My crazy Cultivation Path

CHAPTER 131

CHAPTER 131

The three lunged forward.

Manigo drew a long saber. Velio, a wavy-edged sword.

Ding.

A grating screech of metal. Dina had parried Velio. Manigo seized the opening and slashed upward in a vicious diagonal.

But in Dina’s left hand, darkness coalesced into the shape of a gun and stopped Manigo’s saber dead.

For a split second, the three locked eyes, analyzing each other.

Suddenly, Dina swung the gun toward Manigo’s face while still blocking his blade.

Bang.

Bang.

Two shots. From the barrel erupted two bullets that instantly morphed into razor-sharp blades of darkness.

Yet, with inhuman agility, Manigo twisted his hips like they were made of rubber. The blades grazed past his face, missing by a hair.

From that impossible new angle, he brought his saber down vertically, aiming straight for Dina’s gut.

She didn’t let him. With a thought, the gun turned into a dagger. She barely managed to deflect Manigo’s strike.

But on her right, Velio—who had pulled back a step—charged again, sword raised high.

In a flash of arrogance, she thought she could brush him off easily.

Big mistake.

The moment his wavy blade connected, Dina was hurled violently backward.

She stayed on her feet, but her whole side was trembling like it was about to shatter.

She had parried. Perfectly. And still, a single strike had sent her flying.

So I ran into someone with monstrous physical strength… Lesson learned. Never underestimate.

Then footsteps hissed on her left.

She whipped her head around. Manigo was already bringing his saber straight down toward her skull.

At the last possible instant, she blocked with the dagger.

She drove a brutal kick into his abdomen to push him back.

But she gave him no time to recover. She unleashed a storm of blows while keeping Velio in her peripheral vision.

She’d already noticed it, but now it hit her like a truck: Manigo’s agility was insane. He could twist his arms any way he wanted, striking from absurd angles at superhuman speed.

Shit… if this keeps up, I’ll be overwhelmed.

She glanced at Velio. He was watching, lips curled, waiting for exactly that moment.

Sigh.

This is a fight to the death. Not training.

Abruptly, she stopped her assault and leaped back several paces.

As expected, Velio—excitement dripping from his grin—rushed her, Manigo right behind him.

Dina fused the darkness dagger into her sword. The blade grew thinner, blacker, deadlier.

With a perfectly controlled motion, she slashed diagonally.

A gigantic crescent of darkness tore through the air, hurtling mercilessly toward both enemies.

“Velio!” Manigo roared.

“I know!” Velio snapped back.

He took a massive wind-up and swung his sword with everything he had.

BAM.

The impact was deafening. Dina’s ears rang.

Her colossal darkness blade… had been shattered into nothing.

A silhouette blurred in front of her at terrifying speed.

She lowered her gaze. Velio was staring right into her eyes.

He slashed diagonally again—same insane wind-up, same explosive power.

BOOM.

Dina raised her sword to block. She was sure she had stopped the blow.

So why the hell am I flying backward like a ragdoll?

She hit the ground hard. Broken bones screamed inside her. Her skin felt ready to split open.

She forced herself up. Blood flooded her mouth. She spat out a thick stream of crimson. The metallic, acrid taste burned her throat.

“Seriously? You’re still alive?” Velio laughed. “Even with tits, you’re one tough bitch. Gotta give you that! Hahahahaha!”

“Quit laughing and finish her,” Manigo said coldly. “At this rate, she’ll be dead in a few minutes anyway.”

Dina smiled faintly. She completely agreed with him.

One has absurd agility… the other—I still don’t get how he’s doing it.

Sigh.

Doesn’t matter. My only goal now is to kill. Just kill.

Velio bared his teeth, ready to charge again. He muttered low enough that she couldn’t hear:

“Considering her element, I thought it’d be a pain, but my wind completely dominates. And Manigo’s holding his own even without water nearby. Satisfying fight.”

The instant he coiled to spring—

The darkness covering Dina’s face seeped into her skin. Both her eyes turned into bottomless black voids.

Her legs became a hybrid of shadow and flesh, the boundary gone.

A guttural sigh escaped her throat.

Black mist poured from her open mouth.

When she spoke, her voice was deeper, more distant, ancient. An overwhelming presence radiated from her.

“Now… let death welcome new souls.”
