Then the voice of one of the item hunters named Black was heard again, making everyone on the Light Ring jump at the same time. Meanwhile, Maysa’s party hurriedly looked at the large screen again, clenching their jaws.

“Don’t give in to them, Wisana.” She said in a shaking voice. “Hang in there, I’m going to go help you now.”

It was like Maysa’s words were heard by him. So, Wisana who was yelled at spread his grin widely, before letting out a long sigh.

“My answer is,” he said, pushing himself straight from the wall he was leaning on. “...No!”

After that, the tall figure launched at Red who was standing nearest to him fast, making the one being charged flinch and get ready to defend himself. But it was too late because Wisana had already spun and kicked Red’s stomach, making him bounce away with full force!

“Sorry. It’s really not me to surrender to anyone. If you really want them, you have to pull them out of my dead body!”

Then Wisana beckoned these item hunters cockily, making more than eighty thousand spectators on the enormous grandstand start letting out a resounding cheering noise right away!

“That really disappoints me, Vincent.” Black shook his head wearily. “I thought you would be smarter than this, you fool!!!”

After Black finished shouting, every item hunter there separated right away like they were setting the positions to attack Wisana. ...His amber eyes were glancing around consideringly. He was now surrounded by four enemies from four directions. And everyone had different attack skills and classes, ...and he did not quite know what abilities each one of them had.

Unlike them, who knew all the fighting skills he had!

"You’re such a pain, Vincent!!”

It was Red who was running back after that attack. He was rushing toward Wisana in a straight line now. The one who was surrounded gazed at him intensely. “Damn it!” The one who was under attack cursed loudly.

“How many HP do you have left now, kid?”

A blink later, Black’s voice came up from beside his ear, making the one who was floating in the air jump and barely glance back in time. At that moment, Black was floating behind him, and he had transformed himself into something with pitch-black skin and long sharp claws!

“Let’s end here, Vincent!” Black shouted resoundingly.

“Who would ...agree to be ended that easily, huh?!”

The second that the enemy was about to attack him, Wisana’s instinct started working again. He managed to evade those claws of Black in midair and he even used the enemy’s shoulder as a base for him to jump higher in the air, aiming to spin and kick the other back down to the ground.

But at the moment that he was about to attack, suddenly Wisana’s arms and legs were locked still in the same position, unable to move a muscle at all!

That was Blue. She tied Wisana’s arms and legs with her thin wire, hanging him in the air so he could not attack Black. ...Black did not hesitate to grab one of Wisana’s arms, before sneering like a devil’s smile at him.

He said, then cast Wisana away with all his strength, sending the tall man crashing into a building around there and destroying it instantly.

A large damage point popped up as Wisana’s body disappeared into the collapsing building. And then, there was an enormous thunderbolt striking the building, blowing it up with immense force!

Everything became quiet, surrounded by the smoke from the disaster. The item hunters who were watching narrowed their eyes, before Red spoke up,

Don’t tell me that he’s already down. He’s weaker than I thought.”

But he was wrong because Wisana was launching out of the building fast like he was not bothered at all. Moreover, he was going straight to Yellow, who was the owner of the huge thunderbolt just now, like he was about to get back at him adequately.

“You’re really hard to kill, Mister Vincent!”

He did not even get to Yellow, because there were many wires rushing in front of him like a spiderweb. Wisana stopped his feet, before glancing at the lady with blue hair named Blue.

“So, these wires are yours, huh?” He asked.

“They kind of are. Don’t expect that you will be able to move so freely while I’m here, okay?”

“I agree with that, too.”

WHUP!!

In the blink of an eye, Wisana had teleported to be behind Blue’s back so quickly in a way that the blue-haired girl could only widen her eyes out of shock!

“The Jumper? This guy!”

Wisana struck back violently, making Blue bounce forward. And without hesitation, Wisana followed her close, aiming to kill this hunter off first. But he could not get to her, because Green got in between them.

“Don’t think that you will be able to do what you want, Vincent!”

After his voice, he spun around to evade Green’s attack smoothly. Also, he even used the enemy’s back as a base to kick himself off to get to Blue faster. After that, Wisana summoned many hundreds of magic marbles instantly. And that was a sign that he had activated the Element and now was ready to strike back in full force.

“That’s useless, Vincent.”

It was Black who spoke up in a deep voice before he snapped his finger softly. And then, the magic gems that Wisana had summoned were all gone, making the tall young man pause and allow Blue to get back in a ready position again!

“What’s happening to my magic gems?” He spoke to himself.

“That’s too bad, Vincent,” Black said with a smiley face. “I can’t let you summon the magic out as you want anymore. I’ve heard about how strong the Element is, so I’ve prepared this thing just to deal with you specifically.”

After he finished speaking, a red information window, with some letters running on it fast, popped up, making Wisana narrow his eyes.

“Let me introduce you, the Magic Jammer.” He said as the other item hunters started laughing. “It’s a special program that is written for cancelling any magic that occurs around us. It’s used to deal with the mages in the game, but I never thought that it would be useful in a fight against you, too. It can be called an unexpected byproduct, I guess.”

“You...”

Wisana could only clench his jaws. They really did know about the Element’s abilities. And they even had that cheating program to annoy him, too. How long until these bastards stop playing dirty?!

“Aw, stop making that face. You’re making us feel bad.” Black smiled widely. “Just now, you really thought that you could win against us, didn’t you? But I’m sorry. I already told you that you’re just dancing on our hand right now, Vincent.”

“You keep relying on this kind of trash and still dare to brag around, huh, you guys.” Wisana nagged, and they were not bothered by that at all anyway.

“And how’s that different from you who keep relying on the legendary items, Vincent?” Black nagged back. “You depend on the Element all the time, don’t you? Without it, you’ll be just like a toddler. ...That sucks to be you.”

The one who was being ganged up on was speechless. He could only look around like he was finding a way out of this. Now, the magic could not be summoned. The only thing he could do was blend magic into his body. And the air element was still active. So, his speed had not dropped at least!
