Chapter 380 - 374: Horror Doll House 22

Chapter 380 - 374: Horror Doll House 22

The four people across had unpleasant expressions, their eyes unfriendly as they looked at Golden Shit Stirrer.

Rob rolled his eyes, "What are you staring at? It’s not like we killed your companions!"

Although the four were angry, they were not brainless, otherwise, they wouldn’t have survived until now.

They withdrew their gaze and huddled together on one side.

The monsters had already entered the fourth floor ahead of them, fleeing and disappearing.

Josh didn’t delay either, and they pushed open the entrance to the fourth floor, stepping inside.

Unlike the other three floors, the fourth floor was a completely new world.

At first glance, it resembled a hotel. There was a reception desk set up next to the entrance, with a cute doll standing there, dressed in a dusty uniform, with impeccably combed hair.

The main door faced a long hallway, flanked on both sides by guest rooms with black doors, marked with writing. Words were faintly inscribed at the top of the door frames as well.

The floor and walls of the hallway were white, but the ceiling was pitch black, with square lights in the middle, evenly spaced, stretching out into the depths of the corridor.

Though the square lights on the ceiling were a cold white, the walls and floor reflected a deep, dark bluish-gray glow, looking lifeless, much like a horror movie set.

"Are the guests here to check-in?" The doll suddenly spoke, its voice seemingly from the depths of hell, carrying an eerie chill.

The players were startled and hurriedly stepped aside.

Josh walked to the front desk, "Is this where we check-in?"

The doll gazed at her silently.

Seeing Josh go over, the other players quickly rushed over too, "We want to check in too!"

Naturally, they knew that following Josh couldn’t be wrong.

The doll glared at them, laughing sinisterly, "Ants on the ground have no right to check in!"

The four became anxious, "We’ve already come in, why can’t we check in?"

"We want to check in! Hurry up and check us in!"

Suddenly, the doll tilted its head, its head twisting into an extremely contorted position atop its neck.

Its pupils rolled upwards, leaving only the whites, and its facial features began to ooze blood, its long black hair becoming more eerie.

This doll looked too realistic, clearly the size of a three- or four-year-old, yet it had lifelike long black hair, parted in the middle.

This hairstyle often appears on two types of people: goddesses or female ghosts.

But they never expected that such long straight black hair on a lifelike three-year-old doll would be so frightening and horrifying.

Being stared at by those eyes full of whites, they felt a shiver down their spines, their scalps tingling, quickly taking a few steps back.

Black blood was gradually oozing from the doll’s seven orifices.

The doll’s realism was far beyond that of the first or second floor, at first glance, they almost thought there was a real child standing there.

If they hadn’t seen the joints of the doll’s exposed hands wrapped in thread, they would almost have mistaken it for a real person.

Its skin looked just like a real person’s, its eyes even more vivid, the eyelids and eyeballs appeared moist and alive, turning around restlessly to stare at people, the oversized black pupils giving an eerie, creepy feeling.

Now with the black pupils rolled up showing only whites and bleeding from the seven orifices, it was even more horrifying and terrifying.

"Do you really think you’re fit to stay in the rooms? You’re all a bunch of damned adults! Why haven’t you gone to hell yet, are you waiting for me to take action?" The child’s voice was calm as if an aged soul resided within.

Josh impatiently knocked on the table, "I said, is this where we check-in?"

The doll stared at her, the blood flowing from its features becoming thicker, mingling with a vile bloody smell, "Do you want to die?"

Josh’s expression was even darker than hers, "I’m telling you, if you don’t provide good service, I will complain about you. A complaint against this front desk should result in a penalty, right?"

The doll’s expression changed dramatically, its hand clutching the pen suddenly tightening, the oversized black pupils flipping back instantly.

Josh herself had just been guessing, seeing her reaction, her heart immediately confirmed it, this was indeed the case.

If it’s afraid of being complained about, it’s easier to deal with.

Josh glanced at the entrance.

Above the doorframe where they entered, a clock was hanging, and it was 5 minutes to 6 o’clock.

The doll’s eyes kept glancing at the wall.

Josh squinted and said, "I give you one minute to get us checked in, otherwise, I’ll complain about you immediately."

She turned to look at the clock on the doorframe, pretending to time it, "I’m starting to count now. 59, 58, 57..."

The doll glared at her furiously, reluctantly checking in the six of them.

Seeing Josh and the others successfully receive their room keys, the four beside them were dumbfounded.

Can you really intimidate an NPC?

The key is that this NPC really buys it.

After Josh and the others finished checking in, the four quickly rushed over, copying Josh’s line of tactics.

The doll indeed reluctantly checked them in as well and gave them room keys.

The clock on the wall pointed to 6 PM exactly.

The main door at the entrance opened.

A tall, blood-soaked shadow slowly entered.

It was referred to as a shadow because the whole figure appeared pitch black, only showing a silhouette from any angle, obviously a woman with hair and slender curves.

She wore a long dress with short sleeves, the dress reaching her ankles, her exposed arms long and slender, her nails glistening crimson, clearly long and sharp enough to pierce through an adult’s chest.

The shadow sniffed the air, somewhat obsessively moving toward Josh and the others’ direction, "Ah~ what a fresh scent of human flesh."

The voice was particularly pleasant, like a mature lady.

Josh noticed a silver badge hanging on her chest, the badge had the words "Yiyi" written on it, likely something similar to an identification badge.

As she opened her mouth, the stench from her mouth burst forth.

"Ugh..."

"Ugh..."

Yuze and Rob were choked and started to retch.

Josh: "..."

Shadow: "..."

The shadow seemed to be infuriated, opening its mouth to bite Rob’s head.

The doll’s voice carried a certain calmness, "Miss, they are guests with room keys, you cannot eat them."

The shadow’s actions halted, angrily glaring in the direction of the receptionist doll, her voice compressing into that of an old woman, "You gave them room keys?"

The doll remained expressionless, "That’s the rule, miss."

The shadow glared menacingly at the group.

Even though it was pitch black and the face was not visible, Josh inexplicably felt the malice from the ghost woman, along with hidden rage, reluctance, and some kind of... emotion.

The receptionist doll jumped down from the counter, walking toward the group with even steps, her footsteps crisp and clean.

It was the sound unique to wooden soles tapping on a tiled floor.

Josh glanced at her shoes.

The doll looked up at them, "Follow me, it’s about to get dark soon. Once the guests enter their rooms, please do not wander around at will, or else..."
