Chapter 1172: They Discovered my Kingdom

Finally, all those late guests arrived and humiliated. There were some more spies from the cult but they’re all caught.

Some almost managed to infiltrate successfully. But with the centaurs all around and the Kings trying to socialize with the others, we somehow managed to find some members of the cult who didn’t have the explosive devices in their mouth.

And so, the party is over. Because once I felt that all the spies were caught, I transported all the monsters away. That’s the cue for the party to be over.

Of course there are still some things I have to do according to the etiquette of noble party. It’s to have the one with the highest position to leave first. So after I transported all the monsters, I left.

Though that shouldn’t be the case. But the Kings decided it to be that way. It’s annoying especially since in the end I have to wait for them to leave because I was the one to return them back to their own country again.

Then as soon as I brought all the Kings back, I got a report from someone that there are people approaching Cassau. As expected, they are here. Should I say finally?

Though because they’re attacking this city, maybe I don’t have to fight at all. Because Angela is here.

It means that I can go to another place in case of emergency.

Until I got another news. This time, it came from my familiar. Shelia.

’I smelt the scent of unfamiliar humans approaching the village! I mean the Kingdom! Should I kill them?’ Shelia said via telepathy.

’Really? I guess they finally located the kingdom. I’ll ask the others before going there myself. If they are hostile, you can fight. But try to capture them alive if possible. There are some collars there, right? Use them on those people after you captured them. I’ll be there as soon as possible,’ I said to all my familiars.

Shelia will surely go out there and fight. As for Graham, I’m sure he will inform the others first.

I shouldn’t have separated all the Kings right away. Letting them stay together for a bit longer for this report. But whatever. I’ll just call them now.

"Angela, you and the others can get rid of any cult members attacking Cassau right now. I’ll tell Sunglasses and the others that the Monsters Kingdom has been discovered," I said.

Then I told Sunglasses and the others.

"Do you think they came right now because of the party? Or is it just a coincidence?" Sunglasses asked.

I asked Graham via telepathy and the answer came soon after.

"Seems like they’re just scouts. Well, a kingdom of various monsters will be suspicious. We also have several floating islands around the kingdom. So of course we will gain attention. But it seems like it’s not the main force yet as all of them have been captured. Only those that Shelia and the others could smell," I said.

"Then they will probably come to attack for real soon after since all the scouts don’t return. I don’t think we will need to help but if you do, just contact us. We will focus more on our own kingdoms. That’s your kingdom," Sunglasses said.

Well, I guess that’s true.

Meanwhile, Angela and the others succeeded in protecting Cassau. We are now too powerful that it seems like the cult won’t be a problem anymore. But I doubt that’s really the case. We need to be careful.

There are still various types of monsters that we have never seen. Maybe there could be a monster that could overpower everyone in the Monsters Kingdom like a Kaiser monster. Though I think there shouldn’t be one against us.

We already have the current and the future Kaiser Dragon. Then the current Kaiser Whale is currently teaching potential future Kaiser Monsters which could be Spot or one of his children. As for the Kaiser Tortoise, the current one is still too small and he’s living in my kingdom.

But maybe there’s a monster like Pawzer that even though he’s small, his strength is good enough for the Kaiser Monsters to notice him. If there are a lot of monsters like that, it could be dangerous.

After the battle is over, I brought all the scouts from the cult for interrogation with the centaurs. And I found out that they are really going to attack the Monsters Kingdom when all the scouts never returned.

It’s better than having a scout managed to escape and return to the cult. Because it means they will have a bit of information about the kingdom. At least they don’t have.

Though we know that we have been sending our monsters for many battles. So I’m pretty sure that the cult is already aware of what monsters we have.

Now we know that the cult will attack the Monsters Kingdom in a while. So I need to do something important.

"I need place for the pandas to evacuate," I said.

"Me! Pick Arturo! I already have a panda as my familiar! They will feel better with one of them already adapting to Arturo!"

That’s why my second disciple said. Though it doesn’t mean that Arturo will be safe.

We still need to be careful in case the cult will attack places on Earth. But at least the pandas will be safer than in Monsters World when we don’t know what kind of monsters the cult will bring to attack us.

It’s in Monsters World. They should know that a lot of human mages, even master level mages, fell under our strength. But if they use monsters with their innate abilities, then it might be possible for them to attack us.

So I will have to focus on attacking the tamers. But it’s also possible that the tamers won’t be here. Or that there will be some space mages moving them around to safety. So it will really be hard.

...But I’m sure the monsters will be happy anyway. They can fight freely with stronger opponents than usual.

Even the vampires are here so they will be helpful. It’s just that the clothes they wear are too fancy. It seems as if they’re still in a party. At least they said that their clothes won’t restrict their movement.

"So, there will be a battle here soon. Other than the pandas that have been evacuated and the children who will be moved to Cassau soon, anyone else who doesn’t want to participate?"

I asked this mainly to ask the mermaids who had just joined us. I won’t force them to fight when they are not willing to do it.

With the Crab People, they will block the enemies coming from the sea. Though we’re not close to the sea, we have a tunnel under the artificial lake connecting to the sea. So they might not have much fighting to do.

But they can still fight on the ground. So they will still be helpful. But I will assign them to protect the water route first.

In the sky, we have the angels and the dragons. There are also a lot of monsters who can run in the air.

On the ground, well, there’s nothing to say. Other than the one extra monster willing to help in the fight. The young Kaiser Tortoise.

"I will fight! They are from the organization that killed my father! And I have grown big enough to fight them!" the young Kaiser Tortoise said.

He’s right. In fact, his size is already bigger than the average dragons here. And he has been regularly fighting as well. Though he’s not fast but he can use his magic breath attack just like his father. He can attack the enemy from distance.

As for his siblings though, they are still too small. It seems like it will take a few more years for them to grow big enough to be able to fight.

For the young Kaiser Dragon, his size is also similar. But from what Andro told me, he’s still in his growing period and it’s best for him to avoid fighting right now. At least we need to wait until he can speak well. That’s what Andro said.

The young Kaiser Dragon is still unable to talk. And his fighting skill is not as good as the smallest adult dragon even though he’s bigger than the other dragon. So he’s not good for fighting right now.

"Unlike before, this will be the first time you all fight to protect your home. Let’s show them that they shouldn’t mess with our kingdom!"

Roars and howls combined together. Everyone’s morale is much higher than when they were fighting war in the past. All of them really feel that this is their home and they will fight to protect it.

This is good. Being a King feels so good. I like it.
