Chapter 1709 - 793: Divine Origin Warehouse (2)
Chapter 1709 - 793: Divine Origin Warehouse (2)
"It was the Blood God who saved us."
Horus laughed and said, "Rod wasn’t wrong, but now everything has changed. Even if the Blood God at his peak invades, we can still slay him, as long as we can find the God Source Warehouse mentioned in the will. Even the Ancient Gods won’t be our match."
The "God Source Warehouse" is the most crucial information among the Residual Spirits, a repository for Divine Source Material. Rod learned from the Residual Spirits that during the time of the Four Gods, the Black Fog had already prohibited the birth of Divine Source Materials, which is why this era always had only four True Gods. But they did not give up; instead, they kept collecting Divine Source Materials from the previous era, hoping to one day break the prohibition and put them to use.
These collected Divine Source Materials were stored in the "God Source Warehouse," and part of one such "God Source Warehouse" is located within the borders of the Taranor Union City-States.
If they can find these warehouses, Trolian would obtain a massive amount of Divine Source Material. With the existence of the "Fusion Ceremony," the restrictions of a True King would no longer apply to them. Horus could inherit all of the Holy King’s powers, and Olivia and the Dark Moon Princess could successfully ascend to True Kings.
Once Asa completes the digestion, he could dominate the Evil Thought Space and the Evil Thought Stele, significantly enhancing the Life of Man within Trolian.
Not only that, with the resources currently occupied by Trolian, it would be entirely feasible to refine more of the Three Elements. As long as the Spirit Ascension Ceremony continues, more True Kings will soon emerge in Trolian, surpassing the former Fire Kingdom. It seems almost like a dream.
And Rod, who made such a great contribution, would receive at least several million of the Divinity, wouldn’t he?
By then, wouldn’t he ignite whatever star he wants? With 10 Divinity per Spiritual Realm Strike, couldn’t he unleash hundreds of thousands of strikes?
What Ancient God can withstand such an assault?
Let alone a thousand Divinity per Time Wander; I could summon a thousand ancient potent beings—what could withstand that?
The grand pollution descending from the starry sky is of no concern.
The Supreme Will is nothing special after all.
No matter how formidable the legendary heinous person is, I don’t believe he could defeat a thousand Kings.
At that moment, Rod suddenly understood Horus. When power greatly increases, it’s hard not to become arrogant.
Of course, all of this is still just imagination, as they have only acquired eight pieces of Divine Source Material so far. To turn all of this into reality, they still have to find the "God Source Warehouse" mentioned in the Residual Spirits.
"No time to lose, let’s set off quickly."
Horus urged.
"If I’m not mistaken, the God Source Warehouse is within the Taranor Union City-States. If we search all the way through, we will surely discover its trace. By that time, piercing the Abyss and finding the heinous person will no longer be a fantasy."
Olivia asked, "And what about ’Weird’?"
Everyone fell silent for a moment. There wasn’t much information Rod provided about "Weird." It seemed to be a mysterious location, a strange entrance.
From the information provided between the lines, it was speculated that the Four Gods were very eager to step into it and unlock its secrets, but for some reason, they didn’t do so. Instead, they teamed up to seal it and forbade even mentioning its name, using only "Weird" to refer to it.
The Dark Moon Princess softly said, "Is it possible that ’Weird’ is the tomb of the Ancient Gods?"
This statement struck like a thunderbolt in everyone’s mind.
Rod suddenly realized, "That’s right, it’s very possible. The Blood God Mu often mentioned its mystery, antiquity, and danger. They seemed to believe that within ’Weird,’ it might be possible to find a way to break the Black Fog prohibition. A True God prophesized and concluded that ’Weird’ contains unimaginable resources."
Horus laughed, "Perhaps there are more Divine Source Materials, Divine Stones, and the Three Elements."
"Quite possible," Olivia agreed. "There might be even more ancient and mysterious things, like the Source Divine Artifact."
Rod could clearly feel the breath of everyone becoming hot. To lower the feverish atmosphere, he reminded them, "Don’t forget, we still don’t know the location of ’Weird,’ nor do we know how to enter it."
Horus said regretfully, "Yes, but it doesn’t matter; one day, we will find it. For now, let’s focus on searching for the God Source Warehouse."
Rod nodded, though he still had a question in his heart about why they were so concerned about Giant King Omir’s defeat and why they mentioned the "True God"? Aren’t these four True Gods the "True God"? If it refers to the Ancient Gods, then why equate "True King" with "True God"?
But these issues are not important, at least not the most important for Trolian right now.
The most critical thing for Trolian now is the Divine Source Material, no one else compares.
Next is the Divine Stone and the Three Elements.
But the issue of the Divine Stone is for Allan to lead a team and resolve. He believes, with Allan’s capability, they will definitely find the road to the Main Continent.
The Three Elements are even less of an issue.
Rod suddenly felt a surge of excitement in his heart.
At this moment, Trolian’s takeoff might truly be imminent.
——
With Taranor Divine City at its center, a new round of expansion has begun.
Horus knew very well that a thorough search couldn’t rely solely on five powerful figures; it required the participation of thousands of warriors.
What they must do is occupy towns and eliminate the monsters that pose the greatest threat to the legion, facilitating the legion’s rapid expansion.
The area of the Taranor Union City-States is vast, but for Trolian now, that is not a problem. With the support of high-speed Spirit Cars, a variety of resources are continuously transported from the Royal City to sustain expansion and occupation needs.
After defeating Ark, Rod faced no further obstacles, and the five top tier powers rampaged through Taranor, no monster could stand in their way.
Especially Rod, whose Giant Divine Sword was incredibly sharp, containing unimaginable might, it was simply the bane of monsters. Even strong King Level monsters could be slain by him in an instant.
The only thing that could stop Rod was some of the "God-spawn monsters" within Taranor. These seemed to be failed attempts at godhood, twisted by the Black Fog, possessing 17-level Spiritual Energy and Root Origin, but lacking a soul, appearing as a sort of derivative.
These monsters were very hard to kill, with strong recovery powers akin to the Shadow of Blood God, and incredibly resilient Spiritual Energy defenses, but fortunately, they were few. After Rod cut them down several times, they no longer appeared.
All in all, with the support of five top-tier powers, the Trolian legion occupied the entire region of the Taranor Union City-States.
All major towns were illuminated, the fire lighted up this land that had been dormant in darkness for countless years.
Yet, it was not over; many areas of Taranor had not been searched. The five of them dispersed, each leading a legion deep into these territories, constantly searching for traces of the God Source Warehouses.
Matters proceeded far more smoothly than expected.
Soon enough, the God Source Warehouses were found one after another. Mostly buried underground, a few hidden within mountains, they were meticulously concealed, seemingly to prevent damage.
Each God Source Warehouse usually contained 5 to 15 Divine Source Materials, not many, but according to Rod’s estimate, Taranor had nearly a hundred God Source Warehouses within its borders.
This dispersal made Rod feel as if they were guarding against something.
In subsequent explorations, Rod did indeed discover that some God Source Warehouses had been damaged, with the Divine Source Materials missing.
"Is it Ancient Evil Thought?"
Rod pondered.
"But there should be nothing now, except for Evil Thought Allan, probably not many Ancient Evil Thoughts remain."
In this round, Rod soon collected over 40 Divine Source Materials and ventured further, even reaching beyond Taranor.
Before long, he was surprised to find that beyond Taranor, there were also God Source Warehouses.
This discovery delighted Rod enormously, and just as he was about to continue deeper exploration, he suddenly received a message from Horus.
"I’ve found ’Weird’!"
