Chapter 1106: Giant Waves from the Ocean

After another day of fighting, I heard some big news. That the waves from the sea are getting bigger. And there’s a sign of a giant creature approaching from the sea.

That could be the Kaiser Whale. I have to tell Andro and Pawzer about this. Though I think Pawzer already eavesdropping on us.

"Pawzer, you heard that?" I asked even though there’s no one here other than Angela.

And all of a sudden, he appeared in front of me. Well, it’s not all of a sudden anymore. I have somehow managed to be able to keep up with his movement without using the skill to see things in slow motion. So when I see a movement and the appearance of a werecheetah, it’s obvious that it’s Pawzer.

"I heard that very clear. I’ll tell the Big Lizard to go to where that huge something is approaching. What about you?" Pawzer asked.

"I’ll go there soon after I bring some more people here. I can’t leave Angela here alone, I said.

The Pawzer disappeared to the sky. And I opened a portal to somewhere else in Monsters World before returning to Earth where some people are ready to help.

This time, Shirley and Sara will come. Then there are a few more soldiers from Tatrama. While Shirley and Sara will stay Angela, the soldiers will fight the monsters.

Now Kayla and the others can take a break together instead of being in shift.

"Shirley, a huge creature approaching from the sea. It could be the Kaiser Whale. I’m going to go there with Andro. So you will protect Angela," I said.

"Leave it to your sister! She’s also my best friend. I will protect her so you can take it easy," Shirley said.

I think she’s bored from not having too much action this past month. She was busy as a Princess and unable to do much fighting.

And she’s envious of other people like Kayla and Candy that can fight as much as they want. So now that she finally has the chance, she’s more excited compared to Sara and the other soldiers.

Will she be able to just stay still next to Angela instead of fighting? I hope she will. I’ll just trust her since I know that she wants to protect Angela.

After everyone is ready, I brought them to Monsters World then I opened a portal again to the island. Because we have a lot of people here, it took some time until they enter the portal. So some monsters are coming.

"You all go in the portal quickly. I’ll kill them all before closing it," I said.

"You’re not going to enter with us?" Shirley asked.

"I’ll open a portal directly to Andro’s head. I’m going to see the Kaiser Whale," I said.

Then as the people entered the portal, I killed the incoming monsters before I close it. There are still a few more monsters approaching, but I killed them all easily.

Then I opened a portal and jump inside directly to Andro’s head. He’s moving. So I have to get in quickly before Andro is too far from the portal.

"So, is it a whale? A normal whale or a Kaiser whale?" I asked.

"Nothing was seen so far. I can’t see well under the water. Maybe your familiar can see better," Pawzer said.

I asked Crabbe using telepathy if he sees anything huge coming. And I got the reply right away.

’There’s no such thing so far. I can’t tell because it’s still too far for me. And I’m too busy since there are more sea monsters coming than before. Master, if it’s really the Kaiser Whale, I doubt I can help you much with how many enemies that are coming,’ Crabbe said.

’You don’t have to worry about it. Just do your job. If you think that the enemies might be slow outside of water, then you can ignore them and let the others take care of them. It’s weird but the centaurs complained at how there are not many monsters coming to the land anymore,’ I said.

’Then I’ll do just that.’

If it’s just sea monsters out of water, anyone can handle them. I doubt they would be able to get too far in the island to reach Angela.

So far, the ones who could reach Angela and I had to fight were flying monsters. They are strong as well on land, but they’re not a problem to me. So if it’s just sea monsters, we can ignore them and let them leave the water.

Riding on Andro’s back, we try to get closer to where the source of the huge waves from. And it’s coming from a huge monster in the depth of the ocean.

While scouting the area the day before Angela started cultivating, I also checked the ocean together with Crabbe and other Crab People. And I was shocked that the depth of this part is much deeper already than the trench that is close to the Monsters Village. The trench that we used as a checkpoint for a race between Ray and Spot back then. It was so deep and there’s no trench. Just the ocean floor. And it kept getting deeper the further we go from the island.

When I thought that we have checked to far, we returned without checking everything. The ocean is way too fast. I could never be able to find every single monster there. So I gave up and just let those monsters approach the island so we could defeat them.

So it’s no surprise that there’s a huge monster from the bottom of the ocean causing huge waves without me noticing them before. It’s also from the place that I didn’t check before.

"Do you want to jump down there and see what kind of monster it is?" I asked Pawzer.

"No. I hate water. I’ll stay with the Big Lizard here. If it’s the Kaiser Whale, his huge head could reach where we are right now once he surfaced anyway. And we can talk with him from here. Also, if he breached into the surface, he could jump higher than where we are right now. So even now, we’re not really safe from the Big Fish," Pawzer said.

"Then Andro can fly a bit higher where he can feel secure. I’ll dive and find out if it’s a whale or not," I said.

And so I jumped to the ocean. After telling Andro to go to where it’s closest to where the source of the huge waves are from. So I only have to dive down instead of looking around.

Kaiser Dragon as huge as a continent. Kaiser Tortoise as huge as a mountain. Then what about the Kaiser Whale? Should be around the size of Andro as well, right?

Then I might not be able to see it. Unless I see through it’s skin and check the blood, bones, or inner organ if I get too close. Or I might just confuse it with a huge boulder moving.

Just like right now. The huge boulder that is moving to the surface. It’s such a huge boulder moving directly from below me and going to hit me.

Wait, that’s not a boulder. That’s a monster! A huge monster that opened its mouth to swallow me whole!

I quickly swim away. But I will still get hit with how fast it’s moving underwater even if I avoid entering its mouth. But that’s fine.

I managed to swim away to get hit only by its giant tooth. But it doesn’t seem to be the tooth of a whale.

What do I know? It’s a Kaiser Whale. Maybe this one has sharp teeth.

I got pushed by the monster all the way back to the surface as the monster breached. It also jumped so high and I can see Andro up close above me.

"Hey! Is this your friend?!" I asked Pawzer and Andro above.

"No. That is just a regular huge shark! The real big fish is the one below that thing that is about to swallow you as well!"

...Wait, what?!

This is a huge shark. And there’s an even bigger whale under us that is about to swallow both the shark and me? A really huge whale?

I focused everything on my Divine Vision. Then I can see it. A mountain jumping from the ocean. A whale so big that I can’t see everything. Just like the Kaiser Dragon and the Kaiser Tortoise.

Compared to them, the shark that was about to swallow me seems like a baby. The whale below us is humongous. The mouth is so large that it could fit the giant shark with a lot of space left.

Just the previous shark alone and I couldn’t dodge it completely. But this one, it’s unavoidable. So I had to open a portal to Andro’s head directly.

As soon as I returned to Andro’s head, I look down at the giant shark that is being swallowed by a huge mouth. That is the mouth of the Kaiser Whale.

We finally found him. Now we have to try our best to recruit him. Or at least to make sure that he won’t join the cult.
