　　Annette was upset.

　　Alina said, "By the way, I want to go shopping today. Ms. Hall, will you come with me? I don't want to go shopping alone, and I need your help."

　　After breakfast, Annette went upstairs to get changed.

　　She made an appointment with Annette to set off at half past nine.

　　Alina appeared ten minutes late.

　　Annette said lightly, "If I had an appointment with someone, I would never be late. If it was far away, I would be afraid of traffic jams and set off an hour earlier. Today, we met right at the door of our houses, so I had no reason to be late."

　　In the past, Roxanne would always be late, but Annette was never angry with her.

　　However, for some reason, she was angry with Alina today.

　　Alina asked Annette to go shopping with her. She set the time and promised to meet at the entrance of the house. As long as she went out a bit earlier, she would not be late, and she was ten minutes late.

　　Alina said to Leonard, "Leonard, let's go."

　　On the way, Annette turned to look out of the window.

　　She felt awkward sitting in the car with Alina.

　　Although Alina had not offended her, her heart was still filled with negative emotions.

　　Was it jealousy?

　　Annette shook her head and denied in her mind, 'No, I am not jealous. And I will never be jealous. Besides, Connor said that he and Alina are only relatives now.

　　However, he always waited for me to have breakfast, yet he ignored me and had breakfast with Alina this morning.'

　　At the thought of that, Annette was displeased.
