"Stop howling, I’m not dead." Yuze’s voice sounded a bit odd as he stood up from the ground.
Josh couldn’t feel the flashlight but grasped a strange item, warm, hard, with some liquid, a bit sticky.
"Shine the flashlight over here." Josh said.
Yuze’s flashlight followed the sound, and the light accurately landed on Josh, more precisely, on her hand.
Josh was holding onto an eyeball, presumably a human one, with sticky blood on it.
"Why is it like this..." she wondered.
Yuze squatted beside her, found her flashlight, and handed it over.
Only then did they realize they had fallen into the sticky liquid pile.
A big puddle of blood and eyeballs, and alongside opened red packaging bags, identical to those video packages they saw on the supermarket floor on the third level.
Josh frowned slightly, looking at Yuze: "Captain, did you notice anything off?"
Yuze looked at her.
Josh: "Just like the food on the third floor, such a big puddle of blood and eyeballs, yet we didn’t smell anything unusual or notice a blood scent."
Ordinarily, they should have smelled the odor as soon as they entered the room, but from entering till now, there was no blood scent whatsoever, even holding the eyeball didn’t produce a blood scent.
Instead, they smelled a faintly sweet aroma.
The hunger they felt on the third floor surged back, even more intensely.
Josh eyed the eyeball, her mouth involuntarily watering.
Yuze smacked the item from her hand: "Don’t eat it."
Josh chuckled at him: "I know, I’m not a child!"
Yuze glanced at her: "Not sure."

They stared at the floor’s contents, which seemed like unfinished food just lying here.
When they fell, they must have squeezed the other food bags nearby, causing many eyeball foods to splatter out.

So these shadows were the guests in the guest rooms?

Behind them came a sudden giggling.
They turned simultaneously, spotting a hint of a red dress in the doorway’s corner, belonging to the child in a red dress from the first floor.
After being taken away by the youth on the third floor, these two hadn’t been seen, but now they appeared again.

Josh grabbed the flashlight and dashed out, Yuze closely following behind.
