“So, Nam and the rest go find Anne. And be careful, Nam. I think there are many monsters going wild around here as well. Try taking care of Angie and Mister Manoch, too.”

“I will,” Waree said smilingly.

“Are you sure that you’re okay though? Your face still doesn’t look so well.”

“I’m okay, Da. It’s what I need to do anyway, right?”

Hearing she assured him like that, the long-haired man gave her a slight smile, before nodding at Maysa as an implication to follow him. After that, the grey-eyed girl nodded back in reply and ran after him.

Manoch was the one who stopped her. And after she turned back to her childhood friend, the glasses merchant tossed something to her instantly. Maysa managed to catch it in her hand and saw that it was a large silver ring that had some magic characters carved into it.

“What’s this ring?” She asked.

“The Butterfly Effect. I’ve completed it now. Can you give it to our boss? Without it, he’s really not like Vincent, you know.”

“For real?!” She raised her eyebrows out of shock. “From a scarf to a ring? How did you do it? That’s a lot of size transformation.”

“This is why I needed to upgrade to the second class, dude.”

Manoch said and winked at her, making the listener chuckle before holding the ring up.

“I got it. I’m bringing this to our boss now, thank you so much.”

“No problem. Now hurry up and go.”

He told her, and Maysa nodded, then hurriedly followed Thada, while Waree and her friends ran in another direction.

Maysa tried her hardest to catch up with Thada, while he was one level faster than her. Even though he was in some mage class, his agility was not less than hers at all, maybe it was as good as Wisana’s or Shin’s even.

“Please be careful...”

Thada said in a deep voice, making the one who was following behind him raise her eyebrows confusedly.

“Careful about what?” She asked.

“An enemy.”

After that, Thada launched a fire spear out of his hand fast without even casting a spell. The sharp end of the blade flew forward and pierced right through a Chimera, cutting its head off from the body in one attack.

“A Chimera, huh? These hackers start to be less of a joke now.”

The man spoke to himself, while he was running past the headless enemy that was slowly collapsing to the ground. Meanwhile, Maysa who was following him gulped down as she looked at the headless Chimera.

Killing the enemy with just one attack, huh...

‘You’re the one who’s not a joke here, Thada!’

“Miss Maysa, can you go a little faster? Looks like the barrier around Vincent’s battle a while ago is gone now, so I’m afraid that some monster would go in and attack him there.”

“You’re right, ...crap, Thada, behind you!”

Just a second later, another enemy was coming in the moment that Thada was talking to Maysa. She screamed out loudly when she saw a huge bull monster with a blazing fire tail.

“A Kentaros?”

Thada glanced at it for a second as his brain ran fast and realized that it was a fire element monster with a level higher than 100. Moreover, it had an extraordinarily strong attack and strength as well.

For that reason, there was a blue sparkling aura appeared around Thada’s left hand, while the green one appeared around his right index finger in the blink of an eye.

A second later, there was an iceberg sticking out of the ground. It pierced right through the Kentaros, making it scream out painfully. Its huge body was pushed up above the ground by that icicle as the coldness from the magic started freezing the monster solid, little by little.

Thada did not hesitate to whip his hand with the green magic aura down harshly!

Massive lightning accurately launched up from where the Kentaros was, making an immense damage point pop up as it burned the enemy crisp in the blink of an eye!

It did not take long before he glanced his amber eyes at Maysa once again.

“Let’s hurry.”

She agreed and continued to follow him just like that. However, Maysa was still in shock with the terrifying savagery of this Thada guy, of course. Each one of his attacks could destroy the enemy right away. And the simple combo but brutal just now was so scary that it got her goosebumps!

“Why?” she asked, glancing at him.

“Well, normally, the area inside the town is built a lot stronger than the area in those dungeons. These buildings and the ground have a special magic protection to be significantly durable, however, your friend still manages to destroy them into pieces in just one attack like this.”

He said and smiled softly. It was a smile that made Maysa pause right away.

“Why are you saying it like you’re glad?” She noticed.

“I’m not. You’re probably making it up.” Thada said smilingly, before stepping into that massive hole instantly. Maysa frowned and started climbing down with him.

“Right there.”

Thada said, before pointing to make Maysa look in front of them. And then she saw many bodies lying there at the bottom of the hole, so they both hurriedly went to check them out.

After that, they found out that these players were the item hunters who were lying unconscious there. And because of the Jammer Effect, they could not log off, or be sent to the hospital right now.

“Karma is real, huh,” Thada spoke with a smile, before bending down to look closer at them. “Lying dead because of their own system like this, not sure if I should say it’s pitiful, or serve them right.”

After speaking, he held his hand out in front of him and opened his information window up. He then started typing something in there before many cords appeared out of that screen and connected with every one of the item hunters.

“I have to record their IP addresses and forward this information to our staff to deal with them urgently before they get away with this again. So, please wait a moment here, Miss Maysa.”

“Where’s Wisana?”

She asked quickly after she took a look around the area. So, Thada paused and looked, too, and saw that except for these five item hunters, he did not see Vincent anywhere around here!

“He can’t disappear. Even if he dies, he should still be in Dores, because the Jammer Effect will hold him here. So, maybe he’s okay and has walked away from here. Don’t worry...”

He did not finish his sentence when the sound of an explosion was heard by their ears. Maysa hurriedly looked in the direction where it came from and saw a large cloud of smoke spreading up from an area that was not far from where they were. Then she bulged her eyes and gasped instantly.

After that, she ran out of there right away, leaving Thada gasping like he was about to say something to stop her, but he could only hold his hand up like that.
