Kit:
“So…let us get this straight…you slept with a guy? And not just any guy…your sister’s rich best friend who offered you the condo you’re currently living in?”
Kit looked at Earth and Ben with a frown. Why did they make it seem like he just found himself a sugar daddy? Or was that just what he had been feeling, and hearing his friends say it out loud was partially playing on his guilty-conscience?
“And now he wants you to continue the arrangement…the sleeping around with no-strings thing, but you don’t want that…you want to do more?”
“That’s pretty much it.” Kit sighed, leaning back in his chair as he watched his friend’s flabbergasted expressions, trying to decide if he had done the right thing by telling them the whole truth in the first place. “What happened that night was a one-time thing. I’ve never had a one-night stand with anyone, nor am I an expert at having no-strings relationships. I’ve never had a relationship in my life, period!”
Well…he hadn't actually told them the whole truth, had he? He had left out the part where P’Kim was actually part of the Mafia and he had seen him shoot people not once, but twice already. But he withheld that information because this was something that they didn’t need to know…not yet at least.
“And, did you tell this man all of these things?” Prem asked thoughtfully. “He might not understand the reason why you want a relationship or a dating phase, if he had never done that. It seems like you guys didn’t communicate your feelings wells enough.”
“So, Kit never does one-nighters, and Kit’s boyfie,” Earth shot kit a naughty smile at the mention of Kim since Kit hadn't told them his name yet, “is an expert at one-nighters? Either way…why does it seem like the two of you are relationship virgins?”
“Relationship…what?” Ben looked at Earth with eyes as wide as saucers. “I’m learning new stuff every day.”
“It’s when you’ve never had a relationship before in your life…you know?” Earth tried to make sense of his nuisance by trying to offer a sheepish smile.
“Anyway,” Prem cut through the other awkward moment. “It’s getting late and I really need to get going now. Kit…I really think you should have better communication with your partner before you jump to conclusions. Relationship with a man or a woman isn’t all that different. In the end, the feeling is the same no matter who you like or love. So it’s better to understand each other well.”
“Ouii…let’s raise our hands in respect to the love guru.” Ben did just that with a sheepish smile, only to end up getting hit at the back of his head before Prem left the premise.
However, once Prem was out of the picture, both Earth and Ben turned to Kit with evil smiles on their faces. Kit already knew the question coming his way even before they asked him in unison:
“So…how was it? Your first night?”
“Ai Hiaa(assholes),” Kit snapped at his friends before getting up from his seat and swinging his backpack over his shoulders. “Nosey bitches! Mind your own business!”
He was sure that he had been loud enough for the entire cafeteria to hear him, but from the warmth in his cheeks, he also knew that he was blushing like crazy.
“Hey…hey…wait up!” Ben and Earth followed behind him, laughing at their friend’s embarrassment in a good natured manner. “You never gave us your dorm tour!”
“Get away!” Kit shook his head, but he was smiling too this time. “Who said I was going to give you a dorm tour? You guys can’t just invite yourselves over!”
“Why is that?” Earth wiggled his eyebrows at his friend. “Don’t want us to intrude on your alone time with the Phi?”
“Shut up!” Kit moved his friend’s hand away from his shoulder as they proceeded to tease him some more.
However, when the three of them reached the entrance to their University campus, a large black car with all tinted black windows suddenly pulled up in front of them, and four burly men in black suits and shades got out of the car to get a hold of the three boys and hurled them inside the car immediately, before shutting and locking the doors and hurrying away from the scene.
It was the middle of the afternoon, so not many people witnessed the whole incident and those who did, were too startled to understand the situation or even so anything to stop it. Some recognized the Chao Pho symbol on the side of the car and instantly turned away from that direction, pretending like they didn’t see anything.
In the end, most decided to stay away from the incident and forget it ever happened, deciding that the college boys had done something illegal and gotten themselves into some kind of trouble with the wrong kind of people, and were now getting punishment for it.
No one understood that the three innocent boys had just been kidnapped right in front of their eyes, in broad daylight.

Kim:
Kim walked inside of the mansion hurriedly, not even bothering to join the rest of the family for lunch before he headed upstairs to his bedroom and slammed the door shut.
He had been in a sour mood since the night before, when he returned from Kit’s new dorm and till now, his mood had only significantly deteriorated.
He was sure that what he was doing was akin to throwing a temper tantrum but he didn’t care if he acted like a child for once. He was in a bad mood and he hoped that none of his family members would try to come up to console him at that moment. He feared that he would end up saying something that would hurt their feelings and he would have even more guilt on his shoulders to deal with later on.
He had thought he could finally get what he wanted, Kit, all to himself. And with him alone and away from Kanya…Kim wouldn’t feel like a bastard for seducing his best friend’s brother.
But in the end…nothing had gone according to his plan.
Kit was a young boy who wasn’t supposed to take relationships seriously. At least Kim hadn't done so when he had been Kit’s age.
However, now that some time had passed and it was almost late afternoon of the next day, Kim found himself missing Kit more and more. He missed that little shy, innocent smile, those little looks that he snuck his way when he thought he wasn’t looking and most importantly, he missed holding his body next to his, feeling the warmth of his skin or just the scent of his soap.
He had never cared about scents from his lovers before. As long as they were clean, did regular blood tests and maintained themselves, Kim had been alright with it. But with Kit, he found himself using more and more of his senses…and he found that it was an experience he quiet liked.
Maybe he had been too hard on the boy?
After all, not everyone in the world had the same mindset as him. Some people wanted to have a connection with those who they chose to sleep with. With Kim, sex was all about letting off steam; a pleasure, a release that his body needed. He didn’t need emotional connections with anyone.
But maybe he could-
A knock on the door distracted him from his train of thoughts and Kim frowned in irritation.
“Not now.” He called out to whoever was on the other side of the door, hoping that they would understand that he wasn’t in the mood to talk and eventually go away.
However, it was Aawut’s voice that he heard from the other side instead of any of his family members. “Sire…it’s important.”
Frown deepening, he made his way to the door and opened it, only to have Aawut entering and closing the door behind him without asking for his permission. Kim raised his eyebrows at the odd behavior, but waited for Aawut to catch his breath so he could explain the emergency.
Nevertheless, when Aawut finally told Kim about what the emergency was…he felt like the ground had just parted from under his feet.
“Sire…NongKit…Nong Kit and his friends have been kidnapped from in front of their University.”
