Chapter 133: Ch 133: A Powerful Punch

"Two more have come!"

Seeing Emrys and Xu Ling coming, Gu Huzi’s followers immediately surrounded the two of them, ready to attack.

Not just Emrys, even Xu Ling’s face immediately turned cold. Although her luck is usually bad, she could not believe it could be this bad.

As Emrys punched, dark mist gathered around his fist. The gathering of the dark mist created a low rumbling noise.

Now, there was only one last person left. He looked frightened. He knew if he wanted to live, he had to run away. Without hesitation, he immediately turned around and rushed out to escape.

The people who were beaten up earlier revealed a disdainful smile when they saw how the last person from the Purple Flame Sect was running. One of them flicked his wrist, and a ray of light chased after that person, instantly piercing his back.

The fleeing figure continued to run forward two more steps before falling to the ground straight.

"Thank you, thank you for your help. I am Yan Husheng from Clear Sky Sect. You are?"

After dealing with the last remaining person standing, the four of them arrived in front of Emrys and Xu Ling, thanking them. Then the person who killed the last one from the Purple Flame Sect first introduced himself before asked.

"Hello, Senior Yan. My name is Xu Ling, and this is Emrys Frazier."

Xu Ling smiled at the person named Yan Husheng and introduced Emrys as well.

Yan Husheng nodded his head, observing Xu Ling and Emrys silently.

Emrys’s senses were keen. He was able to see traces of jealousy and envy in Yan Husheng’s eyes. Obviously, he was jealous because of Emrys being able to travel with a beautiful lady like Xu Ling.

"Lady Xu, are you here to enter this palace as well?" Yan Husheng asked.

Nodding her head, Xu Ling said, "Isn’t it obvious? Since I am here, I obviously want to enter the palace and look for the rumored treasure."

Since it was not a secret, Xu Ling did not think much when she said she was there to look for the rumored treasure.

On the other hand, Emrys did not pay attention to them. He was observing this palace. In his eyes, this palace appeared somewhat mysterious.

As for why, he could not tell yet.

Curious, Emrys started towards the palace’s entrance without saying anything.

"Hold on!"

Yan Husheng’s expression changed when he noticed Emrys’s action. He hurriedly stepped forward and blocked Emrys’s path.

"What do you want?" Emrys asked coldly. His cold tone made Yan Husheng recall the moment when Emrys punched the second guy. That punch was truly terrifying.

After recovering from our injuries, we can enter the palace together."

"No need to worry." Emrys shook his head, his eyes still filled with cold expression. "Whether this place is dangerous or not, or whether I will be killed inside or not has nothing to do with you."

Saying that, he started walking towards the palace once again.
