She hesitated slightly, but then nodded a few times. She pushed herself back up, shyly brushed her clothes off.

A smile tugged his lips, he raised his hand to cover it as he read the entries.
’Wait... this quest is way too easy for me to complete, and the rewards are that good?’
A smirk tugged his lips as he crossed his arms.
She didn’t say anything, steadily walked towards the equipment, and as she started pouring different liquids and adding the remaining mana stones she had into the mixture.
The mixture started to change colour, turning dark purple as a few bubbles formed inside it.
She stirred the mixture for a while, and after that looked towards Leon and said. "C-Can you please transfer some of your mana inside of this?" Her voice was shaky.
Leon nodded once, took a step forward and extended his hand towards the container.
He let his mana channel through the core, letting it move freely inside his veins. He guided the mana towards his palm, letting it pass through.
The mana made its way towards the mixture, mixing it with it completely.
When it happened, the mixture started to change once again. The colour of it changed completely, turned into bright purple, and it let out a strong sense of waves.
Her body froze, eyes widened as her gaze remained fixed on the mixture.
Her eyes lit up, and tears started to well up in her eyes as she staggered back slightly.
She raised her hand, kept it on her mouth as she started to gasp, it didn’t take long enough to transfer into sobbing.
Her feet gave up, and she fell on the floor as she started crying.
Leon didn’t say anything, just his eye remained on her. ’Saying anything is worthless for now. She spent most of her life trying to make it work, and now it finally did.’
’She’ll not come out of the sudden shock for a while, that’s for sure.’
But before he could even stop thinking, her voice rang in his ears.
"T-Thank you so much... thank you for helping me in completing my research." She muttered, sobbing lightly.
Leon didn’t say anything, he kept looking at her for a while.
A system popped up in front of his eyes, shimmering brightly with blue light.

His eyes widened slightly as he read the entries. ’These rewards are insane... what the hell.’
’I got a legendary tier skill book, growth in the reputation, and also this huge amount of money?’
’Leave all of this... what’s that absurd title? A legendary tier title... what the hell!?’
He took a deep breath as he composed himself and muttered. "Senior Sia, please stand back up." He said.
Sia was still on the ground, sobbing lightly as she kept rubbing her tears off. She nodded lightly, pushed herself back up. "D-Don’t call me a senior..."
"What do you mean by that, senior?" He asked.
"You’re the owner of the grimoire... you’re the tower master, it’s always told to us that the one who’ll awaken the grimoire will be our master."
"So please don’t call me senior anymore." She said.
He extended his hand, kept it on her shoulder as he patted it lightly. "Don’t worry about it, senior."
"I’m not the Tower Master. That position still belongs to Valexeria."
"What? Did she not know about this?" Sia asked, taken aback by his words.
Leon shook his head lightly, leaned back next to the shelf as he said. "She knows about it, and even senior Synthia knows about it, too." He said.
"And even after knowing that, she didn’t pass the role of tower master to you?"
"Don’t think like that about her; she was dying to hand over the seat to me. But it was me who denied it, I’m not ready to be in that position yet."
"I’ll be acting as the substitute tower master only when she’s not around." He said, smiling warmly.
"Still, please don’t refer to me like that anymore," Sia said, bowing her head lightly.
"If that’s what you want from me."
"Then I’ll do that, Sia."
After saying that, he turned towards the door and started walking, his steps were steady.
Sia remained standing there, her cheeks had started to glow as the pink colour bloomed.
Leon didn’t look back and left the room.
A sigh left through his mouth as he muttered. "The rewards were nice, but the behaviour of her wasn’t pleasing at all."
’I’ll go take a small walk to make it all sink in.’
He steadily walked towards the hall, and when he reached there, his gaze fell on Synthia, who was lying on her couch.
Her eyes were closed, and a piece of cloth was on her as she slept comfortably.
He let out a small sigh, gaze still fixed on her. ’She looks like an angel when she’s asleep... and when she’s not.’
