Chapter 222 222: What a Session

The next day came a lot quicker than one would expect.

"That...was..." Su Ping started, his words unfocused.

"Divine..." Melinda finished his sentence for him.

The both of them lay in each other's arms on their matrimonial bed, Su Ping's eyes staring blankly at the ceiling while his wife's gaze was ever present on him as she lay on his chest.

After going at it all night, the both of them had reached a new definition of pleasure they never thought they could reach.

"Can we do it again?" Su Ping shifted his gaze from the ceiling and onto his nude wife, who was covered by their bedsheet.

"No!" Melinda blurted out, looking exasperated, a bright blush on her cheeks. It had already taken all the strength she had just to last this long, and that was saying something since she was a lot stronger now than the last time they had done it.

It wasn't her fault that her husband's stamina was beyond monstrous.

'I can barely feel anything...' she thought as she pursed her lips. 'But still... Darling was beyond wonderful.' Another bright blush crept onto her face at the thought of their heated battle last night.

Su Ping, who saw it from the corner of his eye, smirked triumphantly. He felt that his draconic body wasn't all there was to him; at least his technique beneath the sheets was worth noting as well.

The both of them spent the entire morning cuddling together before Su Ping decided that it was time to leave.

---

'Don't tell me she's been waiting here ever since?' Su Ping was quite taken aback to see the Wolf King standing like a statue right outside the room. He'd been so engrossed last night that he had no idea when she'd gotten there in the first place.

"I take it Emilia took on the job of catering to my children?" He took a breath to calm himself before asking.

"Yes," she nodded. 'Although she did get some assistance from Lilia.'

"And how long have you been standing here?" Though he knew he'd regret it, he still wanted to ask.

"Long enough..." she replied without pause.

'I see...' Su Ping really regretted asking now. As a beast, he believed she had no shame in her actions, but he, on the other hand, as a former human, did.

"And how would you say I performed..."

"I'm afraid I can't tell precisely unless you're willing to test it with me firsthand." Su Ping was taken aback when she replied in an alluring tone and manner.

'If I didn't know any better, I'd think that she was Victoria in disguise.' Just the thought of it almost soured his already good mood.

"That's never going to happen," Su Ping sighed before replying. He understood that her actions were partially his fault, but this was a bit too much for him right now.

"Then I'm afraid I can't help you," she said calmly.

Su Ping didn't say anything else but headed downstairs; the Wolf King promptly followed after him.

---

"I see you guys are having fun," Su Ping smiled as he approached Mel and Sal, who were busy eating at the dining table.

"Daddy!" The both of them exclaimed with visible joy on their faces. They quickly shot up from their seats, abandoning their meals to run into his arms.

'I'm glad that my presence is still sought after,' Su Ping chuckled inwardly.

"Hey, hey, easy now, you'll almost topple your old man," Su Ping's tone was playful as he feigned being pushed back.

Emilia, who was at the dining table as well, stared at the trio for a moment before glancing at the Wolf King, who'd just walked in.

'Looks like he's back to his usual self,' she thought to herself, neither looking too ecstatic nor moody either.

The children suddenly began going on about all they'd done while he was absent, especially how much fun they'd had around the house.

"Wow, daddy feels jealous," he said with a light laugh, yet pulled them closer and gave the both of them a kiss on the cheek. "I'm glad you're both in good spirits."

'Although staying cooped up at home all the time might not be the best for children your age,' he sighed inwardly.

'They really should start school. I know it's not common for the common folk, but the expenses shouldn't be a problem,' he said to himself, pausing for a moment to glance at the Wolf King, who was currently conversing quietly with Emilia.

'The real problem is what to do about all the idiots who'd try to take that as an opportunity to get to me.' He felt unhappy with the idea of someone using his beloved ones against him. Right now, they and their mother were the only ones Su Ping deemed his loved ones.

'If anything were to happen to them...' Su Ping's internal monologue trailed off at the end of his sentence.

"Why don't the both of you go back and finish your breakfast? Daddy has something he needs to take care of, alright?"

"Oh. Okay, daddy," Mel said. Sal nodded at the same time.

Su Ping felt a warmth in his heart watching them get back to their seats. Having such obedient children really did make things easier.

He took a breath and dusted his knees before getting back on his feet.

"We're leaving," he said out loud.

"Huh?" Emilia paused mid-conversation, turning her head to stare at him. "Where to?" Her eyes blinked as she asked.

"No. Not you," Su Ping shook his head lightly. "I still need you to continue looking after my kids."

"We don't have all day, so try to keep up." He glanced briefly at the Wolf King before heading towards the house's entrance.

Both the Wolf King and Emilia exchanged glances for a moment before she turned and followed after Su Ping.

---

"Do I at least get to know where we're going?" the Wolf King muttered while sticking closely to him as they made their way through the passersby on the street.
