Chapter 177: Training Part IV

Chapter 177: Training Part IV

“...La ...last night, I... WAAAAARHG!!!

That was all he could say before he screamed out loudly, looking like he was terrified of his trauma, making the listeners turn pale as well. Waree leaned in to shake her brother’s arm harshly.

“...It’s okay if you don’t want to think about it. We understand, now. Don’t think about it anymore, okay?”

Before Wisana could calm down, Tunwa and friends felt like their lifespans would decrease for many years after they had to listen to Wisana’s scream like this. At the same time, the cause of this mess like Sander only acted dumb, while he was eating his breakfast carefreely. And the others all now had the same question in their heads, “What happened last night for him to scream like that?!”

Even though everyone was thinking the same thing, they still did not dare imagine it that much.

“And now you, ...Er, ...what level are you now? Did it upgrade a lot?”

Maysa changed the topic at a perfect time because her question made Wisana pause, before turning to smile at her quickly.

“Don’t worry about my level anymore, May. I told you that you would meet the new me.”

“Did your level improve that much?” The girl raised her eyebrows surprisedly.

As well as Shindanai, who was preparing his stuff from afar. The only thing he was interested to hear was about this guy’s level, rather than the reason why he was screaming like this last night.

“Quite a lot,” Wisana said, bringing his information window out. “...Not only the levels, but I also unlocked many class skills and weapon skills as well. Here, you can check it yourself.”

He said, pushing the screen to his friend. And that attracted a lot of attention because right now, the party moved to stand behind Maysa’s back to read Wisana’s information together.

“Hold on...”

At the first second the grey eyes of Maysa skimming through to the screen, she was stunned.

“I think I misread that. Guess my eyes are blurry because I didn’t get much sleep last night.”

She said then rubbed her eyes.

Seeing that, their eyes widened for thirty seconds straight, before they started yelling ‘What?!’ out in unison. And it was Tunwa whose eyes were the most widened.

“Na, wasn’t your level only 48 last night? how could you improve this much in just 7 hours?”

Hearing his best friend say it excitedly made Wisana smile.

“This is not including my 30 class skills that I’ve unlocked. There’re dozens of weapons I unlocked from the Element, and some secret techniques that Master passed to me, too.”

“A-hem!!”

Wisana did not finish bragging when a cough with the cool attitude of Sander came interrupting him, making the disciple who was about to show off stop his mouth instantly.

“Well, I can’t tell you that. It’s a secret.”

“Secret?” Maysa raised her eyebrows. “What secret, Wisana? You were about to slip it out anyway. What kind of technique? Tell me.”

Hearing that, Wisana held his hand up and acted like he zipped his mouth close.

“Sorry. I was reiterated to not tell anyone unless it’s a case of emergency where I can tell you guys by demonstrating it.”

Maysa frowned, before gazing at the cheeky uncle who was replying with an unbothered shrug, even though he was receiving dead stares from the kids right now.

“Let’s talk about that later.”

And that was Shin cutting in, making everyone turn to look at him. Right now, the black-haired man, the owner of the amethyst-purple eyes, was already in his favorite fighting clothes. His calm face looked more serious than usual as his rough hand scrolled through his information screen to check on something.

“The Ouroboros Mansion dungeon’s gate has opened now. We should hurry.”

He said with a serious voice, making everyone look at each other before they finally decided that we could have a fun chit-chat later. But right now, they needed to go according to the plan to hunt the boss. If they continued to be leisurely here any longer, the Zero-Celsius prince would not stop judging them like this surely.

“Ah! Damn, it’s time to go already? I haven’t prepared my stuff yet.”

Tunwa cried in a high voice, before gesturing to walk back to his tent right away.

“You’re not the only one. I haven’t even changed my clothes. ...Let’s go, Orn, we need to hurry or someone around here will start scolding us.”

“Sure.”

Nuchjaree said with a bored voice as she walked back to her tent with Warunya, making Wisana raise his eyebrows. He glanced at the chief of staff of the guild like Maysa.

“They’re coming in with us?” He asked.

“Yeah...” Maysa replied, nodding her head. “At first, Nuch didn’t want to go, but Tunwa insisted that he wanted to fight since they traveled all the way to the Ouroboros Mansion anyway. ...And Warunya, she didn’t disagree.”

Maysa’s words quieted down a bit when she had to mention Warunya.

Of course, her action did not get away from Wisana’s eyes. So, right now, he leaned in close to her that their noses almost touched, making the one who got approached so quickly blush!

“What’s wrong? You don’t look okay.”

He asked with a worried voice, but Maysa, who seemed like she got a silence curse, just stuttered, unable to find any words to say.

“You’re having a fever? Your face’s red...”

He said, placing his hand on Maysa’s forehead, making the girl awkward and blush even more. The slim figure was now frozen still.

...W ...why does he have to be this close?!

“...Eh ...You’re a bit warm, too. You probably have a fever.” He said as he leaned closer, aiming to touch her forehead with his to measure the temperature, making the one who got approached harder flinch and step back away from the man in time.

“I’m ...I’m fine.”

“Come on. What if it gets worse before the hunting?”

“I told you I’m fine. I... I’ll go get ready.”

Then she ran out of his sight. The no-clue man who showed a bit too much care wanted to hold her back, but Maysa was so incredibly fast that she disappeared into her tent in just the blink of an eye.

“Did I say something dumb again?” The man who never understood women scratched his cheek.

Seeing that, the one who was watching them from afar like Waree burst out a laugh. And even Sander who just tossed his plate to Lala joined her in laughter, too.

“That’s my disciple, being the best in everything!”

He said, snapping his fingers out of satisfaction, making the listener raise his eyebrows out of confusion.

“It was cute to care, Na. But doing that without knowing the other’s feelings could be like you’re taking advantage of her.”

The sister said, blinking at him.

“What are you talking about?” Wisana asked.

“Well, I don’t know. I’ll just go pack up, too. And I’ll do it for you, too, Angie. Just wait here.”

Then the brown-haired girl smiled sweetly as she walked back to her tent, leaving Wisana scratching his neck there confusedly. Then his eyes caught with Shin. The quiet one did not say anything, just letting out a long sigh, before those sharp eyes glancing at the mansion instead.

“Well, my beloved disciple’s about to go into a battle now, right?”

Sander said loudly, before walking up to him and patting him on his shoulder.

“Yes, sir.” The disciple replied delightedly, though his shoulder was hurting from getting hit.

“Anyway, before I leave, I have another gift for you.”

The middle-aged man glanced back behind him to see Leonard the servant carrying his big backpack as it walked up to them. He smiled as he called it instantly.

“Leonard, give Wisana some clothes. ...Hurry up, why are you walking so slow?”

“Calm down, Master. This bag weighs 5 tons, you know.”

The dog-like monster rumbled complaints, before putting that heavy bag down, making Wisana look at it interestingly. ...Its large hand like a paddle slowly went into his shoulder bag, before grabbing something out with it.

“Here you go, Mister Wisana, a long sleeve t-shirt of our class. It’s designed to look simple, and it has high efficiency with medium defense, but it has up to 50% resistance to all the 5 elements.”

It said, handing a black V-neck long-sleeve shirt to him.

Wisana took it, flipping it back and forth as he checked it out. There was a logo of the magic warrior class printed on the back of the shirt. After seeing that, he grinned.

“The class’s shirt?”
