He looked at Ye Si who was doing some shadow boxing on the side, but looking at her moves he realized that she was onto something. He raised his brow and smirked, before turning around to leave the place.
He headed out of the city and raised his head to see a tribulation condensing over his head. This time he saw that the clouds carried a red lightning. He was confused and then Jana said, "In the Eternal Battlefield, only red colored lightning exists. It comes after the people with an hint of blood lust lingering in it. Once you get hit not only does it harm the body but also stains the thoughts with the idea of senseless bloodshed. Eventually, to protect the other people, either the people go far away to attempt this tribulation, or they killed themselves before they could pick up the arms against the people they loved."
Hao Ren thanked the man with a calm gaze and then he vanished from his spot to appeared in the void. His hands were placed behind his back and then he looked at the clouds, as if welcoming the crimson lightning to try and attack him head on.
The clouds seemed to sense his instigation and they shot off fierce bolts of red lightning. The bolts streaked through the void, and hurled down on the ground, but the next moment, these bolts didn't fall on Hao Ren's body, the streak transformed into a human as it stood on the ground. The destructive aura radiating from it was so high that the ground under the lightning phantom's figure was charred. Hao Ren readied himself, he knew that it was going to be a long battle. This was the true test of his True Essence and the crystals inside the dantian.
The tribulation was not to test whether he can handle the stress or whether his Dao path was firm, it was to test how long he can last for. This was the test of the True Essence that he had refined and the crystals that refined it to the higher degree.
Hao Ren clenched his fist and then he shot forward.
