As soon as the words were spoken, Ling Feng’s figure flickered and disappeared.

Quickly arriving at the place where the screams were coming from, Ling Feng was instantly stunned.

There was also a group of Americans here, some of whom were fully armed soldiers, while the rest were in plain clothes, and they were now dead.

Their terrified expressions were still on their faces, and their pupils had just begun to dilate. Everything had happened just half a minute ago!

But the white creature wasn’t foolish; despite losing a claw, it immediately fled, rushing into the forest in an instant.

"Tian Lian!"

Ling Feng shouted, immediately summoning Tian Lian.

"Master!"

Tian Lian appeared out of thin air, bowing slightly.

"Send Little Hei to chase it. The white creature lost a claw; be sure to catch it or eliminate it!" Ling Feng said.

"Yes!"

Tian Lian nodded, and at the same time, Little Hei landed, transforming into a Giant Python and rushing into the jungle.

Rick and the others watched, already dumbfounded.

They were all ordinary people, and although they knew superpower users were very powerful, witnessing it firsthand was still somewhat shocking.

Especially with Tian Lian’s appearance, a live woman in white, appearing out of thin air, was indeed a shocker.

They couldn’t figure out where this woman had been or how she arrived here so quickly.

Seeing his awkward expression, Ling Feng knew it probably involved some confidential matters, so he nodded without further questions.

He thought that even if they could open it, so what? The City of Gold was being emptied. By the time they got in, nothing would be left!

But outwardly, Ling Feng appeared normal, nodding and then asking, "So what now? Can you operate this equipment, or should you wait for others?"

"We should wait and make sure it’s safe first!" Rick said.

Hearing this, Ling Feng was taken aback, thinking if he’d known they were going to wait, he wouldn’t have summoned Little Hei. A delay would have been nice!

Looking at Little Hei, Ling Feng said to Tian Lian, "Alright, go back for now. I’ll call you if there’s anything!"

"Yes, Master."

Tian Lian nodded and retracted Little Hei, then turned into a ray of white light and returned to the Jade Pendant.

The scene was silent, and Ling Feng sat down and said to Rick, "The danger is basically eliminated, let the people behind come over now!"

"Uh, let’s wait until daylight, just in case," Rick said.

"Suit yourself!"

Ling Feng thought that would be even better, so he turned to look at the tents behind, "Let’s all get some rest. After traveling all day, we’re tired."

With that, he went straight into a tent to sleep.

Rick and the others exchanged glances, then he quickly followed Ling Feng into the tent, "Uh, Mr. Ling, are you sure there won’t be any more issues tonight?"

"Not sure."

Seeing Rick’s expression change, Ling Feng smiled and said, "Don’t worry, with me here, even if another beast attacks, I can protect your safety!"
