“Eh...?”

Waree exclaimed softly to herself. She blinked a couple of times as she held her hands up to touch her temples like there was something changing with her body.

“The nauseating feeling is gone. The headache, too.”

“Nam, watch out!”

She was curious about why her body was back to functioning normally again all of a sudden, so she carelessly stopped moving for a moment, troubling Thada to shout and get her to focus on the present. Waree took only a split second to turn and watch those Novas flying straight at her with a bright smile as she pointed at the targets.

Without a headache like this, I don’t fear anything now!

In a blink, Waree flicked her hand out harshly, then there were dozens of light beams sparkling out of her back. It took a moment before those lights turned into the shape of a sword right away.

Hundreds of Novas that were flying in the sky got blown up completely as the light blades that were summoned out in the same number had flown to kill the enemies accurately. And that brought a smile to her gorgeous face instantly.

“Isn’t it too soon to use the ultimate, Nam? Even though this skill doesn’t have a cool-down period, that’s still too much wasted of MP.”

Thada pointed out with a surprised face.

“Don’t worry, Da.” Waree turned to smile at him. “My job is to protect you from enemies anyway. You just keep casting your spells.”

“I don’t worry about you, Nam,” Thada said with a wry smile. “But is this plan really going to work? I think it’s a bit too risky. Because after Anne and I use that spell. We’ll be unable to do anything, you know. And when that happens, more disasters will follow surely.”

Hearing that, the gorgeous one curled up a cute smile. ...It was the liveliest smile that Thada had ever seen from this girl.

“It’s okay. Even though we make a mistake or are in such a worse situation, we’re never going to lose, if we still have trust in each other. That’s what the Nemesis is about, Da.”

Right after she finished her sentence, Lord Inferno got hit by something, making some of its skin explode. It was stunned by that and stopped spitting the Novas out intently. And then, another shooting sound and a cannon bullet flew past Thada’s head once again!

One moment later, another troublemaker appeared on the top of the tall building around there with a little mage beside him. Seeing that, Maysa who was busy firing at the Novas, and Wisana who was dodging the enemies in the sky, glanced at the newcomers with a soft smile.

“You finally decided to show up huh, jerk!” Both yelled at the same time, even though they were in completely different spots.

The long face behind the cracked glasses was totally frustrated. He was pointing at the enemy.

“You prick. Luckily, I followed Angie to check on the fault spot of the server, or I would have got burned to ashes like other players for sure.” He said, then clenched his hand into a fist and punched the air. “Now, let me get back at you with the Poseidon cannon. Fire!!!”

After his command, there was the sound of cannons firing coming up again. And this time, it seemed like the bullets were fired from somewhere else behind Manoch’s back, showing that the cannons were set securely around the town!

“TCH! Your skin is so damn thick, huh.” Manoch cursed in a stiff voice. “With all 10 cannons that I’ve sneakily built up to blow you off, that’s all the damage they can do to you?”

“It’s a virus. That’s why its stats are ridiculously high.”

Angie said in a monotone voice, but the glasses merchant shook his head harshly.

“Our problem right now is more like those fireballs.” Manoch suddenly spoke up. “Anyway, I’m going to shoot each of them down. I need your help, though. Could you do that?”

“No problem.”

Hearing that, Manoch smiled delightedly, before opening his inventory window up. After that, something quickly jumped out of the screen by itself.

“Richie’s here!!!”

The familiar goofy robot shouted in a lively voice. The eyes that appeared on the screen were curved down like umbrellas, showing how happy it was to finally be out of its master’s inventory slot.

“Mister Manoch, you’re so mean for keeping me in the inventory like that.”

Getting a chance, the tiny robot floated the front of its boss, making Manoch scratch his cheek.

“Er, sorry about that. The staff was going to charge the Light Ring ticket fee for AIs as well, that’s why I had to put you back in the inventory, so I didn’t have to pay for your ticket.”

“So stingy!”

Then its eyes icon started to have tears running down, looking so poor that even Angie let out a sigh at that.

“Manoch, everyone is in trouble right now.”

“Oh, sorry, sorry. I’m really not used to fighting.” He tilted his head down as he apologized to the little one beside him, before staring at Richie hard. “...Richie, stop talking too much. You need to hurry up and activate the combat mode now!”

“The combat mode? To combat with whom, sir?” The tiny robot asked with a question mark on its face screen.

“Look behind you.”

Hearing that, Richie turned back right away.

“ARRRRRGH! What the hell is that thing?”

“Come on now. Stop asking many questions. Let’s just say that you have to take this little lady up to destroy those fireballs. Can you do that?”

“Little Lady?”

Then it looked down at Angie right away. And just a quick glance, it started making noise out of its ears that sounded like a train’s engine, and the robot’s eyes icon turned into hearts shaped like as well.

“Yes, I can, sir. It’s my pleasure to serve. Anyway, may I have your name please?”

“Angie.” The little mage replied with an emotionless face.

“Oh, that’s really a pretty name.”

“Alright, let’s pause the chitchat for now, moron. Just activate the combat mode already!”

Because this goofy robot would not stop being out of topic, that troubled the owner to snap at it, getting it to focus. The tiny robot just laughed after getting yelled at. Then it looked at Manoch’s inventory window, before managing to pull the items in there out, such as bullets, metal sheets, screws, fire element crystals, and many more.

After that, those items flew in to attach to Richie’s body fast, before it started transforming its form and making it look completely different right away.

“Are you ready, Miss Angie?!”

The voice that usually was small and sharp had changed completely. Right now, it sounded a lot deeper and more imposing. Its new look had strong buffy arms and large Gatling machine guns for each hand. Its face looked more intimidating. There were also two rocket launchers and four-speed booster engines.

Angie did not hesitate to climb on Richie’s body which had a seat for her already. Manoch moved his lips into a big grin as he looked at Angie and nodded at her.

“It might be a little bit too fast, but you’ll get used to it real soon. So, hold on tight.”

In a blink, Richie launched up into the sky at full speed, even making Angie bounce back against the seat!

“What is that?”

Maysa asked after she just killed another dozen of the enemies. When she saw that strange-looking machine launching up with Angie riding with it, she knew right away that it had to be from Manoch!

“Angie and Ae, huh?” She spoke, then smiled. “They’re another pair that I find quite interesting. So, let me see how well you guys work as a team.”

After the chief of staff’s voice, Richie the robot flew right in the middle of the enemy army. It did not wait any longer to lift the heavy machine guns up and get the rocket launchers on standby, getting ready to attack.

Meanwhile, Angie brought her scepter up, pointing out in front of her.
