Apocalypse: Infinite Breaker Online

Chapter 74: My Kingdom

Chapter 74: My Kingdom

Two hours later.

Axir finished discovering the locations of all the dungeons he knew.

Even though the world of Belkris was 50% different than before, he still managed to discover a grand total of 273 dungeons in two hours.

10 × 273 = 2730 attribute points.

[Axir Grimspire]

Level: 500

Power Level: 7,777,343

Vitality: 42,000/42,000

Mana: 38,000/38,500

Constitution: 700 (+3500)

Agility: 600 (+3000)

Perception: 800 (+3500)

Arcane: 700 (+3150)

Luck: 48

Charm: 72

He didn’t add the points to his stats yet.

Since he was already far ahead of the rest of the players, it was better to save the points and use them only if he encountered difficulty.

Roaming around while finding dungeons also allowed him to acquire exotic resources.

Some of which he was going to use right now.

[Card Constructor]

— Fill the slots with required catalysts and create a card.

Slot 1: Random Item.

Slot 2: Random Prime 1-star or higher resource.

Slot 3: Random material from a monster level 300 or above.

Keywords: Add up to 4.

For the random item, he decided to use the Blighted Nox Mask, a Prime 5-star Legendary item dropped by one of the Tree Guardians in the Garden of Ages.

For the Random Prime 1-star or higher resource, Axir chose Prime 5-star Placious Life Dew, a rare resource that only generated once every week at the top of the grand World Tree in the Garden of Ages.

And for the random material from a monster level 300 or above, he chose a Prime Vein from the Exalted Boss of the Garden of Ages — Arborion Prime.

He only had one Prime Vein drop. The other material he obtained from its body was a Genesis Shell.

Both were the same rank, but Prime Vein could prove to be the better option for accomplishing his goal of creating the type of card he wanted.

Now, the last step.

Keywords.

Axir went over his thoughts and decided in a second as he put in the four words.

Mutation

No Limit

Servant

Transformation

Putting in these keywords, he activated the Card Constructor.

[ Card options generated. Choose the card. ]

Option 1.

[Bio-Prime Codex]

Card Quality: Prime 10-star

Cost: 100,000 Mana

Effect:

—> If the target’s stats are weaker than yours, forcefully mutate them into a Humanoid-type Bio-Prime Monster, who can become stronger by eating any biological materials and plant life, with potency relative to their stats.

—> A Bio-Prime Monster can transform into a Beast-type Bio-Prime Monster and vice versa. Their intelligence remains the same as before their mutation.

—> Bio-Prime Monsters are absolutely obedient to the user, and their life nexus is connected. If the user dies, all Bio-Prime Monsters die. No limit to the Bio-Prime Monsters under control.

Option 2.

[Naxite Revenant]

Card Quality: Prime 8-star

Cost: 30,000 Mana

Effect:

—> A player or other living being you kill outside the game can be targeted and revived as a Naxite Revenant, monsters that can switch between ethereal and physical forms.

—> They grow stronger by eating high-elemental resources. Their paths are set based on the resources they are fed until they reach S-rank potential.

—> Up to 10 can exist at a time. Capacity increases by sacrificing a Revenant after it reaches S-rank potential.

Option 3.

[Hive Prime Core]

Card Type: Passive

Card Quality: Prime 10-star

Cost: 1000 Mana

Effect:

—> Living beings outside the game world can be consumed by the Hive Prime Core to generate mass Hive Minions that start from Rank 1, with different classifications based on the beings consumed.

—> Hive Minions of the same rank can be merged to create higher-rank Hive Minions.

—> Hive Capacity: 0/1000. +1000 per Rank 10 Hive Minion.

—> Once a Hive Minion reaches Rank 10, their growth spurt begins, and they can grow stronger by consuming resources.

’Damn.’

Axir sat down.

Option 2 was bad, but ignoring it, the other two options were too good.

Both were Prime 10-star, meaning they had absurd potential.

But Axir sighed, as there wasn’t much of a choice, no matter how much he wanted both cards.

Hive Prime Core was good, but it wouldn’t achieve his goal.

It consumed beings and created mindless hive monsters connected to his consciousness. They were pure, instinctual lifeforms.

Feeding Jason and the others to the Hive Prime Core meant they were dead. Their souls would leave somewhere, probably. Their consciousness would be snuffed out.

He didn’t want that.

But Bio-Prime Codex was different.

It would keep them alive, preserve their consciousness, and retain their intelligence, all while transforming them into monsters under his control.

It was perfect.

The exact thing he desired from the Card Constructor.

Axir made his choice, glee and ruthlessness mixing in his eyes.

There were many messages from Selena, but he ignored her completely, as if she never existed, until he was done with Jason, Yuta, Kazuo, and Lexi.

’It’s time.’

Without further ado, he logged out.

Spreading his Mana Field as far as a 100-kilometer radius with his current stats and increased proficiency, he quickly found Jason.

He wasn’t even far.

In a forest not too far from where Axir had buried Jason’s father, Jason lay in a daze on a tree branch.

The destruction around suggested he had vented there.

’Must be thinking about his life choices.’ Axir’s eyes glinted coldly.

’Rest while you can. These are the last hours of peace you’re getting.’

Axir made his way toward Jason’s house.

As he began thinking about how to go about this, a question popped up.

Was he doing the right thing to Jason’s mother?

The moral code forming within his vision of his future self demanded justification.

’I may lie and act, but I won’t harm her. She is not an evildoer, so I’ll approach this the right way. If she refuses, so be it.’

’I am not going to be a saint, nor a devil. I need my own place. My own image.’

’My own... country. My own people.’

Axir looked at the sky. An epiphany occurred.

’This is it.’

’The place where I plant the Wisdom Tree Seed will become the base of my kingdom,’ Axir grinned.

’And all are welcome to prosper there, as long as it’s under my rules.’

Axir felt this was the best way to begin shaping his belief in his future self.

His kingdom.

’Perfect.’

Axir arrived before Jason’s house and knocked.

’Miss Kohana, let’s hope I can convince you.’
