Chapter 930: The Great Shark

Turning to go find Long Xiaoyu and the others, Ling Feng had only taken a couple of steps when he heard Ling Ling’s voice in his mind: "Don’t come over here, they can’t be disturbed!"

"Uh, you’re here too?"

Ling Feng was taken aback, and then he asked, "How long will it take to finish?"

"At least two days. I’ll notify you when we’re done!" Ling Ling replied.

"Alright."

With no other option, Ling Feng relayed to An Xue: "We don’t need to go over!"

An Xue, still unaware of the situation, was wide-eyed in astonishment: "Why?"

"Ling Ling told me."

Ling Feng didn’t know how to explain that the two could communicate telepathically, so he just elaborated a bit.

An Xue wasn’t surprised by the explanation. Given that Ling Ling’s identity was like that of Ling Yao and Long Xiaoyu, all extraordinary beings, it was not odd for her to have special abilities.

So she smiled and said, "If we can’t go, then let’s just go back!"

"Mhm. I don’t have anything to do for now, so I’ll go fishing with you!" Ling Feng said.

An Xue clapped her hands, her face brimming with joy.

Afterward, the two returned to the opposite shore and changed into diving suits inside a cabin.

"How’s your swimming now?"

"Same as always, but at least I won’t drown. Don’t worry about me!" Ling Feng joked.

An Xue, recalling their previous underwater encounter with the Giant Shark, couldn’t help but laugh: "Let’s hope we don’t get teleported somewhere this time!"

Ling Feng grinned, "I don’t think we will, but even if we do get teleported, it might lead to new discoveries. I am actually quite excited about that!"

Right after he spoke, Zhou Yi’s voice came from behind: "As long as you’re not practicing, anything goes, right?"

Ling Feng turned around and saw her standing at the entrance, clearly irritated, so he said with a laugh, "Who said that? When have I ever resisted practice?"

When the two reached the shore, An Xue dove gracefully into the sea.

Inside the enormous workshop on the island, the Chasing Dragon Clan’s workers were cleaning up the place. With power generation equipment installed, many things here were modernized, including using high-pressure water jets for cleanup.

It was evident that they had just finished processing a shark or a White Jiao, as there were still some bloodstains and scattered pieces of flesh on the ground.

The people greeted An Xue enthusiastically as she arrived, clearly familiar with her.

In the center of the workshop, An Xue released the enormous carcass of the shark.
