Chapter 275: Ch 275: A Familiar Aura

The light from the pool grew brighter and brighter, shining like a sun that had fallen to the earth. It felt holy, powerful, and overwhelming, as if a god had truly descended into the world.

Andrea, Laura, and Caruso were stunned. They were very close to the shimmering pool and could feel the terrifying aura rising from it. Their hearts pounded and their legs felt weak. The aura was so strong it made them want to kneel. fortunately, it was not forceful so they were able to hold their ground, and kept staring at the pool with wide eyes.

Then, just as suddenly as the light had come, it dimmed slightly. The water in the pool rippled, and a figure jumped out.

It was Emrys.

But the Emrys who came out of the pool was not the same as the one who had entered. His appearance had completely changed.

His eyes now shimmered with a mix of silver and gold glow that seemed alive. They felt like they could see through everything. His silver hair was the same, but it seemed to shine even brighter, as if it were made of moonlight.

What shocked Andrea, Laura, and Caruso the most was the strange feeling coming from Emrys.

Emrys didn’t feel like a human anymore. His presence was light and airy, as if he wasn’t fully part of this world. For a moment, his body seemed to become translucent, almost see-through just like the pure-blooded Spiritas.

But then, just as quickly, his body became solid again, looking completely human. This change kept happening over and over. One moment, he was like a spirit, glowing and ghostly. The next, he looked normal, with flesh and bone. It was unsettling to watch, as if he couldn’t decide what he was. His form seemed unstable, shifting endlessly between two states.

Even the air around him was strange. It shimmered faintly like a heatwave and gave off a feeling of both life and death, creation and destruction. His presence was awe-inspiring, but it also made their skin crawl, as if their minds couldn’t fully understand what they were seeing.

Andrea, Laura, and Caruso could only stare in silence. Their minds were filled with questions.

What had happened to Emrys in the pool?

Was he still the same person they knew, or had he become something entirely new?

Unfortunately, they were destined not to obtain the answer.

Emrys breathed deeply and then darted his gaze to the surroundings. Noticing Andrea and the other two, he nodded at them lightly before suddenly shifting his attention in a certain direction.

"Mom!"

Emrys called out which surprised the three people.

They didn’t know that a beautiful lady with a powerful aura was constantly flying in their direction.

This place is located in the Ice Lord Valley, and the Ice Lord Valley is the territory of Rosefield Family.

Emrys’s mother, Slivya Rosefield, came from this family.
