What Mo Wen called "Heavenly Demons" were recorded in the historical records of this foreign civilization known as the Xuanwu Imperial Dynasty as manifestations of "calamity."

They were formless and invisible, existing everywhere, capable of distorting human hearts, corrupting physical bodies, contaminating matter, rewriting rules, destroying worlds, and blocking observations between worlds.

Their origin might be the death of all heavens, changes in the principles of the great dao, or possibly some powerful enemies opposed to the Immortals and Deities.

The term "all heavens" generally referred to the sum of numerous worlds. Before this demonic calamity, the sea of realms contained countless small worlds, where powerful beings could freely travel between worlds, and some strong experts could even ascend to the "Upper Realm."

Beings born simultaneously with heaven and earth, naturally wielding authority, were called deities after ascension, while mortal beings who ascended through cultivation were called immortals. They established the rules governing all heavens, including the dynastic cycles of various small worlds after the demonic calamity.

Divine beasts were affiliates of the Immortals and Deities. They would serve as protectors of newborn civilizations, and in turn, civilization's protection would make them stronger.

Thus, they used disasters sweeping through the world to disguise it as already being covered by the demonic calamity, avoiding active invasion by the demonic calamity, while using this as sacrifice to strengthen the world's defenses.

As he spoke, the patrol giant ship completed its warm-up. Accompanied by violent changes in space, they arrived at the home world of the Xuanwu Imperial Dynasty.

In the pitch-black sky, twisted, squirming meat wheels freely extended and retracted their bodies.

On the thick, heavy earth, the giant turtle carcass stretching for millions of miles lay quietly.

The commander of the Xuanwu Imperial Dynasty's exploration team stood stunned. This insane reality almost shattered his will. He had chosen exploration with fear and hope, but upon returning only saw wreckage everywhere.

Suddenly, the giant turtle moved slightly.

The exploration team commander's nearly shattered spirit was briefly pulled back. He shouted wildly: "The Ancient Ancestor still lives! We must save him!"

As he spoke, he already charged toward the edge of the patrol giant ship, but a descendant of the mysterious turtle in human form stopped him: "Commander, the Ancestral Spirit has died."

The commander roared: "He's still moving!"

The turtle descendant didn't speak. He looked toward the already active cultivators of the Chenyao Dynasty, and Mo Wen who wore a serious expression while carefully observing the turtle corpse.

Mo Wen's gaze penetrated through the flesh and shell tens of thousands of miles thick, seeing the "snake groups" drilling within.

They were happily feeding on flesh and blood, enjoying this rare feast, preparing to hatch. But what killed this giant turtle wasn't snakes - it was a "sword."

A single sword strike crossed numerous worlds, directly extinguishing the mysterious turtle's consciousness, erasing its source of vitality, killing this divine beast with unimaginably tenacious life force in one blow.

Only by risking dissolution and entering Energy Level 5 state could Mo Wen amplify his already formidable power to this level with psychic power enhancement.

Was it Heavenly Demons, or Immortals and Deities?

Was it simply to kill this mysterious turtle, or did its existence affect something that required its elimination?

But regardless, it had already happened.

Mo Wen calmly ordered: "The mysterious turtle has died, but demonic snakes still squirm within its body. The fleet maintains alert status, defend in place."

"After I clean out the demonic snakes, dismantle the mysterious turtle and this continent to manufacture new warships."

Then he looked toward the nearly broken exploration team commander: "Your court-appointed divine beast has died, your fortresses are destroyed, but you haven't died yet, and your civilization isn't dead either."

"If you hate these demons that took everything from you, then take revenge on them. Gather more strength, reorganize your team, and patrol with us."
