Chapter 376: Former Lovers Meet Again

Chapter 376: Former Lovers Meet Again

Adrian Lancaster’s gaze rested on the two dresses she was holding, watching as she compared them left and right, unable to make up her mind.

He said, "If you like them, buy both. Only kids make choices."

To his surprise, Kylie Fletcher’s face turned serious, "What are you talking about? I’m short on money! Why else would I negotiate prices with you? Of course I have to be thrifty! I’m not here just to shop today!"

Adrian Lancaster really couldn’t figure her out, a daughter of the prestigious Fletcher Family, yet constantly claiming to be broke.

"Hurry up! Help me pick!" The girl instantly broke into a smile, urging him, "I trust your taste! Which one do you think suits me better?"

At this moment, not far outside the store, Sienna Dawson stopped in her tracks upon seeing this scene through the store window.

A young and pretty girl, holding two dresses, playfully comparing them in front of Adrian Lancaster, with eyes sparkling with anticipation.

Is he actually shopping for clothes with another woman??

This left Sienna Dawson flabbergasted; this person wasn’t his wife!

Adrian Lancaster didn’t dislike Kylie Fletcher; he always saw her as a little sister, and this girl was not scheming.

He happened to pass by and had some time.

So he really helped her choose, "The light blue one is more suitable for you."

"Really? Can I go try it on then? Wait for me okay! Don’t run away!" Saying this, she quickly turned and headed to the fitting room.

Adrian Lancaster indeed didn’t leave; he glanced around the store, the women’s clothing here was quite nice, with stylish designs and vibrant colors.

Thus, he began to look around, wondering if there was anything suitable for Faye Turner.

This was when a sales assistant recognized him and hesitantly confirmed with a colleague, "Is that President Lancaster?"

"Seems like it..."

Oh my goodness! The big boss is here? Everybody suddenly felt excited yet nervous.

So, someone quickly made tea, serving him with both enthusiasm and reverence.

Adrian Lancaster was not impolite; he courteously reached out to take it, saying "Thank you" in a low, magnetic, gentle voice, without any airs.

The atmosphere was casual, "Please wrap up this piece for me, and I’ll take this dress as well."

"Alright, alright."

He handed over a card, and the clerk quickly proceeded to settle the bill.

Before long, Kylie Fletcher emerged having changed into the dress.

This girl was wearing the light blue designer piece, that elegant artistic tasseled cloud shoulder, which didn’t quite match his aura, but she looked pretty and could pull it off.

Spinning around in front of him, Kylie Fletcher asked, "How is it? Does it really look good?"

Just then, the sales assistant came over, handing the packaged clothes and the credit card to Adrian Lancaster.

He accepted them, his gaze falling on the girl, "It’s quite nice, looks good."

Then Kylie Fletcher asked the sales assistant, "How much is this?"

"Eighteen thousand."

"..." The girl was stunned, her eyes widening as she asked, "Is there no discount?"

The sales assistant looked at her, then at President Lancaster, what’s going on?? Shopping with President Lancaster, and still worried about money?

"Adrian Lancaster, can the mall associated with your family offer discounts for familiar faces?" Kylie Fletcher frowned at him, "So expensive huh? This isn’t even a major brand."

Adrian Lancaster calmly sipped his tea, his eyes glancing aside, "Whose face would you like to use?"

"Your face of course!" The girl reached out to link arms with Adrian Lancaster, laughing as she said to the sales assistant, "Since we’ve brought President Lancaster here, why not give a fifty percent discount?"

Fifty percent off?

This is a designer item!!

The sales assistant was internally shocked, yet felt dilemmas abound, lost in confusion, unsure to speak, as the store manager arrived on the scene.

Adrian Lancaster handed the cup to the store manager, gently removing the girl’s hand.

The store manager turned their mind quickly, "Umm... I can apply for the maximum discount for you here, but achieving a fifty percent reduction is unlikely."

Adrian Lancaster took out a card, extending it towards the store manager, "Settle the bill, consider this piece as from me."

Kylie Fletcher was stunned!
