The Greatest Village Doctor In The World

Chapter 875 Going to the Black Sea

Chapter 875 Going to the Black Sea

The meeting was not long, lasting only about half an hour.

Ling Feng met with the Prime Minister of Mianluo Country, Teng Lin, and several other ministers, discussing the future development of Ling Corporation in the region.

Afterward, he focused on introducing Gu Li and took the opportunity to talk about his idea of building an intelligence center.

Although there was only Gu Li for now, Ling Feng’s vision was grand. Although he thought of it only on the way to the banquet, in just ten minutes or so, he had already conceived an intelligence organization that was enormous in scale, demanding a team of hundreds or even thousands of people.

Once established, it would be centered in Mianluo Country and cover the whole of Asia, eventually extending its reach to the entire world!

This was not a pipe dream for Ling Feng, as he had Wang Laogen’s original team at his disposal, making this goal not far from reach.

Having heard Ling Feng’s plans, Liya also strongly agreed with him, knowing that the world was fraught with danger. The attention that the Yuan gemstones drew from various nations was a wake-up call; without a powerful intelligence organization, many things would fall behind!

So, with her strong support, Teng Lin agreed to back Ling Feng in the process of building an intelligence group.

After finalizing this matter, Ling Feng and others attended the banquet, where host and guests enjoyed themselves till eleven o’clock before leaving the Royal Palace.

On the way back, Ling Feng transferred a sum of money to Gu Li, instructing him to choose a location and make plans. As for the subsequent expansion of personnel, it could wait until he returned from the Black Sea.

When they reached the hotel, Feng Ling and Li Fei’er very conscientiously went back to their rooms. Ling Feng entered his own room to find Xun Qianqian already waiting, clearly bored.

Seeing her lazily lying on the sofa, her long legs casually draped over the back of it, Ling Feng couldn’t help but smile bitterly, "Anxious waiting for me?"

If you hadn’t come back soon, I would have come looking for you!" Xun Qianqian exclaimed, somewhat annoyed.

Ling Feng helplessly replied, "It’s like turning in homework, which feels so weird!"

"Is it?"

Xun Qianqian glared at him, "Are you saying you didn’t miss me at all?"

"How could that be?"

Ling Feng quickly denied, "Earlier, you three were training like mad, I didn’t want to disturb you!"

"And that’s not for your own good?" Xun Qianqian always spoke her mind and stood up, "Becoming stronger makes you worry less, right?"

"That’s true. Compared to you guys, I’ve grown slack now!" Ling Feng said with a bitter smile.

"Good that you know. So get your tasks done quickly and go find Little Yu!" Xun Qianqian walked over and sat on his lap.

"I still have three things to take care of. I’ll head back once they’re done," Ling Feng said as he nodded and instinctively wrapped his arms around her waist.

Then, he picked her up in his arms, "Let’s go, bath first!"

Amidst Xun Qianqian’s giggles, the two entered the bathroom together.

....

...

The next morning, when Ling Feng awoke, he saw that Xun Qianqian was no longer in the bed.

Clearly, just like Joanna and Miao Lanlan, she was eager to practice the Cultivation Technique given by Long Xiaoyu!

Ling Feng chuckled to himself. These three girls were treating him like a charging station!

Just as he was feeling bemused, the phone rang.

Seeing that it was Du Hao who was calling, he quickly sat up, "Uncle, did you secure the airplane?"

"That’s right, I’ve arranged for a military plane over here in Tailan Country, we can take it straight to the Black Sea!" Du Hao said.

"""

"Alright, when do we set off?" Ling Feng asked.

"The sooner, the better. I’m already here; just pack up and come over. I’ll send you the address in a bit," Du Hao said.

"No problem!"

Immediately energized, Ling Feng started to get dressed right after hanging up the phone.

He then went next door to find Feng Ling and Li Fei’er, and the three of them quickly got ready and headed downstairs.

They also brought Feng Ling along because the Black Dragon Sect had connections in Tailan Country, which facilitated crossing the border.

As for going to the Black Sea, the mission was fraught with dangers, so Ling Feng decided to have her stay behind and not follow them.

Feng Ling wanted to come along, but couldn’t argue against Ling Feng’s firm stance and eventually gave in.

The group drove for four hours, crossed the border, and quickly arrived at the airport where Du Hao was waiting.

Feng Ling and her subordinates returned the way they came, while Ling Feng and Li Fei’er boarded the plane.

Amidst the roaring sound of the engines, the small aircraft soared into the sky, embarking on a brand-new journey.

With the flight time exceeding ten hours, Ling Feng took the opportunity to say to Du Hao, "Uncle, let’s not rush into the deal when we arrive. Let’s see how things are first."

"Alright, I’ll listen to you," Du Hao nodded.

It was still uncertain whether the person selling the warship was the same one who had hired the Holy Light Society to go after Ling Feng, so they needed to play it by ear once they got there.

If it came down to a fight, Ling Feng wasn’t worried. With Wang Cai and Yellow summoned by himself and Li Fei’er, they were more than capable of wiping out a small-scale army.

There were no known masters among the Russians, so there wasn’t much to be concerned about.

Nearing evening, the airplane landed at a military base in Sevas.

This port city, adjacent to the Black Sea, was part of Ukraine, a former Soviet Union republic.

It was also during the flight that Ling Feng roughly learned about Ukraine’s situation.

After breaking away from the Soviet Union, this country had always been a lapdog to America, playing the pawn against the old Soviets.

But a lackey is a lackey; they were stirred into action when needed, but America couldn’t care less about their economy and military when they weren’t necessary.

Thus, the country’s international standing had always been somewhat awkward.

The main reason for selling the warships was that they were leftover weapons from the former alliance fleet. After inheriting them, Ukraine couldn’t frequently use or maintain them, which was too wasteful.

Of course, that was the official excuse. In reality, many coveted these warships, but with America keeping an eye out, certain countries, like Huaxia, couldn’t purchase them even if they wanted to.

As for other countries, some couldn’t afford the price, and some, though not short on cash, had better ships in their fleets and thus no need to buy.

So despite a decade of advertising, they hadn’t managed to sell a single one.

This time, Ling Feng was purchasing in a private capacity, which made the Ukrainian military sense an opportunity; thus, they agreed without hesitation.

But if they knew that Ling Feng wouldn’t be taking the ships by sea, they might have changed their minds.

Yet, as they were still in the dark, everything continued according to the original plan.

After the plane landed, the trio of Ling Feng, Du Hao, and Li Fei’er left the airport by car and headed for a hotel in the city center.

While still on the road, Ling Feng couldn’t help but say, "They’re keeping tabs on me already?"

"Someone is following us?" Du Hao asked.

"Yes, and not just one car, at least three!" Ling Feng nodded.
