Chapter 103: Ch 103: Qin Huxiao

"Is it him?"

"Yes, boss!"

Noises rustled from the forest, drawing Emrys and the others’ attention.

Emrys quickly turned back, only to see dozens of people flying toward him at full speed. They stood on a huge sword, large enough to accommodate all of them.

To Emrys’s surprise, he recognized a few of the figures. Moments ago, he had defeated these very individuals, and now they had returned. He was astonished at how quickly they had tracked him down.

But when his gaze fell on the leader, a cold shiver ran down his spine. He could tell that the cold sensation he had felt earlier earlier was because of this person. This person exuded an aura of lethal intent, making Emrys feel as if he was no match for him.

"Brat, are you ready to face the consequences of your arrogance?"

As they landed on the ground, the youthful person in the lead spoke coldly.

Emrys was startled. He had expected this person to come after him, especially with the many people he had previously beaten up.

Although this person gave him chills, Emrys was not scared. He was full of confidence.

"You want to avenge them? Come at me then!" Emrys said, gesturing for the youthful person to approach.

However, Mu Bailing grabbed his hand, shaking her head. She was clearly on high alert after seeing this youthful person. She whispered urgently, "Don’t fight him. He is Senior Qin Huxiao, one of the Inner-sect Seniors. I admit you are powerful, but I don’t think you are strong enough to go against Senior Qin. Let’s run!"

Emrys frowned. He did not like being compared to this person named Qin Huxiao, mainly when he was considered weaker in terms of strength. The darkness in his eyes increased a little that instant. The dark mist slowly gathered around his body.

Clearly, he did not pay any attention to Mu Bailing’s advice.

You must be a fool."

"Urghh!" Emrys wanted to say something, but all that came out were hoarse, unclear noises.

Suddenly, Qin Huxiao punched Emrys’s chest hard, causing him to spurt out a mouthful of blood. Qin Huxiao then threw Emrys to the ground and began kicking him all over his body. With the last of his strength, Emrys activated his skill, shifting nodes to appear right beside Mu Bailing.

Qin Huxiao was startled, he did not expect Emrys to suddenly disappear.

Mu Bailing was not better either. She was also astounded but reacted quickly. She took out a boat-shaped toy and injected her Qi into it.

Immediately, the boat-shaped toy expanded into a three-meter-wide flying tool that released waves of strange light, attracting everyone’s attention.

Qin Huxiao did not mind Mu Bailing’s action. He was just surprised to see Emrys lying on the ground near Mu Bailing’s feet.
