Chapter 368: Ch 368: Advancing In Cosmic Cultivation

A low growl rumbled from the beast’s throat, and the fangs suddenly flared with a fierce glow.

Then, another wave of sharp wind erupted from the fangs, shooting directly at Emrys like a deadly blade.

The beast let out a loud roar filled with rage and stumbled backward. Its four legs trembled as it tried to stay upright, but its pride was hurt more than its body. It glared at Emrys with bloodshot eyes, unable to accept the fact that a human had wounded it so easily.

Intense fury exploded from the beast’s body. It was determined to kill this puny human who wasn’t even a King yet was able to hurt its massive body.

The demon’s wings started glowing brightly. The glow was filled with dark demonic light. The air around it twisted, and it was about to release a powerful demonic technique from its wings.

How could Emrys give it the chance when he had just gained the advantage?

Just then, Emrys appeared right in front of its glowing wings. He was fast, faster than a blink.

With a calm face, he extended his hand, and dark mist stirred inside the dark river before flowing out, taking the shape of a deformed sword.

This wasn’t the original deformed abyssal sword. That sword was still lost somewhere on the battlefield.

Emrys simply shaped a sword that looked exactly like the deformed abyssal sword. He was more used to that sword after all. Moreover, because it was shaped from the solidification of dark mist which is also the Mist of Abyss, it somewhat gave Emrys the feeling of holding the original Deformed Abyssal Sword.

Dark abyssal energy swirled madly around the sword.

Without any mercy, Emrys pointed the sword down and stabbed straight into the demon’s head.

The sword pierced through its skull with ease.

The beast didn’t even get a chance to roar this time. Its body shuddered once, then went completely still. It died just like that.

It was also at that moment, Emrys activated ⟪Silent Devourer of All Paths⟫ and ⟪Soul Plunder⟫ at the same time.

A shadowy light burst out from Emrys’s body and covered the beast’s corpse. In just a second, the body and its soul, which was about to dissipate, were swallowed completely, leaving nothing behind.

The result was instant.

His cultivation, which had stopped after reaching the Beginner Exalted Starlight Master, surged upward again.

In the blink of an eye, he stepped into the Intermediate stage. And it didn’t stop there.
