Chapter 355: Kate’s Father’s Murderer

With the relationship confirmed, Michael and Kate began talking. This time, they were opening up with each other, revealing more of themselves.

"So, do you have a clue on who might have been involved in the death of your father?" Michael asked after quite a long while of an extended conversation.

"Okay, let me try and do a little investigation for you." Michael stated, before he immediately communicated with Onyx, so that Onyx could try and look into this.

With Onyx’s ability, unless it was a mutant that was involved with the death of Kate’s father, it would be impossible for them to hide. No matter how good they were at hiding evidence, they could not completely wipe out everything.

While Kate was still puzzled by how Michael was going to investigate, considering that he had said this and just continued sitting there, Onyx quickly went through the available information.

Michael wrapped his hand around Kate’s shoulder, bringing her closer to him, as her head rested on his chest.

After that, he said, "There is no need to worry about this guy. I already sent someone to get him. Currently, he is being held up somewhere, if you want, I can take you there right now."

The previous day, after Newton and Matthew came to visit, and Michael came to know about the truth, he immediately sent the bio human that was stationed at Vanguard Corporation, to deal with Bob.

Of course, the guy was not killed, instead, he was taken somewhere else. With Matthew and Newton already knowing about this, they did not expose that Bob had been taken away.

This was a method that they were using to make sure that the blood reapers syndicate would not quickly find out about the truth of what had happened.

"I want to kill him with my own hands." Kate said with gritted teeth.
