Chapter 1574 - 1573: Swimming Pool

Seeing Ling Feng staring at him as he approached, the man’s eyes suddenly became flustered.

It was too late to leave, so he could only stand there stiffly, looking utterly at a loss.

Seeing this, Ling Feng relaxed instead.

This guy clearly wasn’t a pro, just an ordinary person.

As he got closer, he smiled and asked, "Why are you following us?"

"Please don’t misunderstand, sir. I’m not a bad person. I just noticed that young lady’s remarkable appearance and demeanor and wondered if she might be interested in becoming a signed artist."

The man awkwardly smiled and took out a card from his pocket, handing it to Ling Feng: "Here’s my business card."

"Fengyu Entertainment, Art Director?"

Glancing down at it, Ling Feng looked up at him, "Aren’t you just using this as an excuse to chat up every pretty woman you see?"

"Uh, no, I don’t always do this. That’s why I hesitated for a long time before daring to approach you two," the man said with a bitter smile.

"Hmm, at least you know your place!"

Ling Feng chuckled, returned the card, and said, "We’re not interested in the entertainment industry at all, don’t want to get involved in that mess, so give up!"

After saying that, he turned around and went back into the store.

The man stood there for a moment, sighed, and then turned away.

Noticing this through his Divine Sense, Ling Feng let out a small grin and paid no further attention to him.

He found Chen Yuhe, who was already at the store’s cashier, making a payment.

"Hey, why are you spending money yourself?" Ling Feng asked in surprise.

"Is there a difference between your money and mine?"

Chen Yuhe chuckled lightly and continued, "By the way, what were you up to just now?"

"Nothing, just stopping someone who wanted to hit on you," Ling Feng replied with a smile.

After paying and grabbing their bags, the two left the store together.

They continued shopping, but Chen Yuhe didn’t buy anything else.

In fact, her material desires weren’t as strong as the average girl. Shopping was more about going with the flow; if something caught her eye, she’d want it. Mostly, it was just to enjoy the sweetness of being with Ling Feng.

So, after a whole afternoon of shopping, she only bought a dress and a bag.

As it got late, the two returned to the hotel.

Dinner wasn’t needed since they’d sampled a lot of snacks while shopping and were quite full.

As soon as they entered the hotel lobby, a young man who seemed to have been waiting for a while walked up quickly.

Noticing the lobby manager badge on his chest, Ling Feng asked, "Is there something you need?"

"Hello, Mr. Ling. Mr. Duan knows you’ve checked in and specifically instructed me to prepare a VIP card for you. With it, any expenses at our hotel are free. Please keep it with you should any staff not recognize you," the manager explained.

Ling Feng was surprised and accepted the card: "Mr. Duan already knows I’m here in Capital City?"

The manager nodded, "Yes, she’s busy with the new hotel’s decoration work and didn’t have time to return to the Capital City, so she called us with the instructions!"

"Alright, I understand!"

Ling Feng nodded, tucked the card into his pocket, and led Chen Yuhe straight to the elevator.

As they went upstairs, Chen Yuhe asked, "They’re so considerate towards you; shouldn’t you call to say thanks?"

Ling Feng shook his head, "No need. When we go back later, wouldn’t it be better to thank them in person?"

Chen Yuhe responded, "Okay, whatever you say."

Then she suddenly asked, "I saw earlier that our suite has an outdoor swimming pool. Do you want to swim?"

Ling Feng’s heart skipped a beat, and he playfully asked, "What? Do you want to have a romantic swim with me?"

"Nonsense, it’s just swimming!" Chen Yuhe glared at him.

"Alright, let’s check out what the pool looks like first!" Ling Feng nodded.

They headed to their room and then went to the outdoor terrace, where they saw a massive pool that could accommodate more than a dozen people.

The suite was on the top floor, and the pool was enclosed in transparent glass, offering a view of the bustling Capital City even from the water. The location couldn’t be better.

Seeing this, Ling Feng nodded, "Rich people really know how to live!"

"I’m going to change first, you continue admiring!"

Obviously impatient, Chen Yuhe turned and rushed back to the room.

Minutes later, she returned to the poolside in a black bikini.

Ling Feng, who had been lounging on a chair, was immediately entranced by her appearance!

Chen Yuhe’s figure had improved over time.

The phrase ’add an inch too fat, lose an inch too thin’ fit her perfectly!

Her pair of slender, white legs, slim waist, and full bust made Ling Feng feel parched.

Noticing his gaze, Chen Yuhe’s face flushed slightly, but she felt quite pleased and teasingly asked, "Why are you staring? Aren’t you going to change into swim trunks?"

"I don’t need to; it’s just the two of us here, so what if I swim naked?" Ling Feng replied with a smirk.

"Uh..."

Chen Yuhe rolled her eyes at him, chose to ignore it, and leaped into the water.

Seeing her glide through the pool, Ling Feng couldn’t sit still any longer. He got up, stripped down to boxers, and jumped in.

The water temperature was just right. Once fully immersed, Ling Feng lifted his head from the water.

Only to have a splash of water hit his face directly!

"Haha!"

Chen Yuhe laughed heartily, wearing a satisfied grin as if she’d successfully played a prank.

"Oh, you’re attacking me!"

Ling Feng shouted and scooped up water to retaliate!

The two began splashing and playing in the pool, having a great time.

After a long while, content from their play, Ling Feng and Chen Yuhe leaned against the pool’s edge, silently taking in the dazzling lights below.

After some time, Ling Feng started to rub her waist gently: "It’s getting late, should we head back to our room to rest?"

"Mhmm, let’s go back."

Chen Yuhe nodded, turned, and swam towards the edge.

Ling Feng didn’t move, just watched her emerge from the pool like a water lily, eyes wide with awe.

As she grabbed a towel to dry her hair, she glanced back at him: "Why are you staring like a fool?"

"I suddenly feel like thanking the heavens."

Ling Feng smiled and leaped out of the pool to her side, wrapping her in his arms: "Because it let me meet you!"

"Sappy!"

Chen Yuhe felt sweet inside but still mockingly reproached.

"Hehe, come on, let me walk you back to the room!"

Ling Feng laughed, didn’t bother waiting for her to dry her hair, and picked her up in his arms, hurrying back to the room.

Once inside the bedroom, with the door shut, Chen Yuhe quickly exclaimed, "Hey, what are you doing?"

"Let’s just stay like this; it’s more exciting!"

Breathing heavily, Ling Feng, in a flurry, began his playful maneuvers!
