The Magic Armor Master saw that A Fei remained unmoved and continued, "Don’t forget about the thing inside your body. If you don’t do as I say, that thing will crawl around, drilling holes in your flesh, blood, and bones. You’ve tasted that pain before; you should know what it’s like... Do you want to try it again?"

"You can’t threaten me," A Fei said calmly.

"Young girl, you’re just too naive. Do you think dying is the end of it all?" The Magic Armor Master said with a smile, "It’s not that simple. Even if you die, the thing inside you remains. As long as Li Xiu comes to clean up for you and touches your body, I can still achieve my intended purpose."

"Foolish child, whether you live or die makes no difference to me. I just don’t want you to be deceived by a man, sacrificing yourself and getting nothing in return, only to be laughed at by men as foolish." The Magic Armor Master stroked A Fei’s cheek with a finger.

"If you can use my corpse to kill him, that’s your skill. If you have the ability, go ahead and kill him." A Fei said, pulling a knife from her waist and thrusting it toward her chest.

The Magic Armor Master knocked the knife from A Fei’s hand, grabbed her by the neck, and lifted her up.

"Why are you so stubborn, woman? Not even avenging your parents for a man — is it worth it?" The Magic Armor Master shouted angrily, holding A Fei’s body with one hand.

"It’s not about worth; I know the pain of having my loved ones murdered, so I won’t let others experience the same pain." A Fei gasped hard as she spoke.

"So foolish. If you’re so ignorant, there’s no reason to keep living. Your corpse can accomplish the task just the same." The Magic Armor Master stared at A Fei, and Demonic Light shone from their body, as if something inside A Fei was activated. Beneath her skin, something seemed to move, with glowing objects appearing under her abdomen and crawling toward her heart.

A Fei’s face turned pale from pain, cold sweat pouring out but not uttering a sound.

"I’ll give you one last chance. Do you wish to die or live? If you want to die, the thing inside will invade your heart and crush it." The Magic Armor Master said coldly, staring at A Fei.

"If you want to kill, then kill. Why waste so many words?" A Fei said with difficulty.

"Very well." The Magic Armor Master flashed with Demonic Light, and the glowing thing beneath A Fei’s skin was about to penetrate her heart.

Suddenly, the Magic Armor Master sensed something and dodged to the side, seeing a streak of red light glide past her cheek.

Crack!

The red light pierced A Fei’s body, directly stabbing through the thing about to invade her heart.

"Li Xiu..." The Magic Armor Master turned around, looking at the person walking out from the forest, and said with a heavy expression.

"Rakshasa." Li Xiu looked at the blue Magic Armor; although the person inside couldn’t be seen, he recognized the identity of this Magic Armor Master.

"So you really are the Red Flower Man," Rakshasa said, staring at Li Xiu.

"What difference does it make, whether I am or not? Either way, Guan Jinghao still wants to kill me," Li Xiu said lightly.

"You’ve done what you shouldn’t have, so you must pay the price." Rakshasa snorted coldly, "Holding a Magic Spirit Tournament and creating some Light Planting Technique, clearly being a Magic Armor Master, yet wanting to end the path of Magic Armor Masters. Who should die if not you?"

"Only with opponents can there be progress. Without any opponents, how far can a Magic Armor Master go?" Li Xiu said nonchalantly.

"No use telling me that," Rakshasa said, grabbing A Fei’s neck and squeezing hard. "You must have heard; this woman would rather die than help me kill you. Her life is in my hands; it’s up to you if you want to save her."

"Are you sure her life is in your hands?" Li Xiu smiled slightly.

Rakshasa immediately sensed something wrong. The red sword embedded in A Fei’s body flew up on its own, transforming into red lightning, slashing toward Rakshasa’s wrist.

Rakshasa released A Fei’s neck and withdrew her hand quickly, while the other hand opened, filled with blue light dots, resembling blue eyes, and shot waves of blue Demonic Light at A Fei.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

At the very moment, the Fire Lotus Sword flashed quickly, transforming into a lotus blossom sword light, protecting A Fei’s body, blocking wave after wave of blue Demonic Light from Rakshasa.

"Symbiotic Contract... how long have you been a Trial Taker... and you already possess such an advanced Symbiotic Contract?" Rakshasa looked at the Fire Lotus Sword with some surprise.

Li Xiu somehow ended up beside A Fei, holding the injured A Fei. He glanced at the wound on her chest, where the skin was pierced by the Fire Lotus Sword. Inside, there was a beetle-like thing, its body pierced and burned by the Fire Lotus Sword. Cracks revealed blue Light Patterns flickering. It looked like a Magic Armor component, yet it could operate independently of the Magic Armor, something even Li Xiu had never seen in Magic Armor technology.

Li Xiu reached in and removed the beetle-like thing from A Fei’s chest, tossing it to the ground and crushing it underfoot.

Then he summoned the Forbidden Spear and shot once into A Fei’s wound.

Rakshasa watched bewildered, not understanding why Li Xiu would shoot A Fei.
